• Sri12 (10/5): A gem in Agra! - Taj Vista is a great place to stay during an Agra visit. The location is great, the staff are really welcoming and helpful and facilities are great value for money. We booked 4 rooms, and the team accommodated us as requested. The accommodation also has a great rooftop that is fantastic for relaxing while having food or snacks. We also had there breakfast, which was actually very good value for money and freshly made. I would definitely stay again if I am back in Agra Nothing. It's not a deal breaker or fault of the hotel, but I do remember to have mosquito repellent if you are going to the rooftop in the evening. But this is the same for most outdoor areas in india during certain times .

El dueño del hotel, que está a menudo en la recepción, es muy atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y dar consejos, nos dejaron hacer el check out tarde para poder ver el Taj Mahal por la mañana y volver a asearnos antes de irnos. A la que salíamos camino al tren nos dieron agua y unos plátanos para el viaje. Estupendo! En cuanto a la habitación, es amplia y limpia, muy correcta.

This is family hotel and it was great to meet and takl to Anil and Rimesh which helped with explanations, any support needed , and with welcomoing smile. Dinner on the roof was tasty.

Накормили завтраком в 12:00, хотя он до 10:00 (мы на него не попали во время). Завтрак вегетарианский, но очень вкусный. В номере было все необходимое, включая тапочки. При выезде спросили, что было не так в номере, для своевременного устранения проблем. Если будем в Агре, только в The Taj Vista! Жёсткая подушка.

• lara (10/5): Un rifugio tranquillo a due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni turistiche - L’hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla di Agra, con il Taj Mahal comodamente raggiungibile, anche a piedi volendo. Noi abbiamo optato per un tuc tuc pagato pochissimo vista la breve distanza, ma solo perché eravamo stanchi e non avevamo voglia di camminare. Siamo arrivati praticamente all’alba dopo una nottata in treno e i ragazzi dell’hotel ci hanno tenuto in custodia le valigie e ci hanno fatti cambiare nel bagno di servizio al piano terra (pulitissimo), visto che la stanza ovviamente non era pronta. In hotel si sentono pochi rumori esterni. Ambiente impeccabile, dalla reception alla stanza. non è facile trovare una pulizia simile in India per il prezzo pagato, almeno per la nostra esperienza. Camera grande e luminosa, con frigo e set caffetteria e acqua gratuiti. Letto king size, comodo e con lenzuola immacolate. Bagno altrettanto pulito e spazioso. Punto forte il rooftop, io e il mio amico ne abbiamo approfittato per ore prendendo il sole, facendo aperitivo e cena, godendo di un tramonto spettacolare. Servizio in camera e sul rooftop molto efficiente. Hanno un sacco di cose da mangiare, dalla colazione alla cena, a un prezzo più che onesto, vista la qualità ottima delle pietanze. Staff super gentile e rispettoso, mai invadente. Il proprietario si è fatto in quattro ordinando online una cosa che ci serviva e che avevamo dimenticato di portarci dietro, il tutto nel giro di un’ora! Durante il nostro aperitivo sia il proprietario che suo padre, persona super gentile, si sono avvicinati per assicurarsi che fosse tutto a posto e mettendosi a totale disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Da non dimenticare la connessione WiFi che copriva egregiamente tutti gli spazi dell’hotel, compresi quelli esterni. L’ospitalità di queste persone vale 10 stelle, come tutto il resto. Personalmente mi sento di consigliare questa struttura per un soggiorno ad Agra!

• Sayed Soroush (9/5): Excellent location near the Taj Mahal with very friendly, caring staff, but note it’s strictly vegetarian (no eggs) and - I really liked the location it’s superb and within walking distance of the Taj Mahal, which makes logistics very easy. The property is clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the rooms are a good size with a nice view. Even though my room didn’t have a balcony, the large window made the room feel open (not claustrophobic at all). Warm water was reliable, and overall it felt like very good value for the price given the location. The main downside is that this is a strictly vegetarian hotel, including breakfast there are no eggs or any non-vegetarian options. That’s a big detail for many travelers and should be communicated more clearly in advance so guests aren’t surprised. Also, if you’re coming from Europe, you may need your own adapter/extension because the plug types can be different, and the extension provided to me didn’t work properly.

They do their best to make you safe and comfortable. I think the property has major potential for a redo, whilst the rooms are functional, the furniture is dated, the sheets and floor weren’t totally clean, the bathroom wet shower needs figuring out. Sachet toiletries are provided - mostly only shampoo. The towels smelled like it was dried close to a fire or smokers. It could be something else. It was all acceptable for one night and then move on.

The location is very good and perfect for visiting the Taj Mahal early in the morning, which made our trip even more special. The staff were absolutely awesome—very courteous, helpful, and welcoming. A special mention to the owner Anil, who personally met us and spent almost 30 minutes chatting with us. We had a lovely conversation around food and local insights, which made the stay feel very personal and memorable. We also had the pleasure of meeting Anil’s father, and both of them genuinely went out of their way to check on us and ensure everything was comfortable and perfect. This place offers not just a stay, but heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra—we would definitely choose Taj Vista again!

The staff was super flexible with the checkout. We had departure later in noon and the staff allowed us to stay longer even after the checkout. Even after asking for help, nothing was done. And the last day there was no hot water, unfortunately. It was not easy to take an ice-cold shower in the winter.

In-house restaurant makes it possible to have affordable and good dinner at the hotel. The hotel lies off from the main road to the Taj Mahal in a quiet side street, and there is thus less noise. Helpful staff. The owner/manager helped arrange affordable and good car transport from/to Delhi airport to the hotel, and to Fatehpur Sikri. The hotel is within convenient walking distance of the Taj Mahal. I would stay there again if I were to return to Agra. There are no safety boxes in the rooms. We visited during the winter, so no rooftop dining, but I am sure it will be nice in the summer. There is no real view of the Taj from the the rooftop - you can see the cupola in the far distance. Personally, I don't need that view, so no loss.

• Vera (10/5): - I booked the deluxe room for the first night (because the cheaper room was fully booked) and a cheaper room for the second night and they gave me the deluxe room for both nights for a dicounted price. And the room was great - huge, clean, hot water, kettle with coffee etc. The walk to Taj Mahal early in the morning was a nice stroll along a big road with a side walk and even though it was dark I felt very safe.

The hotel is clean and beautiful and the position is perfect. We booked the night visit at Taj Mahal, so we needed to walk safely and comfortably by night. The hotel is at a walking distance, directly on the road towards Taj Mahal east gate, which is clean and well kept. For the morning visit, we were able to reach the Taj Mahal at 5:30 and we were the first in line. I will recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to visit Agra. Everything was perfect
