The picture of the hotel wasn't correct as this place was a sister hotel that clearly was no where near the standard as the one I should have been in. Both on the same street and location was perfect...2 nights was enough for me,found a better place cheaper.

Food is not an issue, it had restaurant everywhere in that area. Ben Than Market is nearby. Its a good location if tou like to go shopping. Foods and shopping very close in this area.

• Kevin (1/5): Couldn’t wait to leave, only booked 3 nights thank goodness - Its location Maintenance was non existent, plaster falling of the walls, big holes in the walls, damp and dirty, had to be asked to move, booked a Balcony and was shown a dark dingy room with a port hole window, then they tried to move us again. After 3 rooms we got the best of the rubbish rooms they had to offer

• Anup (1/5): Bad hotel and Don’t recommend at all. - Nothing is good. The room isn't what I booked, and the staff are super unfriendly. I had some stuff delivered to the hotel with our room number, but no one told us it arrived a day ago. We only got it when we were leaving after we asked. Plus, there's a door in our room ( extra door behind curtain) that's unlocked and can't be locked, so anyone could just walk in from outside. Very noisy and toilets smells so bad we complain but no action and laughs only. I will ask for refund with booking, room is not match with photo that provided in booking.

• Monica (6/5): Not boutique, backpacker friendly - I must say that the location is superb. It is close to absolutely everything. Its within walking distance to all main landmarks and museums that you should visit in Ho Chi Minh City. By walking distance I mean 10 to 15 min walk, if this is too much for you then you should consider a grab, but to me personally I walked and it was close to every mayor tourist area. The pictures are NOT what you expect. The place doesnt look anything like the pictures. They claim or say to be a "Boutique" hotel, but believe me, its not once you get greeted at the reception, they force you to write a review on TripAdvisor by following a QR code, and not until they see that you did the review, they won't allow you to pay or give you the keys. I think that they know this is not the expected hotel, because they give you the key and ask you to go and see the room first, if you like it, then you can pay if not you can leave. We accepted because we were too lazy to go and try to look for another hotel to be honest. The room was OK. Although the cleanliness... is kinda questionable. There was also something weird and its that on the 2nd floor, there seems to be people living there, and only the 3rd floor has 3 rooms to book. I mean everything was kinda sketchy hahaha but at the end if you're just want a place to sleep and great location then this is it. If you expect a boutique hotel, this is definitely NOT the place you would like to stay.

When it comes to food to nightout and malls it’s walking distance. Television is working too The aircon is working. Heater is working. Restroom inside the room is okay. They don’t have spare restroom for the guest. The linens are dirty towels are dirty. And the trash cans is so small 🤣

Room was very clean, though it could use a little attention; fill the chip in the bathroom floor, update the grouting. Apparently the electric goes off every morning about 4:30 until 5:45, which was not handy as I prepared for the 6 am bus. Maybe let people know.

On a "visité" 3 chambres remplies d'humidité avant d'accepter une chambre standard et on a du upgrader une autre chambre pour une deluxe... Chambre standard n'a pas de fenêtre et est vraiment petite ! Donc choisissez la deluxe qui est nettement mieux

• Elena Sokolova (8/5): Хотелось бы матрас помягче - Отель расположен на узенькой улочке, т.е. машина такси не проедет - для того, чтобы сесть на такси надо идти на большую улицу, а это метров 300. Номер дали такой, что заход в номер был привычный: лифт за ресепшн, этаж, дверь в номер на этаже. Дело в том, что я в этой гостинице остановилась два раза. По дороге "туда" и "обратно". "Туда" я провела в гостинице день и часть ночи. Не понравилось вот что. Сразу после бронирования номера, я попросила персонал письмом, что у меня будет ранний заезд. Они согласились. Написали, что будут ждать меня утром. Но! За сутки перед моим приездом (то есть я уже была в это время в пути, у меня была пересадка на самолет в Стамбуле) они мне сообщают письмом, что не могут сделать ранний заезд, чем очень меня расстроили. Я приехала в эту гостиницу утром и мне пришлось очень долго ждать свой номер.
• Elena Sokolova (4/5): жесткий матрас, ночью слышно музыку-песни из какого-то ресторана. шоу начинается в 0.30 - Внизу было кафе, в котором можно было вкусно и недорого поесть. Номер обычный, с балконом. Балкон выходил на улочку. В номере была вода, чай, кофе. Поселили в какую-то каморку папы Карло. Чтобы попасть в номер надо было пройти целый квест: подниматься, опускаться по крутым лестницам - без лифта!!!! Телевизор в номере не работал все два дня. Вода в унитазе журчала все время, как Ниагарский водопад. На ресепшн не позвонить, так как телефон не работает. В общем, из всего оборудования работал только кондиционер.
