• Svetlana (9/5): - Близко ко всем локациям. Рядом кафе, магазин. До метро - 30 минут. До трамвая Т1 - 15 минут. Уборка каждые два дня. Смена полотенец. При заезде был сахар и 2 пакетика чая. Нужно было блюдо и нож (купили арбуз), нам дали. Про крутую лестницу знали и были готовы. Не работал телевизор. Но это не критично, мы не за этим приехали. Из посуды было только 2 стакана. Но у нас все было с собой (ложки). Подушки неудобные.

Yo no tengo ningúna objeción. Lo contrario, cuando regrese tomaré este mismo hotel.

Все необходимое для пребывания в номере было. Отдельное спасибо хозяину отеля Али!!! С первых дней стал, как брат. Настолько внимательного отношения ранее нигде не встречала…На любую нашу просьбу реагировал моментально. Рекомендую отель! Сами, конечно не раз еще вернемся!

Али очень даже доброжелательный хозяин, всегда и во всем помогал, одно твое пожелание и выполнялось безоговорочно и сразу. Я ни разу не услышала нет за все 10 дней. Всем советую этот отель. Единственное, бери комнаты повыше . Но нам с дочкой было комфортно и на цокольном этаже. В следующую поездку обязательно будем выбирать именно этот отель . Вода была всегда, с душем проблем не было . В общем впечатления очень даже хорошие, не во всех отелях к тебе так относятся как Али . Очень приятно было возвращаться домой . Спасибо ему большое за его доброе и большое сердце . Нет такого
• DimidS (10/5): - Номер просторный. Чисто, уборка раз в 2 дня. Белье и полотенца чистые. Есть холодильник, чайник. Горячая вода без проблем, напор хороший. Удачное расположение, все рядом, при этом в номере тихо, даже с открытыми окном. Али, отличный управляющий, всегда на связи, все вопросы решались оперативно. Заказывали через него ранний трансфер в аэропорт, цена хорошая, такси приехало вовремя, Али помог загрузить вещи.

• Frederic (10/5): Très bien - Ali est un hôte de très grande qualité. Il est très disponible et sympathique et met du coeur à répondre à l'ensemble des questions. Il nous a accompagné jusqu'au bout au taxi pour être sûr que toute notre famille parte bien et est même resté disponible après notre départ. Un accueil d'une si grand qualité est très rare. Les chambres sont simples et fonctionnelles. L'hotel est très bien placé géographiquement tant pour les principales activités à faire (15 mn à pied de Sainte Sophie et de la Mosquée bleue), 10 mn du tram 1 et 15-20 minutes du métro. Des restaurants de bonne qualité et 2 petits supermarchés sont présents dans la rue voisine. L'hotel est calme car légèrement excentré des rues principales.

• Dean (9/5): Excellent budget apartment in the heart of Old Istabul - Excellent location in the heart of Istanbul Old Town a few hundred metres south of the Blue Mosque. It's a great value budget apartment so don't expect hotel type luxury - but it's exactly the kind of place I was looking for. Ali is an excellent host - rooms are nice and clean with everything you need. It was all fine, nothing to complain about - certainly not at this price. Excellent for this price.

• Irina (5/5): Kompliziert für Unternehmen - Die Unterkunft befindet sich sehr nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Personal ist sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Nachts ist sehr ruhig Das Zimmer war in einem sehr feuchten, kalten Keller. Die Feuchtigkeit und Geruch sind so stark, dass die ganze Bekleidung nass wird. Die Unterkunft ist für die Firma nicht geeignet, da die Abwicklung sehr kompliziert ist (keine Erfahrung mit Unternehmen). Ausstellung von Rechnungen, Bezahlung sehr erschwert
• Lisa Grière (9/5): Un coup de cœur pour cet hôtel et Ali le gérant ! - Séjour parfait grâce à un gérant adorable, bienveillant et toujours disponible. Ali est tout simplement adorable : toujours souriant, à l’écoute, et prêt à rendre service. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à 15 min à pied du centre historique, et la chambre, très confortable et impeccable (ménage régulier). Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter pour son accueil hyper chaleureux et sa propreté ! La pression/chaleur de la douche est un peu irrégulière parfois, et il y a eu des très fortes pluies à Istanbul quand nous y étions, ce qui a causé quelques gouttes à passer dans la chambre (nœud étions sous le toit), Ali était très réactif pour résoudre la situation.

• Kathiane (10/5): Good experience - It was a very pleasant surprise find this hotel. The owner was very helpful, polite and kind. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, tourist places and it is very practical if you want to do things walking. The room was clean and well organized, the heater was working perfectly. If I go again, I will definitely stay there again. The fridge didn't work very well, it wasn't that strong to cool the food down and there wasn't an outlet to charge my cell phone near the bed.

La mia camera aveva una piccola perdita del water, lo abbiamo fatto presente ma siamo comunque stati tutta la settimana con il pavimento del bagno bagnato! Il letto pulito ma comunque in generale non si devono avere molte pretese!

Рядом линия трамвая Т1 - доедете через Золотой рог до достопримечательностей. Дом исторический. Запаха нет совсем, кровати удобные, холодильник и кондиционер работают тихо. Сантехника исправна. Лестница винтовая не для больных ног. Самое ценное - это хозяин Али. Заботливый, искренне доброжелательный и готовый помочь. До Мраморного моря 7 мин, до Султанахмет 8 мин пешком. Я была одна, чувствовала себя в отеле комфортно. Спасибо Али за отдых. Татьяна

Но мы утром уходили и вечером возвращались. Надо добавить в номер посуду тарелки, ножи, вилки или ложки. А то у нас была одна чайная ложка

• Parker (10/5): Cost-effective stay with a great host - Couldn't be better for the price. Best part is that Ali is always there for help when you need him. Staying in Istanbul with this great of a host and this affordable of rooms shouldn't be possible... but it is! Clean, safe, warm (went in winter), a nice bed, places to set your things, wi-fi, TV, window for fresh air, full bathroom, soap, towels, glasses for coffee/tea, ... what else do you need? I imagine that Ali is aware but the only thing that comes to mind is that the water doesn't stay consistently warm while showering (for the room I had in the basement anyways). It's cold water for 30 seconds maybe once or twice during a 5-10 min shower (I assume it has something to do with the pipes that would require a major overhaul to fix). A minor annoyance (just step out from under the shower head for a minute) -- there will be some anywhere when staying for an affordable (read: it's a room in ISTANBUL for the price of one decent restaurant meal) price. Ali has done a great job keeping the place nice while keeping costs reasonable.

Ali the owner is veri kind, always helpful and always available for any questions or problems. I surely reccomend this place to everybody! Hope to come back :)

They waited outside till 10 PM to receive us, which truly touched our hearts. The attention to detail was impressive, with fresh towels provided regularly, tea bags and toilet soaps replenished consistently, and everything we needed readily available. The hotel's location is perfect, with a scenic 10-minute walk to the stunning Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, and Topkapi Palace. The tram stop is just 10 minutes away, and Spice Bazaar is within a 18-minute walking distance. The pièce de résistance is the breathtaking Bosphorus sea view, which makes the hotel truly special. If you're looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel with exceptional hospitality, look no further! Five stars isn't enough – I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The location is perfect — right in the center, so it’s easy to reach all the main places on foot. And Ali Bey is an amazing and kind person. He was always smiling and ready to help with anything. • Nicol (9/5): Cosy, central, great for even a longer stay - If you are looking for the well located place almost in the city centre then do not hesitate and book a room with Ali. He is a very friendly and welcoming guy willing to provide all the help you need at any time. Our room met our expectations. It matched the owner´s description, with maybe the only exception: the view:) But, we did not care that much as we really spent only a fragment of time inside during the day. The room was cleaned regularly and it was quiet and peaceful there. The heating works well. Thank you, Ali. The blinking lights on the fire alarm system on the ceiling were a bit annoying

• Delma (6/5): - A simpatia e o atendimento, localização perfeita Quando vc está olhando os hotéis no Aplicativo , dizem: Pagamentos em varias modalidades, isso não é verdade, vc chega no hotel e é constrangido pois eles querem receber em dinheiro, se vc nao concorda e faz o cancelamento na hora, deve pagar uma taxa do cancelamento. Eu não acho justo, pois hoje em dia ninguém anda com tanto dinheiro no bolso.

Der vom Hotel angebotene Transfer vom und zum IST Airport war gut und zuverlässig. Uns wurde vom Hotel eine Istanbul-Karte (zum Aufladen) kostenfrei bereitgestellt. Die Heizung ist angenehm warm. Das Warmwasser am Waschbecken war oft nicht warm. Das Öffnen und Schließen der Fenster funktionierte nicht ganz so reibungslos wie sonst. Trotzdem waren wir mit dem Hotel recht zufrieden.

• Oumaima (10/5): Personnel, humble, je recommande petit Hotel au milieu de la ville près du métro. Vraiment aucune galère, n’hésitez pas. -
• Kleo (9/5): - Petite chambre propre dans un bâtiment âgé mais bien situé à 10 min d' Ag. Sophia et la mosquée/arrêt Tram , Sultanahmet . Proprio attentionné, souriant, serviable, dispo. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix. Séjour recommandé pour petits budgets.
• Alexandra (10/5): - Отель находится в пешей доступности к мечетям и другим достопримечательностям, рядом при выходе много кафе и ресторанов. До остановки идти недолго. Если возвращаться поздно вечером - безопасно, так как это туристическое место и нет разбоя. Замечательный вежливый хозяин Али, всего готов помочь. Отдельное спасибо ему за то, что встретил на улице, чтобы показать вход ☺️ -

• Lena (10/5): Али спасибо еще раз, всё супер! Спасибо за подарок. С уважением Big Boss❤️ - Из года в год езжу на отдых в Стамбул. И каждый раз остаюсь в отеле у Самого гостеприимного Али. Что могу сказать, если ты едешь первый раз в Стамбул то остановиться в данном отеле супер идея, потому что рядом все достопримечательности, 10 минут и вся красота на ладони, вечером прогуляться до набережной, тоже рукой подать. Рядом с отелем магазины и сувениров и продуктов, куча кафе на любой карман. Кстати советую тоже рядом кондитерская Evin - цена и качество огонь, попробуйте и сан Себастьян и холодную пахлаву это просто супер 🫣. Сам хозяин отеля Али, подскажет что где и как, организует трансфер, встретит с распростертыми объятиями ❤️. Интернет входит в стоимость проживания, в номере всё комфортно и чисто, чайник, холодильник, столовые приборы, полотенца и все остальное присутствуют в номере. Поэтому советую однозначно к проживанию данный отель!
• Davide (10/5): È stato fantastico! - Il proprietario è sempre disponibile ed è una persona fantastica. L' hotel si trova in una via tranquilla e silenziosa a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni della città. Consiglio quest' hotel a chiunque! È tutto perfetto
• Tijana (10/5): - The hotel is near the city center and it is also well connected to other beautiful parts of the city. The room we stayed in was modest, but very clean. It was cleaned and the sheets were changed every second day while we were there. Ali is so nice, such a wonderful person, who always greeted us with a smile offering help. We will come back for sure.
