• Damian (9/5): - The place is nice and near the central but it is in a traffic area where it is really hard to get taxi. I had a couple of canceled trips when i was there. If you like to walk then it is your place. The room was also small than i expected. Overall it is good for the money.

Petit déjeuner copieux en roof top avec terrasse Chambre un peu étroite. Arrivée d'eau chaude un peu sporadique dans la douche.

• Charo (7/5): - El desayuno estaba bueno y variado , nos facilitaron el alquiler de una moto en el mismo hotel, y gestionaron el taxi para ir al aeropuerto. Esta muy bien ubicado, muy próximo a la calle del tren, y a la zona de venta de souvenirs , masajes..etc A pesar de ser zona de mucho tráfico, no había ruido La habitación demasiado pequeña, y totalmente interior, lo justo para pasar un par de noches.

• Katja (8/5): Nice location for decent price - Great location near everything a tourist needs. The room was clean. It was a bit tight but we still had enough space for all our stuff. Breakfast was good. The walls in the room were dirty and the wallpaper was pealing. General feeling of the room was that it has seen some better days. You have to get a coupon for breakfast each day from reception for the next day.

• Tran (10/5): - Mình đến sớm hơn giờ checkin 6 tiếng và hết phòng đơn thì khách sạn hỗ trợ nâng hạng phòng đôi free , phòng sạch sẽ và view khá đẹp . Nhân viên nói chuyện dễ thương và nhiệt tình . Lần sau nếu quay lại Hà Nội nhất định sẽ sử dụng khách sạn 3T 🤗

• April (8/5): The location is great, it is close to the train street. It is also clean and quiet. - The breakfast was scrumptious, we really enjoyed it. The location is great. It is walking distance from the train street and there are restaurants nearby. There isn't enough space especially when you are travelling with luggage.
• Ryhan (7/5): It’s an average BnB - The hotel was very clean and tidy. They had a breakfast buffet and the room was cleaned everyday. It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter. The room was way too small for 2 people. We could barely move around. And the hosts had poor knowledge about the neighborhood and tours in general. They were not very interactive. Also their USD exchange rate was pretty low compared to money exchange companies and few other hotels in the area.
• Kevin (7/5): Good - Nice location, super helpful and friendly staff. Nice modern feel to the hotel. Great breakfast Noisy bar across the street played loud music until 11pm but this isn't the fault of the hotel. Noticed a few ants around the hotel Lighting was either a bit too bright or too dark.

She is hospitable and help - Conveniently located in Hanoi, away from the noise of Old Quarter but easy to go to. The room size was enough for 2 persons and it was clean. There are also places to eat down the hotel.

• David (5/5): Passable - Good location The cleanliness of the room was not well done. We found hairs in the refrigerator and the glasses were dirty. Also when cleaning the next day, they didn't even remove the hairs from the bed. There was also dirt on the floor when the room was just delivered.

• Nyna (2/5): Scammed. - Just the location is at Old Quarter city center. The staff and their manager is not genuine. They asked me to pay extra 3% card charges if u are using any card to pay at the properties. I agreed on that. After done my payment, the manager said the price is wrong while the staff are taking total price directly frim Booking.com apps + 3% charges. They argued among them and ask me to pay extra. when i asked why should i pay? they said there are extra charges while they dont want to tell me what is the extra charges for. I will not recommend this Hotel as the room also very small and the picture is not same. U can get better hotel and more comfortable instead.

• Sara (8/5): Very good - The hotel is located at the edge of Old Quarter, so most attractions and on walking distance, since we didnt use any other transport there. The communication with them in person was good, a but less available they were on Booking. We got two small bottles of water, coffee and tea for free. They don't offer breakfast, but have some smootie options. We stayed one night longer than planned. There were no discounts, but we could have stayed in the same room. For card payment they charge extra 3%, the payment via Booking is not possible.

• Patrick (10/5): Cozy rooms & Great Location - Cozy rooms and friendly staff. Kevin was excellent. He went above and beyond. Great location. Walking distance to the various Hanoi attractions. Many cafes nearby.
• Hink (9/5): Superb - Lovely and kind receptionist, Kevin was a lovely man and helped me instantly. Connected to whatsapp so we had more instant communication between one another. Great job he did. place was clean and lovely. Strong shower always helps. I was told I could pay with card as I had lost my wallet of which at check out was not available despite being told otherwise, which really put me in an awful position as I needed to get to the airport within a reasonable time so my girlfriend had to go get cash in a hurry. I did not appreciate this. Housekeeping came at an awkward time, and when I requested for it to be done when we left the hotel 40 mins later they never came to do it despite texting and talking to the receptionist. Other than that it was a lovely stay

You can't pay on card which they don't tell you, you have to get cash out so at 10pm once we arrived we were running round Hanoi trying to find at ATM. The room was tiny, we are budget backpackers and even we struggled. The road it is in is a main A-road and manic, so hard to get taxis from etc. The wifi was rubbish, couldn't get it in the room and the bed sheets and towels were dirty.

You couldn't pay by card in the hotel. that was very unpleasant. especially because the hotel advertises card payment.

• Ivan (7/5): Good - when I entered the room they told me that tea, coffee and water were free, when I was leaving, she accused me of eating noodles and drinking water and not paying. This is not fair or correct of them, there were no noodles in the room, and they gave me a room without a window, which was not stated on the booking com and I did not got drunk, I can only say that the staff at the reception is very kind and to be praised. The cleanliness of the room is superficial, when I entered the room I found leftover food and open water from previous guests in the refrigerator

• Krolik (8/5): Good - Generally it's good hotel 10min walk to old quarter.Hot water always, comfortable bed.We had to wait for our fly so the staff let us leave our bags in the hotel for 5 hours. Staff had very poor english, room very small it was more like for one person not for a couple.Window cannot be opened.

• Emily (7/5): clean comfy stay - The room was on the smaller side but was clean, comfy and had everything you needed. The Smart TV was good with a few English channels. Shower room was very good with hot water and good pressure. All staff were friendly and they stored our bags as we arrived early. The wifi wasn’t good and kept cutting out during our stay, however we were on the 5th floor. They cleaned our room on the second day took the old towels away but did not give us new ones. Upon checkout they had to inspect the room before we left. The room provided two bottles of water on the desk and two in the fridge, we assumed these were to have as every other hotel we had been in had provided water every day whilst there, however we were told that two of the bottles we had to pay for which came to 36k. Not the biggest amount we know, but thought it was strange.

• Lina (6/5): Cleaning to be improved - The reception staff was helpful and friendly. They only cleaned my room once in the 7 nights that I had stayed there. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and had to ask them twice them to refill it but they didn’t. No refill of toilet paper either.

• Mary (7/5): Sound proof and comfortable, very clean and well situated - The bathroom was modern and the shower was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was generally very clean. Unfortunately the staff didn't speak much English which was a shame. The rooms were also quite small and it was difficult to access the far side of the double bed.
