Il gestore che risponde al citofono, ti accompagna in camera portando il tuo bagaglio e ti mostra le chiavi non nascondendosi dietro codici di serrature elettroniche e check in virtuali, stupisce come una perla rara. La camera piccola ma deliziosa, il letto alla francese, pulizia impeccabile e cura dei dettagli (fin il kit per il rammendo) e una colazione strepitosa inclusa, fanno di questo hotel uno dei migliori in cui ho soggiornato negli ultimi anni. . • Friedrich (9/5): Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt! - Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Termini, von wo aus man schnell überall hinkommt. In der Umgebung sind ein paar Restaurants, Cafes/Snackbars und Mini-Märkte. Das Hotel befindet sich einem alten Gebäude und ist von außen recht unscheinbar. Aber sowohl die Rezeption, als auch die Zimmer sind einladend und gemütlich (bei aller Schlichtheit). Jedenfalls aber ist alles sehr gut organisiert, auch die Zimmerreinigung hat sehr gut geklappt (es war immer alles supersauber). Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption sind sehr hilfreich! Mein Bett war sehr bequem, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse (und vor allem in dieser Hotelkategorie) sehr gut, sogar der Kaffee. Das Buffet ist zwar klein, aber wenn etwas fehlt, wird schnell nachgelegt, was ich nachhaltiger finde als ein 20 Meter langes Buffet in einem Luxushotel. Geschmeckt hat es mir auch. Mein Zimmer ging in einen Innenhof, wo irgendein Aggregat leider recht laut gesurrt/gebrummt hat. Ich musste das Fenster schließen und die Klimaanlage verwenden (was ich ungern macht). So hat es geklappt und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen!

• Izabela (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja. Faktycznie niedaleko stacji Termini i droga łatwa. Do Fontanny di Trevi tak z 20 minut pieszo ale droga nie jest skomplikowana.Możliwość zostawienia bagażu zarówno przed wymeldowaniem jak i po. Miła obsługa. Dobre śniadania. Kawa, soki, jak się poprosi to i gorąca wodą aby zrobić sobie herbatę. Do tego były pomidorki i oliwki, dwa rodzaje sera i szynki , dżemy, miód , krem czekoladowym Spokojnie można się najeść. Lodówka malutka więc nie zmieści dużo jak i super nie chłodzi. Największy minus to te okiennice drewniane. Trudno się je otwiera , zamyka a jak za mocno raz je otworzyliśmy to nie mogliśmy zamknąć. Więc trzeba na nie uważać. Trochę głośno ale nie jest źle.

• Goncharova (10/5): - Очень чистый приятный отель, внимательный персонал. Завтрак простой, без горячего, круассан , колбаса , сыр. Мы уезжали рано утром на экскурсию и нам с вечера любезно приготовили завтрак с собой. Район это выбрали умышленно , рядом с вокзалом, чтобы не таскаться с вещами. 10 минут пешком от жд вокзала . В целом наилучшие воспоминания ! Мы гуляли пешком и далековато было возвращаться домой из центра. Да и райончик у вокзала конечно не для ночных прогулок. Конечно, все совершенно безопасно, но мимо парочки бомжей придется пройти .

Excelentes acomodações. - Adorei o café da manhã e ainda tive a sorte de contar com um box no meu quarto no dia em que eu precisei sair antes do horário do café. O hotel fica em um prédio antigo, mas as instalações internas são modernas e de ótima qualidade. Adorei tudo.

• Sarah (9/5): Very nice stay in good location - Very nice big room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable, tea/coffee selection, fridge. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes away from termini, and easily walkable to city centre in around 20 minutes. I had a very nice stay. Shower temperature was either very cold or very hot. There was a lot of noise from the street which was expected but if balcony doors were closed it was fine. Also a bit noisy in the hotel early in the morning whilst breakfast was being prepared.

Pokoje z lazienką, niewielkie ale czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Na śniadaniu zarówno produkty na słodko jak i wędlina, ser żółty, soki, kawa. Ci , którzy lubią różnorodność i obfitość all inclusive moga się poczuć zawiedzeni ale moim zdaniem śniadania były smaczne i wystarczające.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã podia ser um pouco melhor... mas é bom! Está de acordo com o perfil do hotel.
• Andrea (10/5): Sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage - Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Personal war sehr nett. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Zimmer war bei Ankunft vormittags bereits gereinigt und konnte schon vorzeitig bezogen werden.

Понравился дом, где расположен гестхаус; сотрудники были доброжелательны и любезны) В номере чисто, достаточно просторно, неплохая шумоизоляция. Для меня достаточный и вкусный завтрак. Варят хороший кофе. Есть фрукты и орешки. Возможно, для кого-то это не проблема, но мне не очень комфортно, когда в темноте что-то мелькает (лампочка датчика дыма). Правда через 1 ночь уже немного привыкла

• Canan (9/5): Gayet güzel bi deneyimdi. - Otel termini istasyona çok yakın 10 dk sürmeden oteldeydik. Otele girdiğimizde gayet güzel karşılandık. Oda gayet temizdi. Oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Banyo temizdi. Çarşaf değişimi yapıldı mı hergün emin değilim ama oda hergün toplandı, çöpler atıldı. Banyo havlusu değiştirildi. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Taze meyve, domates, Birkaç peynir çeşidi,tost yapabileceğiniz makine ve tost ekmekleri, ceviz,badem, fındık, kek, tatlı kurabiye çeşitleri vardı. Fiyat performans olarak da kahvaltı dahil bir otele göre gayet iyiydi. Çocuklar için her gün yumurta da yaptılar sağolsunlar. Roma,ya Bir kez daha gelsem başka bir otel aramaya gerek duymam. Banyoda şampuan tarzında bir şey göremedim. Bir de normal yatagin üzerine çarşaf koyulmuş. Ekstra örtü şeklinde bir çarşaf daha serilmiş ve onun üzerine battaniye koyulmuştu.Battaniyenin bir nevresim içinde olmasını tercih ederdim. Battaniye ya da yorgan nevresim içinde olsaydı çok daha iyi olurdu.

The reception staff were very helpful. Very much appreciated that I was able to leave my luggage there which was so much better than putting it in a luggage deposit place. And I loved the Indian restaurant across the road! I was happy with the hotel.

• Оксана (10/5): - Отель находится в доме , не далеко от вокзала. Минут 9 идти не спеша. Единственное, что тяжело найти, потому что вывеску не заметить сразу и пришлось даже поспрашивать людей. В номере чайник, чай, кофе. Завтрак обычный , итальянский. Сыр, мясная нарезка, йогурт, много мучного( печенья, круассаны, пироги). Итальянцы всегда завтракают так. Номер чистый и уютный. Матрас не очень удобный, но для 2 звезд все отлично. Везде можно дойти пешком. В последний день не работал лифт, но мне администратор помог с чемоданом, поэтому я не пострадала.

L’établissement est d’une grande propreté et le personnel est particulièrement accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est correct. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bains sont spacieuses, avec une literie confortable. Service de bagagerie disponible, très pratique.

No tiene grandes lujos, pero tiene lo necesario para estar a gusto. Desayuno correcto. Hay café, infusiones y hervidor en la habitación. Anticuado en la decoración, baño un poco pequeño.

• Alona (10/5): Il mio punto di riferimento - Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità dello staff, la pulizia e l’ordine impeccabile. È una struttura che merita pienamente le 3 stelle, non certo 2. Ho trovato ciabattine, shampoo e tutto il necessario: non serve portare nulla. Una vera coccola, servizio davvero fantastico.

• Daniela (7/5): A fair stay - The location was excellent, we were able to walk to the city and all the main sights. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. The room felt a bit outdated and not very welcoming, to be honest. There was also quite a lot of noise from other guests. Breakfast was very limited.

• Irene (7/5): I gestori sono molto disponibili e attenti. - La prima notte provenivano dall'esterno conversazioni a voce molto alta e per lungo tempo. La seconda notte è stata più silenziosa.

• Franziska Katharina (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß für eine Person. Da das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist, sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht mit Bus oder Metro zu erreichen, wenn man nicht laufen will. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es einige Restaurants und Cafés. Beim Frühstück gibt es zwar nicht viel Auswahl, aber es sind sowohl herzhafte als auch süße Optionen verfügbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ist es für ein 2-Sterne Hotel ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
