Spacious clean rooms, amazing food (breakfast and dinner), an extremely friendly and responsive host (speaks fluent EN and RU), a great sauna (was amazing to chill there after a day of hiking). The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Go and climb up that mountain in front of the terrace with the old abandoned monastery, it is worth it (and the climb is not difficult) Nothing

- Nikita (10/5): - Огонь, прекрасная гостиница. Хозяин Карен - человек с большим опытом в индустрии гостеприимства, и это чувствуется во всём, стандарты гораздо выше средних по Армении. Кухня отменная, завтраки прекрасные, готовят к указанному времени, если попросить с вечера. Если не просить, тоже покормят, просто придётся чуть подождать. Локация супер красивая, с видом на горы, удобное начало для пешеходных маршрутов. Есть объемная винная коллекция для гурманов. Что поразило - скорость работы кухни, при том, что шеф работала в одиночку. Хочу научиться готовить так же быстро и вкусно, как Марьям. Я неприхотливый путешественник, но с моей точки зрения всё было идеально - уютный ресторан, вкусная еда, удобная кровать, просторный номер и чистый санузел. Горячо рекомендую.
- Maksim_NN (10/5): Очень уютный отель в очень красивом месте! - Отель понравился во всех отношениях! Очень радушный хозяин Карен. Мы опаздывали из аэропорта и вместо 23.00 приехали в 02 ночи. Карен нас ждал, запустил в отель, показал наш номер. Утром, открыв дверь, сразу попали в зелень, цветущие яблони, чистый воздух с видом на горы. Завтра вкусный, сытный и тоже с видом на горы. Отель очень рекомендую!

Но главное, ради чего хочется вернуться сюда снова, – это хозяин отеля Карен. Невероятно душевный, добрый и гостеприимный человек, он делает всё, чтобы вы почувствовали себя как дома. Карен вкусно накормит, покажет достопримечательности и всегда найдёт время для тёплых разговоров за чашкой чая или бокалом чего-то покрепче.
- Stef (9/5): Perfect - Perfect om te genieten van de accommodatie met een zeer vriendelijke host bij wie niks te veel was. Uitzicht vanuit serre, zeker nu met besneeuwde toppen, heel mooi. Diner en ontbijt is met liefde gemaakt en ruim voldoende en zeer veel keus. Kamer heeft alles maar is basic.

You can order the sauna in advance. We only regret we didn't stay there for another night. Next time I'd take this amazing place instead of Yerevan. An unpaved road in last meters.

Het uitzicht is fantastisch. In het bijbehorende restaurant kun je lekker eten en zelfs speciaalbiertjes drinken.

Выдают полотенца для бассейна. Питание выше всех похвал, очень щедрые и вкусные завтраки, также можно пообедать и поужинать, заказав по меню (цены просто класс!), порции огромные, очень вкусно. Около отеля есть парковка. Персонал отеля очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный.

The room had no view and no TV, just to rest and leave. We didn't enjoy the pool because there were noisy children, so no relaxation.

Хозяин специально для нас купил мясо баранины, хотя в меню не было и помог доехать до старинного храма, который находился на противоположной стороне. Завтраки также очень вкусные. Отель новый, поэтому чистота и свежесть везде. Советую дополнять поездку в Ереван парк днями проживания в таком уединенном месте. Совсем другие впечатления остаются
- inez (9/5): Rust en comfort op en top - We zijn hier vier nachten geweest. Super mooie en schone kamers veel ruimte de regendouche is extra groot zodat je makkelijk met zijn tweeën eronder kunt. Koelkast Airco extra tandenborsteks wattenstaafjes aan alles is gedacht. De zwembad met skyview zijn heerlijk veel ligstoelen beneden douches en gratis handdoeken uitzicht over de kloof en het klooster. Miirjam de kok maakt heerlijke armeense gerechten ook de bbq is top de host staat is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hij heeft zelfs een stel naar de berg van het klooster gebracht dat is service. Het ligt net buiten Garni op weg naar Geghard. Heerlijk rustig voldoende parkeer
- Istvan (10/5): Kényelmes hely finom ételekkel - Remek szállás, kedves személyzettel. A kilátás pazar a szurdok völgyre az éttermi teraszról és a pihenő részről. Kiemelendő az ételek minősége, a reggeli és a vacsora is friss és finom volt. Nem kellett máshová mennünk étkezni, minden helyben megvolt. A szállás elhelyezkedése is tökéletes, a nevezetességek a közelben vannak. Ami külön öröm volt, hogy a madarakat és a vadvilágot közvetlenül a szállásról is meg tudtuk figyelni távcsöveinkkel. Nagyon ajánlom, ha újra erre járunk, itt fogunk ismét megszállni.

- Daria (10/5): - Были сутки в отеле! Персонал - очень приветлив! Территория безумно красивая. Вид на горы-отдельное наслаждение! Номера очень чистые, есть все необходимое! Бассейн-их два.чистые, много лежаков. Завтрак - был прям на высоте! Количество еды - мы даже половину не осилили! Очень вкусно и сытно! Спасибо большое за великолепный отдых, мы очень рады , что заехали именно сюда.

- Dina (8/5): - The property is situated on top of the hill. The view is absolutely beautiful! Our room was simple but very clean and full of all the necessities. The owner was very nice and helpful. The food was tasty! We spent some time in the pool; it is clean and warm. We would be happy to come back!

- davide (10/5): Davvero FAVOLOSO!!! - Questa struttura coniuga perfettamente lo spirito armeno e il gusto e le esigenze degli alti standard internazionali. La gestione è gentile e impeccabile! Le stanze sono pulite, ordinate e dotate di tutto il necessario. Ciò che fa davvero la differenza sono gli ambienti comuni esterni, tre bellissime e soleggiate piscine panoramiche di cui una idromassaggio, un frutteto e un giardino meravigliosi, un ristorante con terrazza panoramica e cibo e bevande davvero deliziosi che sono tipici della tradizione locale e cucinati con una cura eccellente! Ottima ed abbondante la colazione. Data la sua posizione a meno di un'ora da Erevan, questo luogo, può essere una favolosa base per lunghi soggiorni, durante i quali visitare le bellezze della nazione lontani dal caos e dal caldo della città. Gli immediati dintorni poi sono splendidi.

Nous avons bien sympathisé avec le patron avec qui nous avons eu un échange de découvertes musicales métal France-Armenie🤘 c'est une personne vraiment agréable. Le personnel est au petit soin. Les repas sont délicieux et copieux. Si vous avez besoin d'une pause pour vous détendre n'hésitez pas!
- Sep (10/5): An amzing expierence - The nice views, the host and the facilities were all amazing. There was a sauna, two swimming pools and a hot tub, also there was amazing food for breakfast, lunch and diner. We were allowed to pick our own fruits from the orchyard, wich was a great expierence.

Lovely owner who made us feel so welcome and great food and wine. Wonderful view from the terrace and once the sun comes out it must be a glorious spot. Secure parking and a very comfortable place.
