- Viet Nga (6/5): - The staff was not very clear about breakfast place. Only things they did was pointing the direction (not consistently for both times we asked). No names were blurted out so we ended up not having any included breakfast at their so-called place. The bathroom was small and smelly from the drain. Housekeeping staff only sorted out the trash can, not did the bed, did not throw out our makeup cotton pads, not clean anything.

A 6-7min walk from NTU hospital station. Value for money! Not very clean. Lots of dust and dirt near the bathroom. Saw two small cockroaches as well :(.

- Persson (7/5): 作为一夜的过渡住宿还不错 - 浴室、洗脸池、厕所干湿彻底分离 房间动线很好 面积够大，能同时打开2-3个大行李箱 有股淡淡的霉味，大楼旧旧的。能看出房间设施也有些年份了。隔夜不行，能听到街边的噪音。

- Sabine (8/5): - Gute Lage, in Bahnhofsnähe - theoretisch fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir sind noch eine Station mit der Metro gefahren und waren in weniger als 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof im Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett bequem. An der Rezeption im 3. Stock gibt es eine Kaffe- und Teestation, die man rund um die Uhr nutzen kann und im Hotel gibt es auch Waschmaschinen, die man gegen Gebühr nutzen kann. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schon der Eingang wirkt nicht besonders einladend (verschmutzter Teppich) und die Rezeption ist recht verschachtelt mit dem Aufenthaltsbereich. In den Stockwerken ist der Teppich leider auch sehr verschmutzt und das Bad ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig wie "eine offene Küchenzeile" in den Raum integriert und könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen.

- FREDERIC (1/5): Arnaque, à éviter - Chambre spacieuse avec grand lit confortable L'état global de l'hôtel est calamiteux, l'entrée est insalubre, les moquettes des couloirs en décomposition, est-il en travaux? Les sols(chambre + parties communes) sont entièrement tachés et les murs sont sales, ils servent de stockage aux poubelles. Les vitres des fenêtres sont aussi très sales. Le pommeau de douche fuit, les miroirs sont tâchés. La ventilation est sale et bruyante et on ne peut pas la stopper Le petit déjeuner nous a été servi dans la rue (100PHP par pers soit 2,5€) alors qu'il est annoncé à 7€ par pers. Le prix d'appel 73€ au lieu de 250€ est incompréhensible. En aucun cas cette chambre peut être louée à 250€. Globalement l'hotel ne devrait pas avoir l'autorisation d'ouvrir dans cet état là tant qu'il n'est pas remis en état

I didn’t like how plain the room was for being called the ArtInn. Nothing said art at all. My room was like being in a little cell. Kinda dark & dingy. But it was comfortable & quiet. Also would’ve liked more blankets as it got cold & felt like sleeping with just a sheet.
