• Viktor (2/5): Very poor - There are enough places to work on a laptop. Everything: dirty and dusty everywhere. The pillow and cover smell like sh*t. They don't do laundry for a looong time. There are only two sockets: one for light and another for fan. You can't change your phone without removing one of those. And insects, there are a lot of them. If you want to sleep well - avoid this place.
• Kayastha (5/5): Not for backpackers - The hostel was hard to find. When I got there, the lady working there couldn't speak English at all so it was hard to communicate. The capsules are very small and the room where the capsules are is very small. It's an affordable option if you're in and out of the hostel for a night but I do not recommend it to backpackers and travellers. The bed feels like a car seat, there's no bedding. I did not feel comfortable in the hostel.
• Weihan (1/5): This is a rat infested place. - Nothing I like This place is infested with rats. The pungent, disgusting smell of rats urine and dropping made me want to vomit. Bubonic plague came to my mind. I had to cut short my stay, without refund, because it became unbearable.

• Kwan (8/5): Clean, not too cramped, but risk being locked out - Not too short and cramped for individual capsule. Clean. On one occasion, the door was locked too early, by around 9 or 10pm, even though it was communicated that 12am was the curfew. I was stuck out there for some time with another customer.

• Van (2/5): Not a good experience - The location was central They advertised no curfew, but the doors get locked anytime from 10 pm at night. They advertised they supply towels but I had to buy my own. The matras/futon was torn and stuck together with sticky tape, and with no sheets was uncomfortable. They should update their photos on Booking.com as it is probably when they opened and not the in the same condition as now. Only one lady on staff and do not understand English, they should state that in their policies as very difficult to communicate.
• Phạm (5/5): Passable - Toilet and hot water Air con is too weak and it's super hot inside the box. They kept the remote control and would turn the air con off during the day and would just turn it on when it's night time.
• Julia (3/5): Very dissapointing. - Hot water Dirty and stinky beddings, no fresh air in the room, no toothbrush and no towel. Even sheets for bed are no provided. Woman on reception is very unfriendly and said No whatever you ask her. Very hot and the view from the window is on the table tennis court where people playing and making noise. The location is different from the spit. When I asked where is the place, they sent me the same wrong location without any checking that its wrong. The swimming pool is always crowded and doesn't look like clean. There's no shampoo in the bathroom. Very disappointing place.

• Effy (1/5): Not recommended - The working space was ok and the staff was nice Does not look like in the photos! Very dirty and uncomfortable There were a lot of hairs on my "bed" (not really a bed), the blanket / pillow / bathrooms didn't seem clean at all, a lot of mosquitos and overall very small. Unfortunately I cannot recommend to stay there even though the price might be good

• Ryunosuke (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend this place - Toilets and bathroom are clean. Tons of mosquitos, it took me really long to get sleep. Hard to find the hostel, even the location they set is wrong, you have to see the picture to find it. They turn off the lights for saving. It makes the place spook, it’s good for the environment though.

• Hoàng (8/5): Great and economical place to stay for individual travelers. - The bed is wide enough for one person. The room has a table beside the bed for working. The locker is big enough to contain suitcase. The bathroom has electric water heater and shower. The kitchen has stoves and electric kettle. The staff is very helpful and devotional. She is old but she still opened the door when I arrived at 2AM. Nothing to complain about the facilities. The only thing I want to complain is that the weather during my stay is rainy and cold.

• Ms.velasco (1/5): Poor! Not advisable for women foreigners! - Nothing 1. The room was really hot..they off the aircon during the day and they can on it only in the evening. They provided small fan in the cubicle but not enough to lessen the hotness specially in the afternoon it's burning hot. The AC is off. 2. Guests are not allowed to take a shower. Clogged pipes and water goes directly to the kitchen that caused flood inside 😤. Not clean and not safe for occupants. Staff Don't allowed me to take a shower someone even knocked the door while I was inside the bathroom. *If taking a shower is not allowed they should closed the business nobody should check in at their property without taking a bath! 3. Poor facilities. No exhaust fan inside the dormitory. Very inconvenient to stay! It is said to be a "workstay" because inside the building there are young workers using offices. Most of workers use the isle inside the dorm they can pass by anytime.

• Lee (10/5): The family will really care about you and they are really funny. - Cute mum and daughter team and it is such a unique stay, you will laugh at everything. The pool is not really included and could confuse you in the descriptions. There is a regular pool, even so they should try get a discount for their guests.
