- Radloff (6/5): Happy but not overjoyed - The other guests were lovely, except for the ones that started the smoke by microwaving a chocolate with the wrapper. The power points by the beds don't have 2 pin adapters, so unless you know beforehand you need to bring your own. When I checked in, I asked the desk if I could do a late checkout, and he said it was fine. Come the morning, and he tells me I didn't ask, why would I make this up? Like, get your client service skills up, and don't make your clients feel like the victim. It was something I asked and even stated because I hurt my ankle and wanted to rest it a bit more. The bathroom shower curtain rail was also broken, so there was no curtain and water gets everywhere. Some sort of bedside lamp would also be useful, otherwise you have to disturb everyone with the main light on.

Not in a noisy area We checked in at 15:00 only to find out the cleaners were still cleaning room were so tired coming from Port Elizabeth we have to wait for them to finish. There were no plates, glass, spoon or anything in the kitchen whereas it a self-catering place. The bathroom was licking water when you take a shower the whole bathroom becomes wet. The lift was not working everything was a mess in this area. There were no wrap towel for guest

The rooms don't smell nice at all, there were no towels in all our rooms. We booked family rooms they didn't have pots, plates, cups, glasses nothing guys, we had to ask from the reception and they have us old thinks, the stove was not working well. The list is endless. Our room had ants.

The disturbance that was caused by the other guests that booked a room next to us because of they were load and cause a commotion outside of the room i had booked.

- Patricia (7/5): Very nice price and nice place except that one cannot cook - Very nice rooms. Individual beds, lots of light, a fan.. spacious. A towel is provided and wifi. There is also a small gym area and a garden with a pool. It is also gated. Warm water, everything nice and clean and they clean everyday The beds are very comftable and everything is very cleaned. And they come to clean everyday There is no soap, nor cleaning tools nor there is nothing in the kitchenette it is empty and there is nothing to cook nor a stove or anything. (In the 4 people dorms) There is only a microwave downstairs. So one cannot cook. And has to order. There is no common kitchen. So that is the only disadvantage. The reception is not 24/7 but till 8-11 and then there is someone at the gate. Also when the light goes off for a few days in JB it is advisable to have a torch or something to have light. But downstairs rhey provide wifi and electricity

- Zandile (7/5): It was short but refreshing, overall we enjoyed it was 5 of us - The place was clean ,the security was tight, we bathed with warm water with my friends in the morning and before we slept , pool can't complain much✌️the TV channels , Netflix , card tapping while opening the door and all sorts The wifi wasn't working throughout the whole stay The toilet was leaking we didn't get any assistance with those , we called day before they said there are pots we brought uncooked food but there were no pots...we were told the people who help with pots have knocked off , the fan plug was far from the socket , rooms were far from each other we ended up using one big room with 2 beds ,no soap no dish washer
