- Irina (9/5): - Nice hotel, good swimming pool, nice breakfasts. A litte far from the old town, but it was okay for us. Free bicycles rental. The shuttle bus to the old town and to the beach operates only couple hours a day, not convenient at all. You have to spend the whole day (like 6-7 hours) on the beach (during the hottest period of the day) of in the old town, or to go by taxi or on foot one way. If I knew it before, maybe I would choose another hotel.

Biggest bonus is the beautiful skytop bar overlooking the city. Many rooms don’t come with a view but that’s to be expected as not a city with tall buildings

Great breakfast with made to order hot food options. Very close to train street and the hustle and bustle of town, but not in the centre so not as noisy! Very comfy bed, we slept very well.

Waren ons dochtertjes geboorte konijn en mijn eigen IPad 🙈 vergeten , ze hebben ze gelukkig gevonden en 3 dagen bewaard totdat we 3 dagen later terug waren in Hanoi.. Beetje karig ontbijt voor een toch wel prijzig hotel

Jane at reception was very helpful prior to & during our staff. We ate their on our first night & had an tasty meal, served well, quickly & with a story about the cocunut my husbands food was served in. We had a swim, breakfast, massage in the spa, rooftop bar so i think we used all the facitlities & no complaints any where. Thank you for making our first few nights in Vietnam, easy, relaxing & comfortable. A quiet space in the madness of Hanoi. Nothing.

Le vrai gros plus du Aira Boutique Hotel, c'est son petit-déjeuner : nos seulement il est varié, mais aussi excellent ! Malgré la qualité du restaurant de l'hôtel (il est très bon), les prix me semblent légèrement élevés par rapport à d'autres restaurants dans Hanoi.

- Deyan (6/5): Schimmel im Zimmer - Lage ist günstig, nettes Personal Das ganze Hotel ist extrem schlecht belüftet, die Gänge riechen muffig, unser Zimmer war so schlecht belüftet dass es Schimmel in der Klimaanlage gab. Auch die Fugen in der Dusche und die Jalousie im Bad war mit Schimmel bedeckt. In der Preisklasse sollte eine Klimaanlage regelmäßig gereinigt werden und im Bad die Fugen mit geputzt werden

Pool was very much an exercise pool and accessed through the gym. There was a mobile phone mast located very close to and at the same level as the Sky Bar seating.

Fijne sfeer in het hotel, leuke schone kamer, bedden ok.Portier loste zelfs voor ons logistiek problemen naar Noord Vietnam op, superlocatie vlakbij ( loopbaar)Old Town, bank en met Grab andere bezienswaardigheden in kwartier goed te doen. Ontbijt uitgebreid Kamerdeur kiert wat gehoriger maakt naar de gang toe. Koffie in ijzeren kan op warmhoudplaatje, voor verbetering vatbaar

The breakfast offered a great range and something for all tastes. The pool is tiny and there are just 5 sun beds. The hotel photos don’t show this very accurately and make the facility look a lot bigger than in reality. If having a pool and somewhere to relax is important to you then you might want to consider going somewhere else. However, the location made up for this in my eyes so it is impotent to get the right balance for yourself

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer hat etwas laut gerattert und nicht ordentlich gekühlt. Der französische Balkon ist wirklich nur winzig. Beim Pool gibt es nur 3 Liegestühle.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, they provided us with the most attentive and thoughtful service we could ask for. Recommedations of local attractions, restaurants, services, etc. were all provided to us. The room was restocked with free water bottles and soft drinks daily as well. The location was very convenient in that it is located on a large road, allowing for your Grab or taxi drivers to easily pull over and pick you up. There is a bank atm down the block in case you need to withdraw money. Also, the old quarter of Hanoi is just a short walking distance away, so it is very explorable on foot. I don’t have any complaints about the room, facilities, or services provided. I thought everything was exceptional and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

- Deborah (10/5): Great Hanoi hotel close to everything. - Hotel very well situated close to train street and old quarter. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. Whether organising taxis or trips before we even got there or always on hand with excellent service. Breakfast had a great choice and the pool was good to cool off. The bar made great cocktails and had a lovely view of Hanoi skyline. Even let us store our luggage whilst we went on a 2 day cruise of Ha Long Bay with the offer of wash rooms and shower on our return before the next stage of our journey. Would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

- philgJ3716TR (10/5): Top Hotel in a Great Location - Our first time in Vietnam and this hotel got us off to the best possible start. The room was excellent, quiet and great value for such a good location (just a 5 minute stroll down to Train Street). The hotel is on quite a busy road, but once you step inside, peace and quiet takes over. The staff were excellent on reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast is excellent and we ate in the restaurant too which has a lovely atmosphere and is well patronised even though there are plenty of alternatives in the nearby Old Quarter. Other features - a very attractive rooftop bar area and an outdoor swimming pool on the 7th floor.

- Jana (7/5): Ein nettes, kleine Stadthotel, welches gerade durch seine hervorragende Lage und das nette Personal überzeugt! Auch die - Die Lage des Aira Boutique Hotels ist wirklich fantastisch! In wenigen Minuten ist man mittendrin in Trubel der Altstadt von Hanoi, eine kleine Walking Street mit vielfältiger Gastronomie ist quasi direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Train Street ist innerhalb von nur 3 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, so ist man mittendrin im Zauber dieser wunderbaren Stadt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten waren unfassbar bequem. In der Minibar gab es jeden Tag kostenloses Mineralwasser und gekühlte Cola, auch Kaffee und Tee für den Start in den Tag wurden immer kostenfrei angeboten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren bemüht, jedem Wunsch nachzugehen und brachten auch zu später Stunde gern noch Eiswürfel aufs Zimmer oder halfen uns bei der Besorgung einer besonderen Sonnencreme für unseren Sohn. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles, kleines Hotel, besonders geeignet, wenn man Hanoi zu Fuß erkunden und in der Nähe der Altstadt sein möchte, ohne mitten im Gewühl übernachten zu wollen. Das Hotel ist vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und die Bilder im Internet sind etwas vielversprechende als das, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Bei den Zimmern kann man dies nicht sagen, aber die Skybar und auch der Pool waren nicht das, was wir aufgrund der Beschreibung im Internet erwartet hätten. Das Frühstück war für den Preis okay, aber gerade in Asien haben wir egal ob in Thailand, auf Bali oder Singapur, andere, größere und sehr vielfältigere Frühstücksbuffets erlebt. Der Pool ist leider etwas klein, leider auch nicht geheizt. Die drei liegen am Pool bieten für die Gäste, die vielleicht nach einer Tour durch Stadt etwas entspannen möchten, nicht genügend Platz. Es leider auch fehlt: ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort wie ein Garten oder eine gemütliche Bar im Inneren des Hotels. Die Lobby ist okay, aber wenn man sich etwas zurückziehen möchte und vielleicht etwas ausruhen möchte, bleibt leider nur das Zimmer oder die Skybar oder die Sessel in der Lobby.

- Diane (8/5): Great base for a few days in Hanoi - Lovely room - spacious and nicely decorated. Food in the restaurant was really good and it was open all day. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Rooftop bar with great views over Hanoi and nice pool, even though it was too cold to use it when we visited. The location means it’s very quiet yet only 5 minutes to Train Street.
