• Brenda (5/5): Short walk to Aeon mall. - The locatio of hotel is 3 min walk from Aeon mall via the crossing. This is a 2 star type of hotel in reality where you pay for a room with toilet and shower facility. My room has a big window that faces the park opposite which is a relief. ( family room only has more space) The aircon in the room worked. The towels were white and clean. The male staff was kind to provide me the pillows and hair dryer when I asked him. Much thanks! 1. 3 baby cockcroaches was sighted in my presence and I killed them or else they would have me as a new playground. The next door is a Chinese zhichar outlet. 2. Shower head did not work. I was limited to a tiny spray of water. 3. No room slippers provided and it was a relief that I brought my own. 4. Next room is diagonal and is only 3 steps away. So be ready to hear people talking. 5. There is no toilet roll holder. 6. I think the room is not clean and I brought my own santising wipes to clean every possible contactable surface area! I learnt from the Covid epidemic!

• Happi_dreamz (8/5): Cosy small room - location is just 5 min walk to Aeon. Clean little room to accommodate family of 4. Notice this time the room was newly installed a foldable table at the wall. Nothing, perhaps the toilet door can be fix( the rubber came off half of the door, meaning could be peek thru ) and shower gel could be top up more, as when we wanted to shower, found left little bit only. Ome TV channel no sound, some very loud.

• Sha (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, very affordable price, easy access to Aeon and showered with hotel water .The staff was also really respectful and nice .Recommended as a budget hotel. The paint smell is really a headache. Maybe the hotel is recently painted so there is a very strong paint smell. Nothing else other than this .

• Tzer (1/5): Horrible, terrible, unforgettable, unforgivable - NOTHING, IS HELL DISGUSTING They should change their name to “Motel” instead of hotel, no lift. Very rundown Motel, mold are everywhere, and it feels very disgusting. There are stain on the pillowcases and bed sheets. Really not worth the price even though the price is low. Remove that 精品 please, you don’t deserve that.

• Barry (9/5): Good for money and if can have better facility will be a best option to stay all time. - The location is very convenient to everything i need during the visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful also very kind and polite. Facility is not all are convenient such as the flush for toilet it was a bit troublesome to have the water can't be turn off immediately. The power socket was too high where to plug my phone charger it will make the phone hang in in the air cause the distance between plug to the nearest table is too far and another 1 is too high. Consider spraying a room refreshened before letting the guest to come into the room after cleaning it up so the ambience will be much more comfortable.

• Ming (5/5): Happy with the location, parking, nearby shops and it's perfect if there's windows in the room. - The mattress is comfortable, the pillow is good, the blanket is good. Sound insulation better than my expection. Air Con is cold, water pressure pass, 3 power plugs. Sarawakian receptionist very friendly, quite many public parking especially at night. Location is definitely good as it's in the middle among JB old city, skudai and iskandar, and walking distance to quite many restaurants and even aeon mall. No window for my room, really sad about this as the room's price about RM130. The room is quite small, dont expect it's spacious. FYI, no hair dryer, and no lift, need to take the stairs. I cant see any "精品" design in this hotel as written in his hotel name.
