• Chaudhary (1/5): Worst experience - It was the bad experience a person can ever had ,, the staff was so rude...Due to emergency we need hot water in morning around 7 ...they were saying that "ab inko yeh chaiye ab vo chaiye" as such we are not paying ....the bathroom was speeling alot as well as the flush was not working... Do not visit this place ever. Everything need to be better ...not a single thing was okay

• Rahaman (1/5): Don't Come here to stay One of the worst Hotel in Agra. - Staff Rude Behaviour Didn't accept Booking.com booking. He told its a fake booking. We suffered a lot. At 4 a.m we are roaming like a begger in the street for our room. Its a Pathetic Hotel.

• Amit (8/5): Amazing Experience being there - It was as per our requirement, the only thing was that, I have booked for 2 adults and 2 kids total 2 beds as per my requirement when we have reached the hotel the reception person was a little bit confused or may be some mistake in posting the photos of the hotel rooms. He said I have booked a deluxe room which contains a single bed with 2 adults and 2 kids occupancy. When I resisted that I had booked for 2+2 then he was ready to give that room which has that facility it was a little bit confusions. Rest everything was good, he was also supportive, The staff was good, the food quality was good, they arranged a cake for us as it was my marriage anniversary that day overall it was a pleasant experience I must say, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. yes the tariff was little bit high and they must have been given some discount on such type of occasions when a family comes to celebrate their special events. Nothing, everything was good

• Khondaker (4/5): Disappointing - i only liked the behaviour of the staff at the reception and the location of the hotel. that's it i think they keep seperate rooms for the guests who book online. the bathroom didn't had a jet spray. it gave us a lot of trouble. the staff at the restaurant was kind of rude. the room service was not promt.. and one important thing, the pricing of the restaurant is too high, like a lot.

The staff would always call or come and ask if we would like to order any food multiple times. If or when we want to have our meal we can call and order. But staff asking again and again it's kind of annoying.

I will provide 4.5 star out of 5 Rooms are as exact as shown in the picture Everything was good except your in house restaurant need to improve on their food. But still it's a good restaurant. I rate 3.5 out of 5

• Jeshika (1/5): Not worth the price - Location The staff at the desk not at all welcoming. We booked Deluxe Family Room with 4 adults which had mentioned 2bed but after we reached they said there only Deluxe Family Suite which was not in option very bad service

The room was ok. The scale of everything is low. No hot water for them to shower and they had cold water only! Rooms are not big and the cleanliness is not the best.

Washroom was not good, room table is broken, card machin not working, pillow is very uncomfortable, Hotel location is very bad reaching there is a big big challenge. Reception person behaviour is not friendly, I asked him to upgrade my room but he denied.
