- Remigiusz (1/5): - I DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS HOTEL! I needed an invoice/receipt in order to receive reimbursement from the airline for my delayed flight. I contacted the hotel 3 times asking for the document. Each time they only replied with “ok”, but I never received the invoice. Because of this, I was unable to receive reimbursement from the airline for the hotel stay. Very disappointing communication and customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMAND! --- Nuk e rekomandoj këtë hotel. Më duhej një faturë/kupon për të marrë rimbursim nga kompania ajrore për fluturimin e vonuar. Kontaktova hotelin 3 herë duke kërkuar dokumentin. Çdo herë ata vetëm përgjigjeshin me “ok”, por kurrë nuk mora faturën. Për shkak të kësaj, nuk munda të marr rimbursimin nga kompania ajrore për qëndrimin në hotel. Komunikim dhe shërbim ndaj klientit shumë zhgënjyes!

- Lucie (8/5): - Ubytování jsme využili když jsme v nočních hodinách přiletěli na letiště. Nehledala jsem nic speciálního, jen něco, kde můžeme přespat. Check-in kolem půl druhé ráno bez problémů, místo na parkování tam bylo, obě slečny na recepci moc příjemné i když nám zlobila karta a takhle v noci s námi komunikace byla trochu na hlavu, protože jsme byli unavení. Umí dobře anglicky, takže se s nimi dá jednoduše domluvit. Pokoj čistý, má vše potřebné. Za tu cenu si myslím, že odpovídající a moderní. Neměla bych problém využít znovu Na přespání je tedy hotel naprosto dostačující a je tam milý ochotný personál. Na rekreační dovolenou to úplně nebude (malinké okno, starší koupelna, okolí nic moc - ale co by člověk čekal pár kroků od letiště).

La douche n'est pas fermée et éclabousse la salle de bain. Les chaînes TV étaient dysfonctionnelles. Il serait pas mal de mettre une plus grande poubelle et pas que dans la salle de bain.

Très grande chambre et grande salle de bain et le calme. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement et un réamenagement.

- Rob (5/5): - Inchecken ging soepel. Zaten hier omdat we naar t vliegveld gingen in de nacht. Lekker dichtbij. Prijs kwaliteit mager. Maar t kostte ook vrij weinig. Bedden doorgezakt, badkamer met bubbelbad was correct maar vooral alles erg oud. Je hoort alles in t hotel, van andere gasten tot het verkeer aan de voorkant

- SARA (6/5): Hotel de pasada - La amabilidad de la recepcionista y del taxista que nos llevó luego al aeropuerto y que era personal al del hotel. En general es como de otro tiempo. Los cojines, las cortinas, el jacuzzi metido a la fuerza en el baño obligándote a hacer pis de lado… es raro y con decoración discutible. Pero para una noche que tenía que cubrirnos, hizo bien la labor.
