• Allison (7/5): It's ok for the money. - Quiet street, close to markets at the end of the road. Close to taj west gate, But we had a driver that took us and dropped us off, so didn't walk it. Banging with building work til 10pm, very echoey... If someone was taking in another room you could hear them plainly. Stayed in Taj nice point but it's the same hotel as next door, but the doors locked on it... Couldn't work it out really!

• Tobias (8/5): Not a bad choice but cleaning should be improved - The ac did work and the bed has plastic above it so it is harder for bedbugs to live there. Also the room had space and the service was friendly and we could leave our luggage with them. The area is nice and the service was friendly The bed linen didn't cover all the bed and you basically slept always a bit on the plastic of the bed which was uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet still had some urine points on it and there were spider nets in the bathroom. The towels we got were very old, had some dark points on it and didn't smell nice. Would have been nice if the toilet would have been clean and the towels a bit less used. specially my girlfriend had a lot of problems with the cleanliness

• Boi (5/5): Passable - The staff at the hotel were very friendly and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. They were always helpful and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. The bathroom was quite dirty when I arrived — the toilet was in a very poor state. After reporting it, the staff did come to clean, but it still didn’t look properly clean afterward. In addition, there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drainage, which also spread into the bedroom area. It made the stay less comfortable, even though I kept the door closed most of the time. That said, I understand that this level of cleanliness might be considered normal for this price range in India. Overall, excellent service from the staff, but the hygiene definitely needs improvement.
