O quarto tinha casa de banho privada e todas as acomodações para uma estadia confortável. Além disso, tivemos a possibilidade de deixar as malas antes do check in e depois do check out, o que facilitou imenso a nossa viagem.

• Hugo (6/5): Une chambre pas chère - Emplacement : proche de la gare, du tram, du metro. Quartier avec pleins de resto. Personnel agréable. C'est vraiment pas cher pour une chambre. Aucune insonorisation, vous entendez tout dans le couloir ou la rue. Odeur de cigarette, à cause des enciens/autres résidants pas très respectueux.

• Catarina Pinho (5/5): Ok. - Acomodação no centro da cidade. Limpeza excelente! Barulho! O prédio é bastante velho, o que é ok desde que esteja limpo- em termos de limpeza excelente 100%. Mas conseguimos ouvir as pessoas no corredor e os barulhos da rua. Tendo em conta que tenho dificuldades em dormir, mesmo com tampões nos ouvidos fui acordada inúmeras vezes.

No entanto, minha experiência não foi totalmente positiva: o cheiro de cloro no ambiente era muito forte e desagradável durante toda a estadia. Além disso, a ausência de ar-condicionado tornou o quarto desconfortável, especialmente em dias mais quentes.

Obviamente no tiene lujos pero cumple con el tipico hotel que se puede usar solo para dormir y bañarse, digno pero medio pelo. El colchón estaba blando. El ascensor es como todos dicen: menos que pequeño. Y quizas podria estar un poco mejor "ambientada" la habitacion

• Barbara (8/5): Immer wieder ein Erlebnis - Seit Jahren beziehe ich immer wieder ein Zimmer im Hotel Arno oder Eva. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super genial und das Quartier gefällt mir sehr. Zu Fuß oder mit der typischen Straßenbahn und der nahe gelegenen Metro lässt sich alles problemlos erreichen. Schober Kontrast zur Salone di Mobile Messe . Die Sanitären Anlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen.

• messioui (5/5): average. - The staff is nice. At 5:30 in the morning there was so many noise I couldn't sleep. I could hear everything around me. The shared toilets and showers were clean but old. I expected better for the price.

Gained access when a resident to other part of building let us in. No apology from staff. Terrible pillows filled with small chopped foam pieces. Room very warm and stuffy even on a cool night, no fan. Window shutter did not work, only other covering was a sheer curtain. Small, very basic room in need of maintenance.

Viejo, deteriorado, la ducha no traga... No quieres dormir aquí pero necesitas un alojamiento barato para una noche.... Pues bueno, pero poco más. No estaba sucio, sábanas toallas y eso estaba bien. Ducha no tragaba, está viejo, la cama no es cómoda, se escucha el tranvía pasando toda la noche, paredes de papel...

• Nataliia (6/5): - Great location - 10-15min walk from train station, also nice atmosphere in the evening in the neighbouring streets. I had my own room at low price (as for Milan). Comfortable bed, clean bedsheets, towels. Amazing young man at the reception, very kind and helpful. Big thanks to him. The state of the room and some furniture. It really needs to be repaired/repainted and some peaces of furniture maybe even replaced. Small window made the room feel a bit dark. Low soundproofing, could hear neighbours. But overall for such price you can't expect 4-5-star hotel level, let's be realistic.
