• Thanh Thuan (10/5): Awesome - The location is very central and close to the airport and BTS Ratchaprarop station. The staff is super friendly and communicates well in English and is always willing to help if you have any questions. They clean rooms daily and thoroughly. Definitely recommend this accommodation to others. Noise was a minor issue due to other guests chatting in the lobby, but it was okay

Le café a volonté accompagné de petits gâteaux et fruits. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Relativement calme compte tenu du va et vient de nombreux clients plus ou moins respectueux des autres. • Alia (9/5): Great Stay! - We had a wonderful stay at Bangkok City Link Hotel. The room was surprisingly big, very comfortable, and super clean. The toilet and shower area were spacious too, which made our stay even more enjoyable — no cramped bathroom at all! One thing I really loved was the 24/7 coffee machine at the reception. It was such a nice touch to be able to grab coffee anytime of the day or night, especially after a long day of walking around Bangkok. Everything about the hotel felt nice, cozy, and well taken care of. The location is also very convenient — right outside there are 24-hour laundry services along the sidewalk, which is perfect for travellers who stay longer or shop a lot like us 😄 Overall, it was a very comfortable, hassle-free stay. Big rooms, great facilities, friendly atmosphere, and thoughtful details — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok! There are just a few small things to note. The air-conditioning was not very cold, and the shower water pressure was a bit low — if you’re in a hurry, you might need to use the bathtub tap to shower faster. The hotel is also a little walking distance from Pratunam, but honestly, everything around is still walkable, so it wasn’t a big problem at all. Our safe is lock, we unable to use it.

• Paulina (7/5): - Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Nie korzystaliśmy z obsługi pokojówek ani z recepcji więc nie możemy ocenić. Możliwość pozostawienia bagaży na recepcji. Pokój położony na parterze z widokiem na pralnie, po otwarciu okna było w nim bardzo głośno prawdopodobnie przyczynił się do tego remont okolicznej ulicy. Łazienka niekomfortowa ponieważ przeszklona, ściana szklana Kończyła się około 40 cm przed sufitem, w pokoju było słychać dosłownie każdy dźwięk z toalety.
• Rosmawati (8/5): Busy area but..... - The coffee machine is available 24 hours in the lobby area. The location. It is a 5-10 min walk away from the nearest train station that only serves the airport line. You will need to transfer to BTS or Metro afterward. If you hope to take Grab, then good luck. Our Grab rides got cancelled 5 out of the 6 times we tried (with the longest one being cancelled after we waited for an hour and communicated with the driver via phone calls for 2 times).

• Takayama (3/5): 直さなければならないなら、早く直せ‼️ - なし バスタブ付きの部屋を写真を見て選んだのに、バスタブのない部屋に案内されたので、文句を言ったら、グレードアップだから別料金を請求されたから、バカタレと怒ったら、昨年10月に泊まった、バスタブ付きの同じ211号室に案内されたのですが、8ヶ月前とおなじでバスタブに穴が開いていて、お湯が漏れるのが未修理で、バスタブの栓を抜くと、バスルームの床にお湯が溢れ、閉口します。 ここの経営者はバカタレですので、もう泊まることはやめますが、26日からの3日間は予約済みだから仕方ないが、211号室はやめて欲しいです。

• Irene Susianto (7/5): Comfy bed and close to ARL - Located close to transportation center from and to the airport, only 5 mins walk to the ARL station. Also walkable to Pratunam, Makro, and some other malls around. Good facilities, very comfortable bed, nice and friendly staff. Nice hot water. Automatic coffee machine, microwave and biscuits in the lobby area is accessible 24 hours for guests. The room looks clean, but I believe it's not cleaned thoroughly. I saw some handprints on the wall just above the bed. the toilet's water source hole was very dirty. The bathtube list was moldy. The balcony floor was also dirty and dusty. The floor drain was clogged, it will flood the bathroom floor with foam and water after you finished shower. And I read some reviews about hearing other people from other rooms flushing and showering, that's true. it makes quite a loud sound from the bathroom. Poor soundproofing, so you can hear guests from the next hotel shouting loudly at 11 pm.

• Cezar Mihai Neguriță (7/5): - Staff and room was great. Facilities also great. They reacted immediately when I've said the balcony dor is not staying closed and they repair it. The only thing that disturbed my stay was another customers who started to make noise in the middle of the night, and even if I've called the reception they continue to talk loudly on the hall and to drop the doors. This happend 2 nights on a raw whe I couldn't sleep between 23:30 - 2:00. It should be some rules in this kind of situations.

• Diane (8/5): - the hotel is located about 10min walk from the pratnum area so very convienent if you want to go to the streets markets and malls. There is an excellent laundrette right across from the hotel which offers delivery to the hotel. the wifi connection was very slow. Currently there are roadworks in the main street that gets to the hotel and some taxi drivers were not managing to locate the hotel using the back streets.

Bir diğer eksiklikte eşyaları koymak için dolap yoktu bunun yerine bir demir askılık yapmışlar orayla idare ediyorsunuz.

Odaya eşyalar için mini bir dolap ve balkona 2 sandalye ve küçük bir masa gerekiyor :)
