• Valérie (10/5): Exceptionnel - Bon accueil. Magnifique complexe Hôtel-restaurant-station service. Le luxe pas cher que l'on a pas l'habitude de profiter en France. Très belle chambre et salle de bain et très spacieuse avec le linge de toilette mais aussi des peignoirs et chaussons. Frigo-bar garni et pas trop cher. Diner au restaurant, de très bonne qualité et de choix. Lieu très calme

Das man nicht kostenlos stornieren kann wenn man dann wie wir 6 Stunden an einer Grenze steht und erst gegen morgen dann am Ziel ist .Haben aber für den Rückweg es dann noch mal gebucht.

Par contre le check out fait par une femme asiatique a été fort désagréable !!! Elle était très suspicieuse quand on lui a dit que nous n'avions rien cassé ni rien consommé dans la chambre et s'est empressée d'aller vérifier nos dires (chose qui est compréhensible quand c'est fait correctement) Attitude déplorable !

• Cornelia (7/5): - Ruhig gelegenes Hotel an der Peripherie von Fier. Gut für Ausflüge nach Berat, Apollonia. Gutes Bett. Receptionistin war überfreundlich, nicht mehr natürlich. Serviceangestellte im Restaurant sehr unaufmerksam, haben sich lieber unter sich unterhalten und mit ihrem Mobile beschäftigt. Frühstück musste aus der Menükarte ausgesucht werden, kein Büffet.

• Dyl (1/5): - Nic Niestety pomimo skrócenia pobytu z 5 do 1 dnia z przyczyn nizależnych od nas manager odmówił zwrotu nawet 1€, zmiane daty rezerwacji przez booking też odmówił. Typowa probiznesowa polityka, ale sądząc po ilosci wolnych pokoi kazdy grosz sie tam liczy. Śniadanie w restauracji do wyboru kilka pozycji, okazało się 2 nie są dostępne i można wybrać tylko jedną ( pozostałe trzeba dopłacić). Widok na ogród?? To kpina, na parterze za oknem w odległości metra jest mur. Duży blat w pokoju wygodny do pracy ale nie znajdziesz gniazdka żeby podpiąć laptop.

• Samuel (2/5): Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. - Das Frühstück wirkt wertig und es wurde auch schön zubereitet. Interessantes Design. In einem der beiden gebuchten Zimmer war sehr starker Rauchgeruch wahrnehmbar. Im anderen Zimmer war auch klar, dass da schon mal geraucht wurde. Wir hatten aber raucherfreie Zimmer gebucht. Wenn man die Fenster öffnet riecht es stark nach Öl bzw Benzin. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns auf Nachfrage bestätigt dass alles beim Frühstück inklusive sei. Nachdem wir uns den dritten Cappuccino zu viert bestellt hatten, wurde uns dieser dann extra verrechnet. Als wir ein zweites Saftglas bestellten, wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es keinen Saft mehr gibt. Von den Croissants waren nur noch zwei da. Zwei Speisekarten für vier Personen. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten äußerst motivationslos, die Dauer der Zubereitung für Speisen und Getränke dauert extrem lange. Was überhaupt nicht geht, als wir auschecken wollten wurde uns nicht geglaubt, dass wir nichts aus der Minibar hatten. Die Frau an der Rezeption ging dann hoch zu den Zimmern um sich davon zu überzeugen. Das haben wir jetzt noch nie erlebt. Was mir auch überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, dass alle vier Reisepässe kopiert wurden. Bisher war es immer nur notwendig einen davon kopieren zu lassen.

• Kim (10/5): Konsequentes Design zu Topp Preis - Von der Einfahrt zur dazugehörigen Tankstelle über das Restaurant bis zur Dusche sehr durchdachtes, modernes Design, was mir super gefallen hat, aber nichts für Traditionalisten ist. Essen (Abendessen und Frühstück) waren vollkommen in Ordnung, hängen dem eigenen Anspruch aber noch hinterher. Rezeptionistinnen sehr freundlich. Ich komme bei all dem wirklich konsequent durchgezogenen Design einfach nicht über die völlig unpassende, farblich deplatzierte Eistruhe hinweg - wer das liest sieht, Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

• Mira (10/5): Wonderful hotel and staff - One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the food was great. The rooms are spacious and clean and the complex has a small shop, money exchange and even its own petrol station so was extremely convenient for us as we drove there. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

• armela (8/5): Pleasant stay in a very comfortable and clean hotel! - Very clean place, the air conditioning was a blast and the room had everything that you need for a comfortable stay, including slippers which not every hotel provides. Hotel staff was friendly and polite. Also close to the hotel, within same block there is a small market, a 24 hours bar restorant and gas station which makes is so convinient for every need during the stay. The only thing is that rooms do not have iron provided, instead it was a service with a fee that was provided in the laundry room which doesn't make it convinient for easy access and during all day. This is more like a suggestion that it would be of great value making the iron accessible in each room by default or by request.

Es scheint sehr neu zu sein. Die Zimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock. Frühstück gibt es im daneben liegenden Restaurant. Man kann aus der Frühstückskarte auswählen. Die Portionen sind groß, köstlich und schön angerichtet. Trotz der Straßenlage sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß. Die Betten sind angenehm. Es gibt keinen Lift. Der Geruch im Foyer vor den Zimmern ist sehr unangenehm.

• Melanie (10/5): We loved staying at Albes Hotel and we highly recommend staying there!!!! - The property was very clean and comfortable. The room scored high on our scale and we would definitely stay here and recommend Albes. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. The break was amazing and it is all new facilities and just wonderful.
