Simplemente, allí no había nadie ni nadie contestó ni al timbre ni a los mensajes La ausencia de personal, la ubicación no está correcta en el maps. Dejé anotada mi hora de llegada, ni aún así me atendieron. Y un día después me contestan y me tratan de mentirosa diciendo que miraron por la cámara y no estaba. Muy disgustada estoy! Suerte que encontré un hotel cerca.
• Ken (9/5): The bed is super comfy and I actually wanted to stay longer. - The owner was so friendly and caring. The part I liked the most was the bed, and it was the biggest bed I have ever seen in any homestay places or hostels. The bed is a box type, so you can get good privacy. The location is a bit tricky, as it is located in the deepest part of an alley.

• Nguyễn (8/5): - Chị chủ rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình, phản hồi siêu nhanh. Phòng dorm siêu xinh, ấm cúng, giường tầng có rèm ngăn cách, trang trí rất xinh. Nhà tắm, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, đầy đủ đồ. Không gian phòng khách, phòng bếp cũng rất thoải mái, rộng rãi. Phòng dorm và chỉ khoá cổng nhưng như chị chủ nói, rất an toàn, thoải mái. Nếu đến lần đầu thì đúng là hơi khó tìm, nếu đi xe riêng thì đi từ Phạm Hùng rẽ vào Trần Quốc Vượng, tìm theo hướng toà 22A và lần theo địa chỉ homestay ghi sẽ dễ hơn là đi theo map.

• Peter (10/5): Comfortable & Highly recommend. - What a great little gem hidden away from the Hanoi Old Quarter, tucked into a little end of the alley. Auntie Lien was like a long-lost lover whom you would wish you had met sooner in life. Kind, warm, spiritual, friendly in all the right places. I would love to stay here again. PS. Highly recommend doing the Jackfruit Adventure cycling tour - Hanoi Off the Beaten Path! away from the usual tourist crowds. seeing the real Hanoi nothing i didn't like.

• Ho (10/5): Great! - I like the owner and the atmosphere there the most. The people are all friendly and always supportive. I stay and feel like really at home. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone while traveling or wanna have a place to stay like home. It's a true homestay. Nothing that much. I just wanna stay a little bit more but I need to go.
• Yến Nhi (9/5): Tốt - Cô chủ tốt bụng cho mình để nhờ đồ trong tủ lạnh. Phòng thoáng, wc sạch sẽ không bị mùi. Xung quanh dân cư yên tĩnh, đi ra đầu đường khá sầm uất. Nằm trong ngõ nên hơi khó tìm, phòng không có máy sấy tóc và bàn chải đánh răng.

• jae Hoon (10/5): - the best hostel in hanoi 👍👍👍 cozy and spacious single room with private curtain the owner lien was generous and helpful. i do recommand auntie lien homestay. be back later if i any chance to hanoi 🎉🎉 little bit hard to find the alley to lien's but no problem at all hahaha.

• Jo (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind and helpful people! I arrived in the middle of the night after a bad experience somewhere else. They welcomed me in this clean and comfy place, although i was the only client that night. I would clearly recommend them -
• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very close to the university and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It is located on a quiet alley but still close to busy streets. The owner and her family are wonderful. Very welcoming, kind, and accommodating.

• Nasrul (9/5): Privacy and convenience at a bargain price - Sleep pod style dormitory, a great price point for privacy. Comfy bed and pillow with toiletries provided. Location: Close proximity to the pickup point for bus to Sapa, minimart by the corner and food stall along the stretch. Would be great if there’s a sign on the entrance of the alleyway.

• Zachary (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable room to relax in after a long bus trip and a friendly host with fluent English. The location is a little hard to find, but host was very responsive and showed me the way.

• Son (8/5): Very good - Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed and bathroom were good. The chair and couch were too old. Furniture needs update. No iron in the room. When requested, it was provided but without an ironing board! No elevator.
• Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay at Auntie Liên's Homestay. The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with our host. He came to pick us from the street since we got a bit lost and he recommended some awesome phở places. He also speaks English incredibly well. The apartment is also well connected with the airport and close to the My Dinh bus station.
• Jana (10/5): Great place nearby Uni, it has everything you need, it’s clean and cozy. - It is a great place to stay if you need to go to the University everyday. It has a great location, supermarkets, and coffee shops nearby. The place is furnished in a comfortable style and has quality finishing. Only 40 minutes drive to the airport. The owner and the managing staff is friendly and supportive at all times. Sometimes other guests do not respect the courtesy hours of quiet time. And the TV doesn’t work.
