- Michal (10/5): Peaceful Oasis in the middle of Ginza - I had several bookings in MUJI during my travel through Japan and every time I arrived on the 6th floor to check in again I felt I am back home - MUJI Team is just the friendliest and most helpful assistance you could imagine to have while traveling to such a culturally different place like Japan - I could not imagine any better support with my luggage (shipping with Yamato Transport or storing in the hotel in between my stays) or any additional queries you may have during your holidays. - Nicolas (1/5): Poor hospitality managment. - The lack of empathy, we had an argument about breakfast Time. My booking was with breakfast included but we missed by 10 minutes. They have 2 schedules, one for the Time you have to show up the lastest. The second the end of breakfast. We were supposed to arrive at 9.30 the lastest, we arrived at 9.40. Eventhough the breakfast was ending at 10. They did not agreed to let us in. Very ackward at 350 euros a night. They did not trye to balanced it out. They just argue that that was our «mistake » and let us pay full Price. They are many Hotels with great management staff I would not recommend to stay there as its Price. Very good infrastructure but bad managment.

- Marc (10/5): Zentral & on Point - Die Lage in Ginza ist perfekt. Ein paar Gehminuten von der Metro und sehr zentral in einer Seitenstraße. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig mit Echtholz. Selbst in unserem Standardzimmer hatte nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war extrem gepflegt; keine Macken, Kratzer in den Wänden etc.. das war toll. Und ist nichts aufgefallen.

Being a MUJI fan,shopping at MUJI was the plus point. in addition to MUJI, so many other iconic places like UNIQLO ginza, and ITOYA,the stationery place are all walkable distance. Nearby metro access is also there. the room was cozy and just enough space. the complimentary snacks from 4-9pm was great. I do wish there was a 24 hour coffee or snack place there at MUJI.. Food could have been better.
