- roopeshs7 (9/5): - Location: Bang opposite the river to the Mangalem quarters (Berat thousand windows). Just can't fault it. Only building that side of the river with such views. There is no lift. The amazing views make for carrying suitcases 2 floors up. Else great place. .

- ian (8/5): Great place to stay for a visit to Berat - Location is perfect, view over Berat is good and walking bridge over the river 50mts away. Parking was easy. The hotel is rustic (in keeping with the location), rooms fairly basic but very clean and great value. We enjoyed our stay here in room 3 which had a view over the river to the old town part of Berat which was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent rooftop bar had spectacular views too.

Kahvaltısı iyidi, çeşitliydi. Odanın banyosu yeniydi. Konumu merkezi bir noktada. Otopark sorunu yok sayılır, otelin önüne park edilebiliyor. Çalışanlar cana yakındı.

The location is excellent, close the all restaurants and cafes, yet at little distance at a serene place. I tried my best to operate tv and connected apps. None worked despite multiple tries.

- Els (10/5): Fantastisch - Prachtig uitzicht op Berat, vriendelijk ontvangst. Kamer met balkon en uitzicht op Berat. Veilige plek voor onze motor in de garage Heerlijk bed en super goede badkamer Alles heel schoon.kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt, Er is geen koelkastje op de kamer maar bij de recept staat er 1 waar je gebruik van mag maken. Er was boven een terras met prachtig uitzicht waar het ontbijt was, dit ontbijt was ook heel smakelijk. Daarboven een restaurant waar we echt heel erg lekker hebben gegeten met wederom een formidabel uitzicht Personeel altijd even vriendelijk . Je moet wel goed ter been zijn. Je moet eerst 2trappen op voor bij de receptie te komen, dan nog 1 trap naar het eerste terras en dan nog 1naar het restaurant. Het verblijf is tegen de rots gebouwd en heeft geen lift. Aanrader. Voor een verblijf van 3 dagen prima. Een comfortabele stoel en iets minder fel licht in de kamer zou fijn zijn.

- Kamel (5/5): Chambre pas à la hauteur mais bon emplacement et bon petit déjeuner - Bien situé en face du village historique de Berat, on s’y rend à pied en traversant juste le pont. Chambre très humide car le toit avait des infiltrations d’eau au point que les draps étaient humides aussi. Le lit n’était pas confortable. La salle demain était bancale et sentait les égouts.

Łazienka zbyt mała - ciężko się było w niej poruszać. Śniadania z pięknym widokiem na miasto - smaczne. Gdybym była tu jeszcze raz skorzystałabym z tego hotelu raz jeszcze. Łazienka trochę mała.

- Vesper60 (7/5): - 目の前に千の窓の街が見えると考えればむしろ安いくらい。ロケーションは最高です。建物も古いですが掃除が行き届いています。 一人とても応対の悪いスタッフがいた。うまく言えませんが、この仕事はお客さんの意向を汲み取る努力、つまりホスピタリティがないとホテルの印象も落ちると思うので、心当たりのあるスタッフは改善してほしいです。ちなみに夜のスタッフは、とても親切でした。 また、部屋にコップ一つもなかったこと。歯ブラシや余計なアメニティは無くて構わないが、ちゃんとしたホテルなのに無かったのは驚きでした。

Le petit déjeuner propose des choix variés avec une belle vue L hôtel est un peu vétuste, le mobilier est très minimaliste juste lit et armoire dans la chambre, la salle de bain est petite et inondable dès que l' on prend une douche. Pas de tapis de bain, aucun rangement...

Le petit déjeuner avec du choix et fait en temps réel pour les plats chauds. La propreté de la chambre. L'accueil du personnel. Le prix très abordable. La possibilité d'avoir une place de parking. Une halte parfaite pour visiter Berat avant de descendre dans le sud du pays.

- Anthony (7/5): Mooie ligging. Upgrade nodig. - De perfecte ligging. Mooi uitzicht op de oude stad en vlakbij het stadscentrum. Gebouw met enorm veelbgeschiedenis. We hadden 2 kamers. De ene kamer was enorm vochtig en ouderwets. De badkamer werd niet gebruikt omdat ze niet echt hygiënisch was daardoor. Bij de andere kamer hing er een groot gordijn. Toen we dit dicht trokken viel de gordijnroede naar beneden op mijn rug. Dit zou slecht kunnen aflopen. Deze zat niet vast met vijsjes. Eigenlijk is dit een hotel met enorm veel mogelijkheden. Maar deze worden niet ten volle benit door wat gebrekkig onderhoud.

The room we had smelled a little musty and the balcony we looked out to served breakfast in the morning so a little noisy. But the view of the city and mountain was breathtaking. - Ainhoa (7/5): - El hotel está en una zona ideal porque desde las habitaciones ves “los mil ojos” y puedes aparcar súper bien el coche. Es un hotel muy económico no se le puede pedir mucho. En nuestra habitación todo estaba muy limpio pero si que es cierto que había un olor fuerte no sabría decir a qué y tuvimos que comprar un ambientador . Creo que era solo nuestra habitación , algo excepcional, nolose pero bueno lo demás bien. Para el precio , cómodo y desayuno rico eso sí la ubicación es perfecta

- Romantiskā vazaņķe (7/5): - Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. Pats centrs. Skaists skats no terases. Gardas brokastis. Viesnīcā bija daudz kaķu un arī numuriņos bija jūtams kaķu urīna aromāts.
