- Mukai (8/5): 帰るのが楽しみなホテルでした。 - アメニティが充実していて、朝食も美味しい。 特に入浴剤があったのが良かった。 部屋にズボンプレッサーがある点も素晴らしい。 荒川が近く、ランニングも出来て非常にリフレッシュできた。 バスルームに長い髪の毛が残っていたのがすこし残念だった。

I'm glad I chose this hotel as my last stay in Tokyo before flying out as the room was very much spacious and I was able to pack my both my luggage bags with such ease simultaneously. It was the first hotel stay with a big enough room with more than enough space. There was nothing not to like here.

- 于庭 (10/5): 之後都想住這裡，各方面都很滿意 - 大廳很美，房間寬敞舒適，廁所也很乾淨，沒有市區的擁擠感，遠離市區的吵雜，ㄧ個人住也划算，這次剛好離要去的每個景點都半小時左右就可以抵達，去機場也很方便，靠近飯店的出口就有手扶梯和電梯 不用扛著行李走樓梯

- RIKAKO (6/5): サービスを期待せず、泊まるだけなら安価でよい。 - 料金が安価な割には清潔感があった 駅からホテルへのルートが分かりにくく、フロントへ問い合わせた。その際、対応者は地図や場所の説明はもちろん、ルートの説明も全く出来なかった。今まで利用したホテルは全て、問い合わせの際、近くの場所を伝えると口頭で案内してくれていた。 外国人スタッフだったのかもしれないが、わからないなら初めにそう伝えてもらえれば、こちらも、無駄な時間を費やさずに済んだ。

- Erina (9/5): 住宅地の中、急にホテル - 部屋綺麗やし、広い。ドアの音静かに閉まるし、隣の部屋の音もあまり聞こえなかったので、快適に過ごせた。 アメニティが女性への気遣いで溢れてる。バスタブレットあるし、美容液もある。メイク落としは一度洗いでも大丈夫なくらい良かった。 無いけど強いて言うなら近くにコンビニがないので、駅近辺にあるコンビニから予め買った上で帰らないといけない。

- Suresh (8/5): Okay - Location is great and in a good newly developed area. Nice shower and a very clean bathroom. Centralised AC can be either hot or cold. When we stayed it was set for cold during the day and hot during the night. We were unable to sleep well because room was hot. There was clear instruction to set AC to ventilation only to prevent heat. But it wasn’t helping.

- T Ramesh Kumar (8/5): Good stay washed down due to location - Great stay, good staff. The ice machine was of help since I had a ligament tear . The location was not great though, long walk from metro station after a long day, but the room was clean and nice. They offer bath bombs at reception which helped relax after a long day. I saw places to eat closeby but I anticipatd early days and late evenings so I wasn't expecting to eat in the area. My arrival night, I had dinner at the restaurant and that worked out very well. Overall, clean, I had daily room cleaning service, they provided samples of serums, face lotions and spa salt which was much appreciated. All other items like tea and other travel supplies you might need are available in the lobby, most of it complementary.

- Benjamin (9/5): Comfortable, clean, peaceful and well situated. - Clean, Efficient, and relatively larger room than most hotels. The room also comes with a nice-sized tub for a warm/hot soak and the hotel is located within a quiet residential neighbourhood and is short walk from the train station. There is an Aeon supermarket and shopping mall located very close by which offers convenice for food and shopping. I enjoyed the peace and quiet around the hotel after a long day touring busy Tokyo. Enjoyed my 5-day stay :-) I read some reviews that the room could be too hot or cold as the temperatures are centrally controlled. I stayed in winter and if the room got too warm, was able to request a key to unlock the window to let in cold air to regulate the environment. While this didn't bother me (i found it helpful in fact), it might bother others? not sure what its like in summer, so do take note if you're planning a summer stay.

- Marife (9/5): Will definitely stay here when we are back for a visit - Hotel premises (entrance, lobby, dining area) were very clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. We liked the location as it was in a quiet residential section, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There were stores nearby for anything one might need although at the hotel lobby, essentials plus some others were provided by the hotel for free. Wi-fi was reliable. Room was very clean and much bigger than most of the hotels we've stayed in central Tokyo. It could be because of its location which we didn't mind at all as public transportation was quite efficient. The buffet breakfast was quite ample and a good value for what we paid. Hotel was a short 3-4 min. walk to the Minami-sunamachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Walking at night felt very safe. We stayed there at the start of our Japan trip and planned to return after a few days. They allowed us to store our luggage during the time we were away so that was very convenient and much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo. Nothing I can think of.

- Peugeot308CC (9/5): 研修会等で大勢が合宿するのに適したホテル - 施設は新しく、清潔で、スタッフもサービス満点でした。館内のインテリアが素晴らしく芸術的でした。朝ご飯も美味しかったです。快適に過ごせるホテルです。コスパが抜群に良いホテルです。 エアコンが昼は冷房のみ。夜間は暖房のみに固定されていて、自由な設定ができないのいは残念でした。ロケーションがわかりづらく、駅からやや遠く感じるのは残念でした。ただし、駅前開発工事が完了すれば、近道ができるように思います。
