Pavel (4/5): Not pleased with the stay at all. - Good location around the underground from the Airport Breakfast was in another building. Seriously?! The whole point of having breakfast in the hotel is to save time in the morning and, more importantly, not to put on all your outer clothes during cold seasons. Here, we had to go there and back just to finish our morning preparations. The “SPA” was open at very inconvenient hours for tourists — from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you are planning sightseeing, you won’t have a chance to use it. There was a strong smell of smoke in the hotel room. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Viktorija (3/5): Don't go if you're after sauna and gym facilities - Bed was relatively comfortable. We booked this hotel specifically for its advertised gym and sauna facilities, as we were travelling athletes. Unfortunately, neither facility was available during our stay. The sauna was out of order, and the gym hours kept changing without clear communication from the staff. Every time we asked, we were given different opening times, and the gym was consistently closed in the mornings. After repeated back and forth, we eventually accessed the sauna area only to find it still broken. In the end, we were unable to use either the gym or sauna even once, due to inconsistent information and non-functional amenities.

The staff is very nice and friendly, in particular Maryam was really great, she helped me with all the information to get around the city in the best way. The spa is really nice and the staff are lovely. I had a great stay here, I recommend this hotel to people who want to relax and enjoy the city of Istanbul.

Maya (7/5): Overall it is modest hotel, with good location and friendly staff. - Location of the hotel is very good, on the quite street close to the central avenue. Staff is very friendly, but with very poor English. Standard double room with balcony was quite spacious. Hotel is definitely not 4 star hotel. It is modest hotel even for Turkey. Hotel Boursier 1, located nearby, is much better.

I asked them about the public bus to sapancha but they got me an expensive taxi way more than what I can get by any taxi driver but when I insist on the bus the refused to help and directed me to “google”. However just across the street there is a small grocery store and they were so much help.

Tolga (9/5): It is a very good price-performance hotel. A nice hotel to stay in the city. - Breakfast was sufficient. Staff were helpful and caring. Restaurant was clean and quiet. Everything was good, the food was delicious and fresh. The only thing that could be better would be more frequent cleaning of the floor carpet in the room. It can be cleaned with a foam wash, it wasn't too dirty, it just could have been better. Other than that everything was perfect. Congratulations, we were extremely pleased with your hotel, which I came to with a bit of prejudice. We will come again.
Andreea (8/5): Excellent - The room was clean, very comfortable mattress, good breakfast. They upgraded our room at the check in and this was such a pleasant surprise. We had a very spacious room with balcony at the 7th floor.
