• Debra (7/5): - The room door has a 1/2" gap at the bottom. As a result all noise in the hallway & hotel entrance is easily heard. This is not appreciated when other animated hotel patrons come back to their room late at night when everyone else is sleeping.

• Yu-xin (10/5): We're really happy that we found this place for our stay in Rome. - Rudolfo at the front desk was amazing - his friendliness and smile brightened our day immediately after a long journey from the US. The location of the hotel is perfect, less than 10 minutes on foot from the Roma Termini station (metro and trains) but sits on a quiet street. There are many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a supermarket two blocks away. The rooms (we stayed at two different rooms on two separate bookings) are not big but are very clean and refreshing. Everything was working properly. This hotel offers great value for the price. There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Staff were fantastic. The room was very clean. Very happy with our stay. Would have liked a thicker pillow but that’s me being picky!

The hotel entrance is located behind a courtyard gate which made us feel very safe. Although a basic hotel with no services, it was spotless and the bathroom was very clean. We were quite happy with everything. Lots of restaurants right outside the hotel.

Γενικότερα ήταν μία ωραία διαμονή. Γενικότερα δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό. Ίσως θα ήταν βοηθητικό αν είχε σαμπουαν στο δωμάτιο, είχε μόνο για τα χέρια. Όλα τα άλλα ήταν πολύ ωραία.

A localização é muito boa, a duas quadras da Termini, com vários restaurantes, bares e café por perto. A região é bem segura. Nada relevante. Talvez o fato de não ter recepção 24 horas, mas mesmo isso não atrapalhou nossa estadia. Não tem café da manhã, mas da para tomar um bom café por perto. .

• HYUNJU (8/5): - 로마 테르미니역에서 멀지 않아서 좋았습니다. 24시간 리셉션은 아니었지만, 이에 대한 불편함은 전혀 없었습니다. 직원도 아주 친절했고, 맡겨둔 짐도 미리 방 안에 넣어주셨어요. 혼자 여행할 때 방문하기 좋은 숙소인 것 같습니다. 아침 식사가 제공된다고 되어있는데, 기본 청소만 제공하고, 식사나 다른 서비스(세탁 등)를 제공하지 않습니다. 저는 이런 서비스를 중요하게 생각하진 않아서 괜찮았지만, 시설보다 서비스가 더 중요한 사람은 고민해보세요.

• Maura (9/5): Comfortable stay with friendly staff, good location for station - The room was basic but comfortable. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure and plenty of towels. The bed was a good size and very comfortable too. The welcome at reception was very warm, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a 2‑minute walk from the station. Google Maps sent us on a bit of a wander at first, but using the back entrance of the station (rather than the main concourse) is much quicker and more straightforward.

• Victoria (10/5): Great one night stay - Located only 2 blocks from Termini, this hotel was an ideal location for us, since we stayed only one night in Rome and had to leave on an early train to the airport. The room was very quiet, secure, medium size. It was super clean. White fluffy towels, shampoo/soap. The room had electrical kettle and tea/sugar, though I was surprise that no coffee was available. The check in was super smooth - our room was ready at 10:30, our arrival coordinated via WhatsUp. The room is newly decorated and looks very nice and clean. English speaking staff.
