• CHRYSOULA (9/5): - Great price. Very friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel at home. We were given the key immediately upon arrival with no complications. There is plenty of parking space at the entrance of the hotel. The room was quiet with a garden view. The bathroom was big and clean. The common kitchen looked a bit messy. However, we only stayed in the hotel for one night and we didn't use it. Maybe there is need for a small curtain to cover the small window above the room's main door.

• Mostafa (7/5): Economy and good place - Privacy, parking, good behavior of the host. At first, it seems a bit scary place. It is old and needs renovation.

• Zhonghao (10/5): Very good and quiet hotel where you can get in touch with nature - Just one street away from the town centre with a big supermarket called ZIM, if I remember correctly, nearby. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel accepted card payments, although we'd prepared cash. The room was big and seemed even bigger than described in the room details displayed on Booking. There's a big garden around with some Soviet-era benches. Good local and countryside views. The road leading to the hotel looks like it has just been through a war. Shower water is not very hot
• Stefan (9/5): Nice calm budget hotel - A nice budget calm hotel in the centre but a few buildings away from the main street of Sevan. They have also a farm with happy chickens, rabbits and cows. The owner is a very interesting person with who you can discuss a lot about any topic. The water is quite often not really hot, between 25 and 30 C usually (they use solar panel heaters, I guess in the hot sunny days it will be hot).

• Ahmed (9/5): Superb - Good owner but he needs a time to be very good and prepare everything to the tourist. The owner give me the best new room in the hotel I am very grateful to him and I hope I will visit this hotel in future All good only the road to him need fixing
• Sadeghi (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very nice and kind to us. Especially Mr. Vahak was a real gentleman. He was perfect. If we come back to Sevan, Sevano would be our first and only choice. Ladies there were nice too. For our budget it was good overall.

Very good sized shared kitchen with large dining area . We really enjoyed our stay and met some very nice people. The room really needed an extra light at the bed end as it only had one light in the whole room - either another ceiling light or a bedside lamp. This was a minor point for us but if this was added then we would have scored the property 10.

• Mikey5280 (10/5): Absolutely the best place to stay in Sevan, one of my favorite hotels ever in the caucuses. - The best place to stay in Sevan I think. This place is an institution of the town, for good reason. The rooms were large, comfortable and very warm- mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are fantastic. There is a full kitchen for you to use on the property, and the hosts often prepare delicious food for you to enjoy. It is in a central location inside Sevan so it is near to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other essentials. I don't see why anyone would stay at another hotel, unless they just wanted luxury- which there is nothing wrong with. Everything was perfect. Be aware there is no drain in the bathroom floor, only in the shower. This isn't a problem AT ALL, just be aware of it.
