Ropafadzo Mbongeni (7/5): - We had a enjoyable stay overall, largely thanks to the unbeatable location right inside the theme park, a real novelty, especially if you're visiting with family. The free WiFi was a great touch and worked well throughout the property. A special mention must go to Thatho at the restaurant, who was an absolutely superb host — warm, attentive, and a genuine highlight of our stay. Arriving and departing with luggage means walking through the theme park to reach the hotel reception, which is quite inconvenient — particularly with heavy bags and children in tow. On arrival, no one offered to assist, and the absence of elevators made navigating between floors a real challenge. To be fair, a kind gentleman did step in to help us with our bags on checkout day, which we appreciated. It was disappointing to overhear some of the front desk staff making remarks about guests as they walked in. That kind of behaviour falls short of the professional, welcoming standard guests expect and deserve.

Mirriam (8/5): My day was good & kids were happy at Theme park & also liked the room. You promised us things that were not avai - It was clean & big. Liked interior decorations I liked the property, the issue was some things were not communicated at reception. We first struggled to get all TVs to operate. Only when we called, I was instructed what to do. The guy indicated it’s ICT thing that must be activated. Simply inform us or put a note to say” You cannot operate TVs without calling reception”.
Micaela (8/5): - Das Zimmer wurde mir schon einige Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check-in überlassen, was nach der sehr langen Anreise ein Segen war. Alles war prima, besonders die dichte Lage zum Apartheid Museum.
