Plusieurs petit bémol : Manque de finissions dans la chambre, ce qui nous a valu la visite de petit rongeur ! Il suffirait que les murs soit fini pour éviter cela. La télé ne fonctionnais pas, dommage car on avait prit la chambre avec télé pour l'utiliser. Chasse d'eau défectueuse. De petites choses qui peuvent être régler, dommage nous avons croisé personne à notre départ pour signaler cela, Merci quand même pour ce séjour

Tiberius (5/5): Good location, decent price but damp smell and dirty rooms. - Good location. Staff was friendly and pretty decent price for the location. Ac worked, mattress was comfortable. Damp smell and water damage in the building and my room . Bed had stains and hairs on it, it smelled clean enough though . But if you’re sensitive to dirt this is not the place for you . As everything was a bit grummy, not a 2 star hotell my any means.

Trung (1/5): Fraud. Stay clear. - Fraudsters. The hotel has a 100% payment upfront no refund policy. I turned up and the receptionist told me my booking was cancelled. I showed him the email I had from booking.com that it was confirmed and was advised to cancel there and I can pay directly to them at the same discounted price right there and then. I left the hotel immediately and called booking.com who claimed they will investigate the activity. Coincidentally 30 minutes later, I get a whatsapp message confirming my stay, and later I was marked no show and my 7 days payment refund refused. Online google reviews shows that this is a recurring scam for 7 years.

Cependant, ça fait 2 mois que nous écumons les hôtels et auberges de jeunesses en Thaïlande et au Vietnam, et c’est la première fois qu’une chambre ne ressemble PAS DU TOUT à ses photos…. La chambre n’était pas du tout isolée, nous avons entendu les voitures/ scooters toute la nuit, ne parlons pas des Klaxons… nous avions au moins de l’eau chaude… Je ne recommande pas..

Grace (1/5): Very very bad. This hotel is a nightmare. - Nothing. The pictures in the advertisement definitely taken when the hotel is still new. All the 3 rooms given to us has defective flooring, the curtains is not even clean, the aircon slot has holes. In fact the aircon in the first room has defect, it's air slot is hanging. And was told that the repairman is coming. Yes the repairman came but the point is it is beyond the check in time. Thus we insisted to assign another room, but still, that room is not in good condition also, there are holes in the floor. Also, we are wondering why they are nit accepting payment tru credit card. The girl receptionist is very arrogant in telling is that it was advised that cash payment is required. If we only have a choice, we will not stay even for a night in this hotel. Our reservation is for two nights, at first the girl receptionist is arguing with us in her loudest voice when we are complaining about the condition if the rooms, nit decent rooms, but when one if ya told her that we will file a complaint with Booking.com, she toned down. Nothing.

Matthias (8/5): Es war ganz gut. Perfekt (sauber) ist es aber nicht. - Die Lage war absolut top. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Nette Besitzerin / Personal. Grundsätzlich empfehlenswert, wenn man keine sehr hohen Ansprüche hat. Der Balkon - weshalb ich gebucht habe - ist okay, aber auch nur für eine Person geeignet. Als ich in mein Zimmer kam, also einziehen wollte, lag der Fernseher inkl. Halterung und Kabelsalat auf dem Boden. Zusammen mit der Besitzerin haben wir ihn dann rausgebracht. Alles in dem Bereich sehr dreckig. Allgemein wäre etwas mehr Sauberkeit angebracht. Ein Eimer Farbe wäre nach vielen Jahren auch kein Luxus…

H Quizzagan (7/5): Great value for money! - We booked the place the same day of our target check-in date as an emergency room because we realised late that our flight was arriving very early in the morning and we could not checkin yet until 2PM with our original room. The fact we were able to book it the same day is great! We arrived 4:30 AM from the airport, and the reception was already closed but a staff was sleeping and despite a very early morning, we were able to bother him to let us checkin (and we apologised and thanked the staff). The room itself was very clean (two beds - 1 queen size and 1 single bed). There were three clean towels provided, and clean comforter as well. The restroom was clean enough with basic toiletries provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo). They also had water heater. What's more incredible is the location as it's right in the center of the Old Quarter and so when we woke up at almost 12 noon that day, it was easy to find great places to eat. Moreover, since we were very tired, we asked if our check out could be extended a little bit (from 11 AM), and the staff allowed us to check out at 1 PM. This gave us time to eat lunch, take a shower, and prepare for our next destination. Overall, it was GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. Nothing really. Though they did not have any restaurant (I think), there were plenty of good places to eat and buy things from.

Nos tocó la habitación 102 que es un hueco que se han sacado en la escalera que no son ni paredes y entra toda la luz del pasillo sin poder hacer nada porque la puerta es de cristal y está pintada para que sea "opaca". Imagino que el resto de habitaciones se corresponderán con las fotos pero particularmente esa es un zulo. El baño extremadamente pequeño.

Ngày nhận phòng ks đưa sang ks khác bố trí 2p - mỗi phòng 1 giường. Ks đã ko giảm tiền mà còn đòi thu vat khi mình nhờ xuất hoá đơn. Thế mình đành chấp nhận ko giảm tiền để xuất hđ vat.

Clark Bryan (8/5): Stayed in this property several times. - Location is great. Many shops nearby. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is good considering the price yet it could be improved with a bit of renovation.

Camille (2/5): Problème avec le ménage - Bon emplacement Chambre sale… les draps du lit n’avaient pas été changés… il y avait des taches de fluide, des cheveux, des poussières dessus.. idem pour la salle de bain, non nettoyée

Arianna (10/5): - I loved the staff there really nice and helpful. The girl in the morning speaks good English and she's lovely and the guy at night it's so kind! The room is basic, good price for Hanoi, was clean and the location it's just perfect, you can walk everywhere. Really loved it!
