En la recepción algunas personas también nos atendieron bien. El bañó los 5 últimos días de llenaba de agua, se filtrada de la pared, peligroso por lo que resbalaba.Lo dijimos dos veces en recepción, no nos hicieron ni caso. En la habitación del segundo piso, que daba a un patio de atrás, el ruido a todas horas de los aires acondicionados o chimeneas se hace difícil de soportar y descansar.

• Nevzat (10/5): Top Lage, sauber, freundlich – alles direkt erreichbar. - Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich, besonders Herr Levent – er hat uns herzlich empfangen und sich immer um alles gekümmert. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Lage vom Hotel ist top, genau das war uns in Istanbul wichtig. Der Frühstücksbereich ist zwar etwas eng, aber trotzdem alles gut organisiert und das Frühstück war auch völlig in Ordnung. Wir waren als Familie dort (mit zwei Töchtern, 20 und 17) und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Ich bin beruflich und privat oft in 4-5 Sterne Hotels unterwegs, aber hier stimmt einfach die Lage und das Gesamtpaket. Sauberkeit, Parken und Komfort – alles passt. Danke nochmal an das ganze Team! Durch die zentrale Lage kann es stellenweise etwas lauter sein, da umliegende Geschäfte und das Stadtleben natürlich präsent sind. Allerdings ist das auch gleichzeitig ein Vorteil, da man praktisch rund um die Uhr Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen hat.

Самое главное это расположение, в шаговой доступности есть абсолютно всё и очень много: транспорт, еда, шопинг. Персонал вежливый. Разрешили оставить на 2 дня чемоданы в камере хранения бесплатно, пока мы уезжали в другой город.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the staff, who were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely its location. It is situated right in the heart of the tourist area, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Many historical attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops, and popular landmarks were within walking distance. We barely needed transportation during our stay because everything was so close. Being able to walk around and experience the atmosphere of the city so easily made our vacation much more enjoyable. Despite being in a lively tourist area, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, which allowed us to relax comfortably after long days of sightseeing. Another great feature was the parking facility. Traveling by car can often be stressful in busy tourist destinations due to limited parking spaces, but this hotel offered secure and convenient parking, which was a huge relief for us. We were able to leave our car safely and enjoy our days without worrying about finding parking spots. This convenience alone makes the hotel a fantastic choice for travelers arriving by car. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were extremely cozy, allowing us to rest well every night. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the cleanliness standards throughout the hotel were impressive. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained, and all amenities were provided in great condition.

I always felt very comfortable and I never had to worry about anything. The rooms and all areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained. The owner and the staff are extremely kind, helpful, and caring. They help with everything — restaurant recommendations, transportation, appointments, and any questions you may have. You can really feel that they do their work with heart. The location is also perfect: close to many attractions, bazaar, restaurants, cafés, and public transport. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I will definitely stay here again.

Bedroom was really small and the bed (I knew this beforehand) was really small..when hotels say single bed they usually mean 1 and a half but here it really was a single bed..for someone on the larger side it definitely is not very comfortable.

A deux pas du tramway ( très pratique pour les visites) et dans un quartier animé avec beaucoup de boutiques et restaurants. Un très grand merci à Levant et son équipe au top. On a été accueilli chaleureusement et tout est fait pour que l' on soit le plus à l ' aise possible. Je suis venue avec mon bébé et l' équipe à tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions. De très belles attentions tout au long du séjour . Расположение удобное: до трамвая близко, до основных достопримечательностей легко добраться, при этом сам район живой. Сам отель - настоящая находка для тех, кто ценит комфорт и домашнюю атмосферу. Номера очень уютные, со свежим, приятным ремонтом. В комнате есть абсолютно всё необходимое - ничего лишнего, но и ни в чём не чувствуешь недостатка. Плюс есть лифт, что для Стамбула (особенно с чемоданом) огромное облегчение. Отдельно порадовала ежедневная уборка - в номере всегда чисто, постельное бельё и полотенца свежие. Это добавляет ощущения настоящей гостиницы, а не квартиры посуточно. Персонал очень заботливый: в течение всего дня предлагают чай и кофе - мелочь, а приятно, чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. В общем, если ищете в Лалели место с душой, свежим ремонтом, удобствами (лифт, уборка, чай-кофе) и вкусной едой - смело берите. Обязательно вернусь сюда ещё».

It is situated in a very central area of Istanbul, within walking distance to many historical attractions, shops, and restaurants. The tram station is only a few minutes away, and there are also metro stations nearby, which makes transportation around the city very easy and convenient. The staff was generally friendly and helpful during my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were willing to assist when needed. The room was clean and comfortable. While it is not a luxury hotel, it offers good value for the price. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the basic amenities required for a short stay. The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of options. It was not a very large selection, but everything was fresh and sufficient to start the day. The dining area was also clean and well-organized. One of the downsides is the parking situation. The hotel does not have a large private parking area, so guests with cars may need to use nearby paid parking facilities. Also, depending on the room location, there can be some noise from the street, as the hotel is in a busy area. • Nazerke (10/5): - Мы останавливались в отеле Zalel Hotel в Стамбуле, и нам всё очень понравилось. Отель расположен в очень удобном месте - рядом находятся трамвай и метро, что делает передвижение по городу очень удобным. Персонал просто замечательный - очень вежливые, внимательные и доброжелательные люди. Всегда готовы помочь и создать комфортную атмосферу для гостей. Завтраки были разнообразными, каждый день что-то новое, и всё невероятно вкусно. Остались только приятные впечатления от проживания. С удовольствием вернёмся снова и рекомендуем Zalel Hotel всем, кто планирует поездку в Стамбул!

• FRMK (8/5): В целом хорошо за свои деньги, мы бы рекомендовали этот отель - Очень отзывчивый, вежливый и дружелюбный персонал, который сам хочет помочь разобраться с проблемами, например, предложили поменять номер из-за запаха и поставили аромадифузор. Такого нигде не встречали. Локация хорошая с точки зрения доступа к транспорту В первом номере 204 в туалете не работала часть подсветки, поэтому там было очень темно, плюс окно выходило вглубь двора, в комнате было как в темнице. Нам сразу предложили поменять на номер 601, он был меньше 204 и там был очень стойкий запах стухшего ковра. Но зато был очень светло и работал кондиционер на обогрев. Мужчина на ресепшн предложил нам переехать на следующий день в номер побольше и сразу приобрел аромадифузор для номера 601, чтобы скрыть запах плесени. После ночевки мы переехали в 102. Да, номер был побольше, но из-за этого в нём было очень холодно, кондиционер не работал на обогрев. Плюс там ОЧЕНЬ сильно пахло табаком. Этот запах не выветрился за 3 ночи!!! Проблему с обогревом решили, нам принесли обогреватель. Но все равно в сумме речь про комфортный отдых не шла. Завтрак там достаточно однообразный

• Elsa (10/5): Excelente estancia en Estambul - La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el centro histórico. Nos dieron muchas facilidades con el check-in y con el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. La habitación es agradable y está limpia, además la cama es muy cómoda. Un poco de ruido de la calle y el desayuno no es muy apetecible

• Jasmina Vukić (10/5): Great stay! - Our stay at the Zalel Hotel was amazing. We loved everything about it. Very clean, great breakfast and super friendly staff. Special shout out to Hasbi and Levent Bay, they were so helpful and made us feel super welcome. All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

• Telman (3/5): - К сожалению понравилось только местоположение отеля близко к транспорту. Сам отель не плохой по цене если вас устроит что в ванной комнате постоянно стоит вонь канализации!!! Завтрак стандартный для трёх звёзд но нет даже симита хотя за 30 лет поездок в Стамбул я не встречал отели без симита на завтрак. Но ещё что испортило проживание это постоянный запах курения, на нашем этаже кто-то курил , мы очень просили разобраться с проблемой так как с нами был ребенок и беременная женщина. Но сотрудники только разводили руками мол мы не можем зайти в каждый номер и проверить. Постоянный Запах канализации в ванной!!! Запах курения соседей!!!
