• John (1/5): Awful, stay away! - Air con worked fine - that's about the only positive. Receptionist was extremely rude and tried to scam my friend by charging him double for an upgrade to a room with a window (which ordinarily costs approx 10% more on Booking.com). Then she tried to charge me for an additional night, claiming that I'd already checked out the day before which was complete nonsense. Total scammer and awful customer service. Furthermore, the bathroom was covered in mould and the bath mat was absolutely filthy, like it had never been washed! Seriously, find somewhere else.

• Justin (1/5): Not clean & bad customer service - Not a lot The staff were not very customer friendly. I asked to change rooms as I had been given a room without windows. As the hotel was not full it was easy to change for an extra fee. When I came to pay they wanted twice as much. A friend who booked via the same platform and had the exact same room a floor below was paying less than I was for the room without a window. I asked why they were charging me twice as much but they couldn’t tell me. I refused to pay the double amount & ended up back in my original room without a window. The staff were not accommodating or customer centric. Poor show!!

• Freddik (2/5): Only for stay in rare cases - The hotel offered a reasonable price and featured an impressive hall with an aquarium. the rooms were quite dated, lacking windows, and had a persistent bad odor, likely due to mold. Despite the use of fans, the smell was hard to eliminate. Additionally, I encountered bugs and a dirty bathroom during my stay.

• Chau (10/5): Excellent sevice nice people. - The staff was helpful and friendly. I'd made a mistake booking on my phone because I needed a place to stay asap. Though I had book for 3 weeks but the 11 looks like 17 on the phone, so I'd overstay my departure date and my next hotel was not scheduled only because I could not extend my time with HLS 2 due to no vacancy. They let me keep my room till the 17 as I has plan with no fuss or penalty. I would definitly come back when space is available. Some contruction noise early in the day, as I tend to sleep late. But it was not intolarable once you get use to it and know what's happening.

• Chau (9/5): pleasant visit with relatives in the neighborhood before going home - No breakfast but I prefered it that way so I can eat whenever or what ever street food that appeal to us. Would have stayed longer but VN visa is expiring, gotago. No pool nor access to the common area on the roof as pictured. Like to get a city skyline view. No cooking allowed so have to get cup of joe down the street which is a pain to get out of your PJ.

Too expensive hotel and poor service.If possible AVOID THIS HOTEL. Here I share my experience . This is my second time in this hotel room number was 104. Booked hotel from Booking website .Both time TV isn't work . I was alone without TV . This time I asked reception lady before check-in about TV & she said " TV is working" and I paid her. I believed her & Without checking room I went out for dinner with my friends. Later in the evening I come back to my room and I Turn on the TV and it' was working. I went downstairs talk to the reception man( Night shift staff) that TV isn't working please change room or fix it , he start being rude that he doesn't have any room available . I was in first floor there is nearly 8 to 10 room all of them was empty. HE WAS SAYING " I SHOULD CHECK THE ROOM BEFORE CHECK-IN, I CAN'T HELP YOU. he just keep saying "Can't help you check before Check-in" I told him I am your regular customer but he was rude & don't care about that . Also I call the reception lady she don't response any call & messages. Because of travel I need to stay in many hotels but to be honest this hotel experience was worst.oh by the way most important Wifi too slow No TV and No internet also nothing in the freeze. Okay all I want to say it's not about TV .it's about their service and staff. Once you paid them . They will not help you for anything. I very-highly don't recommend this hotel to forigeners who comes to Vietnam for travel or business and with family want good time . This is Hotel is definitely not a good choice . • Duncan (7/5): Fuss free, except for door locking mechanism. - Lady receptionist, Ms Me, is very courteous and helpful. She speaks English. Door lock needs to be changed. Although Ms Me offered to move me to another room, i decided not to as i was checking out the next morning.
