- QUYNH (1/5): - Nothing. Run away from this hotel, SCAM! My confirmed booking was canceled by the property without my consent while I was on a flight. I had already informed the hotel in advance that I would check in late at 23:00, and they acknowledged this. This information can be verified in my booking details. Despite that, they canceled my reservation, gave my room away, and upon arrival told me the hotel was fully booked and I had to find another hotel myself. I had to arrange alternative accommodation late at night. This is unacceptable. Please investigate and arrange proper compensation or an equivalent alternative stay in line with your policy.

It seems to be a very safe neighborhood and lots of parks to walk around in. There is water damage and leak on the side of the room that some of our bags got wet.

- Thi Kim Ngan (4/5): - Ưu điểm: thuận tiện để tới nơi công tác - phòng có mùi ẩm - sáng ra check out thì ko thấy nhân viên lễ tân, đứng đợi 15-20p. gọi số phone trên card thì người nhận báo lộn số. gọi đủ số phone nhưng cũng ko được. lúc sau lễ tân mới ở trên đi xuống. - dù đã thanh toán tiền phòng bao gồm giá VAT nhưng đến nơi yêu cầu xuất hóa đơn vẫn phải trả phụ thu 8%. Booking.com nên coi lại việc này. Nếu đã thu phí bao gồm VAT trên web thì sao Ksan lại thu thêm phí xuất hóa đơn??? Lần đầu tiên mình gặp trường hợp này. Vì mình cần hóa đơn để đối chiếu với kế toán nên mình vẫn chấp nhận trả.

Everyone complained about arriving to a dirty room. Everyone you look is dirty. The hotel manager needs to invest money in hotel and recruit better cleaners. The hotel is out of control being managed properly.

Arriving in a crappy room with the tv still wrapped. Wanted to take a shower: no towels in the room. Went to reception desk. Wasn't there,.left a phone number on the desk. Called the phone number, but got an answering machine. Gave the message about the towels. Never heard back. Ants in the room everywhere. Next morning, still no towels so I used my shirt to dry myself off. I want to go to my included breakfast but don't know where it is. Still no reception people. Called the number again, spoke to someone who didn't speak English. Told them to come and show me. Searched all hotel but no breakfast room. Went to my conference hungry and had to take a taxi there because of the false location. Extra costs When I came back from a hard day's work my room was not done. Probably the worst hotel experience I ever had in Vietnam.
