Přemek (7/5): - Personál, lokalita byla zajímává. Odchozí vzdálenost do centra nebo na stanici metra/vlaku jen nejbližší okolí bylo nezajímavé a s nedostatkem obchodů, ale nic hrozného. Vybavení bylo slabé. Koupelna nic moc, škaredý sprchový kout, fén hodně slabý až nepoužitelný, menší "hloupá" televize bez netflixu a ostatních platforem. A poměrně malá manželská postel (cca 150x180) + náš pokoj byl s oknem s výhledem do zdi, ale brali jsme jednu z levnějších variant pokoje takže věřím že hotel nabízí i lepší. Vzhledem k ceně nic hrozného a celkově jsme byli spokojení
Emel (9/5): Nice hotel relatively close to center - 15-min walking distance to the high-speed train station and metrobus. Nice, cozy rooms. Smooth check-in and check-out. Noises from other rooms, maybe due to thin walls. The hotel's location seemed safe but a bit quiet during night times. Solo female guests should be aware just in case.

Anil (5/5): Von Mal zu Mal - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ziemlich gut. Ich war mittlerweile schon zum 6ten oder 7ten Mal in dem Hotel. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass es jedes Mal schlechter wird. Im Mülleimer vom Hotelzimmer war beim Check in voll mit Müll. Die Duschkabinentür defekt, nur lauwarmes Wasser von der Dusche , auf dem Lacken im Bett waren Blutflecken, der Duschkopf war defekt. Das Restaurant vom Hotel ist außer Betrieb, sodass man nicht mal mehr die Möglichkeit hat, einen Tee oder Kaffee zu trinken. Finde es schade, dass das Hotel in so kurzer Zeit dermaßen verwahrlost. Werde mir nächstes Mal 2mal überlegen müssen, ob ich ein nächstes Mal hingehen werde.
Maleyka (10/5): Good value for money, safe area and excellent staff. - Hotel is a great value for money. What makes it valuable is mainly its staff. Everyone makes you feel like home. Hotel is located in a quite area, so you can sleep comfortably without the noise of Istanbul. Another plus point is that the room is cleaned daily. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it. Despite the fact that there are signs everywhere about smoking isn’t allowed, corridor had a cigarette smell. I guess the room next to mine had a balcony where people smoked (may be it was allowed in those rooms).

Mina (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt, zdecydowanie wrócimy do tego hotelu - Hotel oceniamy bardzo wysoko. Lokalizacja była wyśmienita – bardzo blisko metra i głównych atrakcji, co znacznie ułatwiało poruszanie się po mieście. Apartament był piękny, czysty i komfortowy, a personel niezwykle miły i pomocny – w każdej sytuacji otrzymywaliśmy natychmiastową pomoc i wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń – pobyt był bardzo udany i z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie.

mihaelagab (9/5): Good value for money, very good conditions. - I liked very much the room,. It was cleaned every day. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly, willing to help every time you needed something. I did not like the area around the hotel, as there are only bikers shops. A good thing, however, is that it is not too far from a street with shops and restaurants (10-15 minutes walking distance).

Erikperson (9/5): Nice room in nice hotel close to Sögutlucesme YHT station and metro - Nice room with terrace which we paid extra for, and we could use the terrace to sit in the nice sun. Very clean and nice hotel, located only max 10 minutes walk from Sögutlucesme fast train and metro station. Located in a small usiness area with many car and motorbike shops and repair works, but ok to walk in at late evenings. A small bridge leading to nearby area with "normal" shops (like the beer shop). Reasonable priced given the good location to the station and the terrace. A very tasty vegetarian breakfast was served by nice people! The area around was not bad, but no place where you can enjoy strolling around.

The hotel is located quite far from the central area, but quite close (within walking distance) of the train station that connects the Asian and European sides of Istanbul. At breakfast there was only water, tea and coffee, without any juice! The temperature in the breakfast room was very low!

Mark (10/5): Great staff and excellent room, shower and bed. - Mustafa at the front desk was friendly and helpful when you need to get your bearings in a new big city. The vibrant area of this hotel and proximity to a major transport hub is brilliant; only a few stops on the main line to Seraglio Point and other spots on the fast buses. The food selections on the the main street are all very authentic from coffee in the morning to Kebaps at night. The streets around the hotel were a little dark and dingy; but when you realise Istanbul is a trustworthy and respectful community you cope with it all. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone with that proviso.

Reception staff EXCELLENT ( & very helpful) Room was clean, comfortable & had a small fridge (& a safe) Breakfast very nice! 5 mins walk from nearest station - busses & overground trams (that connects to main underground metro - to the airport / rest of city. Definitely stay there again Difficult to find (in the dark!) 1st time. But once we knew where it was - not a problem!

Mandy (8/5): Lovely facilities, shame about some of the staff - Very nice room/bathroom - fridge and safe in the room too. One member of staff, Josef, went above and beyond in helping me with accessing a sim card and recommending local places. He brought endless tea when I was feeling exhausted after my journey. Sadly his employer, the owner, was not to helpful the next day. He could learn a lot about customer service from Josef. I commented that the two 'keys', white plastic credit cards - one to operate the lift and the other for the room, where identical and that it would help if one was a different colour. He said if I looked carefully, there were numbers printed faintly on one of them so that was the marker! Bad luk if you have poor eyesight! He was so defensive. When I complained that the coffee in the morning was old/stale, he just refilled my cup from the same pot! I was the only person in the restaurant for breakfast but the staff could not really be bothered with me or even ask how everything was. The food itself was good. Such a shame the owner was unreceptive to constructive criticism.

Michael (10/5): Very fancy, clean hotel with friendly welcoming staff - Extremely clean and fancy property. Hard to believe it is 3 star. Room cleaned immaculately by the lovely cleaning lady and the staff in general were all lovely people. There wasn’t anything really. You aren’t in the heart of Kadikoy but you are a 10-15 minute flat leisurely walk to anywhere you need to be.

The energy is normal. very noisy from the street. there are rooms that overlook another wall or the inner courtyard of the hotel restaurant, I do not recommend. if the windows overlook the street, there will be noise from the highway and from motorcycles. mosquitoes are the main problem, I stayed 2 years ago and could not sleep normally, there were 10 of them if not more and new ones were always appearing. Also the shower was broken. The rooms need attention. and a pillow, you can sleep without it, because you won't be able to sleep with it, it's very high and hard

Elmira (9/5): Peaceful, tasty breakfast, clean and cozy - It was peaceful, quite, good breakfast, walking distance from transportation and convenience stores. Liked nearby cafe and restaurants. Within 15-20 min walk from famous Moda Caddesi where you can find authentic stores, coffeshops, restaurants and etc Weather was perfect to leave windows open, whereas our windows were openning to fully closed part of the building. Felt airless. We didnt ask, but maybe it was possible to change the room and its better to recheck in advance as staff was very helpful and maybe they can help with this.

Robyn (9/5): Returning with pleasure - The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped with coffee for meetings in the lobby, and for ordering in food for dinner while I was working in my room. Hayrullah and Tügba were especially helpful. In fact, after my first 9 nights, I returned twice more. Though Istanbul.is busy, the sound proofing and double glazing is great. Nothing really. But the immediate area is not interesting. However, a 20 minute walk finds Kadikoy.

Leon (10/5): Really good staff, nice hotel in a decent location. - The staff have to get the biggest mention here, because they were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help. Was interesting that I had the same birthday as the woman on reception, she walked us part of the way to the stadium too. The room was great, lovely terrace with comfortable beds. Very well priced too! Close to transport to the European side. Can't fault anything!
Ryan (10/5): The Most Helpful Staff I've Ever Met - The staff are truly wonderful, helpful and friendly , even with a language barrier as my friend and I dot not speak the language and our accents were a little difficult for the staff at times, but with the help of Google translate they assisted every request and chatted away, and all great characters. It's a little way out from the livelier areas, but it's a nice country to take a stroll so I did not mind, and taxis are cheap also if required.
Hsin (9/5): Homey Feel and Delicious Breakfast - I recently enjoyed a 10-day stay at the Ghan Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a home-away-from-home for me. I don't usually enjoy hotel breakfasts, but their Turkish breakfast were delicious and made me look forward to starting each day. The location is ideal for travelers who prefer a quieter setting. It's a roughly 20-minute walk from the Kadikoy center, also near the Marmaray. You can reach all the essential Istanbul sightseeing attractions in just 4 stops. I would definitely choose to stay here again! No

Youshuo (9/5): Superb - Booked this hotel on behalf of my friend. She has the same experience as I am. Nice location and clean. It is not far from a residential area so plenty of restaurants and shops available. Bus and metros are also not too far away. Since we arrive in the evening, the hotel is located in a small street so it took us sometime to find it. But once you know the way it is super easy to navigate around,

The price value is super B for this hotel. It is located in a small street, it might be difficult to find if you arrive at night.
