- Zbigniew (2/5): I did not expect that. - The hotel agreed to cancel our stay for free. We arrived for a 3‑night stay, but unfortunately the experience was unacceptable. The hotel insisted on full payment before handing over the keys, despite this not being mentioned anywhere in their Booking.com policies. The receptionist left one of our passports unattended on his desk while going upstairs, which felt very insecure. When I asked to speak with the manager, the receptionist ignored the request for around 20 minutes before giving me a business card; the manager replied by text another 20 minutes later, repeating the same claim about hotel policy. The receptionist was also playing on his phone during check‑in. In the room, we found a large cockroach. After all of this, we decided not to stay.

No me gustó que no tenía ventanas, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, olía mucho a humedad, y en la primera habitación habían micro-insectos volando, nos dijeron que salían por ser invierno. - shanel (8/5): בעקרון המקום ממש טוב אך צריך לבדוק לגבי המים חמים כי זה משנה את החוויה משמעותית - שירות ניקיון החדרים היה מאוד טובים צוות ממש טוב ומנומס ועקבי , עיצוב המלון והחדר ממש יפים והיה אפשרות של צק אין מאוחר צוות מאוד נחמד , ביום השני לשהייה האדם מהצוות הקבלה הציע לנו ללכת למכבסה שהיא פחות מחצי דקה הליכה מהמלון , סגרנו עם הצוות של הכביסה שנבוא לאסוף את הכביסה בשש ושאנחנו קיבלנו המלצה מMAI HOTEL עליהם , בסוף היום התעכבנו בגלל הפקקים והבנות כבר סגרו את הכביסה ולא יכלנו לקחת את הדברים , כשהגענו למלון הופתענו לגלות שגם הבנות של הכביסה הביאו את הכביסה שלנו למלון ( למרות שעדיין לא שילמנו ) וגם המלון שילם עבורנו על הכביסה ( כמובן שלאחר מכן שילמנו למלון ) אך זה לא מובן מאליו ואנחנו מעריכים את זה ממש , אז גם מקום לפרגן לצוות המלון על ההתחשבות והגדלת הראש וגם המלצה לכביסה eco green laundry service המים חמים נגמרים בתוך 2 דק , כשהבת זוג שלי טיפה חוותה מים חמים בהתחלה ואז קרים וכשאני נכנסתי להתקלח אחריה הם היו כבר רק קרים , מבאס כי בהאנוי קר , מעבר לזה הכל מושלם

Mình trả phòng trễ 20 phút phụ thu 50k (cái này đi nhiều nhưng giờ mới bị mặc dù nhiều nơi báo 12h trả phòng nhưng mình soạn đồ có chậm đi 15-30 phút thì các ks khác vẫn ko thu phí)

- Patrycja (7/5): Really nice and relaxing room with the sauna! - The room with the sauna was great! Really good for the price and a nice way to escape the chaos of Hanoi. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The younger man at the reception was really nice and helpful, he welcomed me well and helped me with everything! The other man at the reception who was there on my second day was not helpful at all. He looked annoyed and I didn’t feel welcome by him, more like an intruder. All the staff didn’t speak English what made it hard sometimes, but with google translate worked well. Besides that the communication between the staff is not good. I discussed to extend the room and everything seemed well and smooth untill the other receptionist told me totally different information. In the end everything worked out well, but it was a bit of a stressful and confusing situation for me.

- Daniel (10/5): Romantic, well prepared room 😊 - I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice 😊 There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool. Air conditioning didn't work very well.

- Terje (7/5): A hotell in the outskirts of Hanoi - Good bed, enough water in the shower, fridge and water boiler. The staff is doing their very best. Far from down town Hanoi, 2 h walk. The staff do not speak english, if you have a problem,forget to get help. A pretty big bathtub, next to the bed, very odd, but maybe mor common in Asia.

- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern and comfortable with great spa bath if you wish, nice big TV with Netflix, look there is no breakfast but it is a great area with loads of fantastic cheap eaterys close by, cheap as Banh mi which is a great breakfast staple. Nice lake at the end of the street with great coffee shops on the opposite side. Great to support the local venues and get away from the touristy hot spots. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and can't believe it isn't at least 4 stars. It is a little away from the main area but if you don't mind riding a scooter and really getting lost in the city and realising how much that has to offer or catching a grab taxi it is really worth while. If you stay right in the main area you don't get the full experience of Hanoi.

- Tuan (7/5): terrible - The room & furniture is ok. The staff opened the door to my room at 10 P.m without knocking. The receptionists were extremely loud. I could hear them chatting to each other throughout the first night when I stayed at the room near the reception. When I checked out, they hastled me to pay them another 8% (VAT) on my invoice eventhough i had paid post-tax amount already.
