- Kerenciler (4/5): - Staff members were helpful and friendly view was amazing. First day they did not cleaned the room. That is a red flag for me and they did not changed the sheets until next day. Area around the hotel was also not great. I think whole room needs a renovation.

Das Morgenessen war um 08.00 Uhr nicht ready - als ich an einem anderen Tag Morgenessen bekam, war es qualitativ auch kein Höhenflug. Als ich einmal dort Abendessen wollte, gab es genau ein Menü zur Auswahl.

Cuando volvió la luz el agu - Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación, las vistas y el trato del personal El desayuno es nefasto, no hay nada que comer, el personal que trabaja en la zona del desayuno es como si no tubieran ganas de trabajar. Les pides algo y tardan un monton en traerlo, horrible!!!!

- Shaar (9/5): Perfect location, clean and modern. - It's very close to the Giza Plateau, you can walk to the gate. The view from the roof is quite good. The roof is a comfortable place to sit, plenty of sun and shade, power outlets. My room was rather modern and very clean. Everything worked perfectly. No issues with wifi or power. Perfectly comfortable. The only minor criticism is that my room didn't have much of a window, just a narrow frosted pane (no view). It didn't provide much daylight so it was a bit dark in there. I went up to the roof to use my laptop.

No privacy, you could see the customers from the restaurant next door from the jacuzzi. What felt really uncomfortable was that I received a weird whatsapp message from someone telling me to confirm my booking details via a link. The hotel told me it was a scam. You can see the pyramids directly from the room, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the pyramid area. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. It would be even better if they offered freshly brewed coffee. The Wi-Fi speed is a bit slow.

De los 4 días que no quedamos ahí no pudimos ducharnos en condiciones ninguno de los días. Pero el problema no solo es con el agua caliente sino también con el agua fría, yo creo que es un problema con la bomba de agua. No aconsejaría a nadie quedarse en este hotel a menos que no te importe ducharte durante tu estadía en El Cairo.

Staff was excellent and helpful specially Jihad, she helped and support in every way possible. Breakfast was not great and could do better with some improvement. - Alain (6/5): Des atouts(vue, espace..) gachés par des équipements plus ou moins défaillants et la restauration. - La vue superbe sur les pyramides, conforme à la photo, la taille de la chambre et le lit king-size confortable. L'attention d'une partie du personnel qui répare ce qui ne fonctionne pas et fournit ce qui manque dans la chambre. Il faudrait régler les problèmes ( chauffe-eau qui fuit, lampes grillées, fonctionnement de la télé..) avant l'arrivée des clients et remettre le papier toilette, les mouchoirs, les sachets de café... après chaque passage en chambre. On passe son temps à réclamer à la réception. J'ai pris la chambre spa mais il manque d'eau et le remplissage du jacuzzi peut prendre des heures. Surtout le petit déjeuner est minable (plats froid, peu de choix, pas de jus de fruit correct, ni de fruits, alors que les rues en regorge), de même que le dîner, pour lequel j'ai commis l'erreur de le réserver à l'avance. L'accueil est inexistant. Si une partie du personnel est attentionnée l'autre l'est moins. Exemple: petit déjeuner à emporter non fourni par les cuisines (cependant le veilleur de nuit va acheter quelque chose pour compenser...)

- Kim Frimann (5/5): Flot udsigt , alt andet fejlede. 🫣 - Helt fantastisk udsigt fra tagterrassen lige ved foden af pyramiderne , personalet var meget søde. Vi havde bestilt ophold med halvpension, desværre var morgenmaden meget kedelig Og flere dage var buffeten helt tom og bedre bliver det ikke i forhold til aftensmaden den var fuldstændig uspiseligt, det tog oftest 1,5 til 2 timer at få sin mad og så var den både af dårlig kvalitet og kold. Vores værelse havde en god størrelse desværre var der meget beskidt på gulvet, nullermændene fløj rundt, vi havde også en altan men der var utrolig meget trafik støj, Og døren var piv utæt så det var næsten umuligt at sove i alt den larm.

- Chloe (6/5): Belle vue sur les pyramides… - L’hôtel est très bien situé, juste en face des pyramides, avec une vue magnifique, notamment depuis le rooftop qui est vraiment un point fort. Concernant la chambre, était propre. En revanche, quelques détails restent à améliorer : des travaux non finalisés (peintures), un manque de prises électriques pour charger les téléphones, et l’absence de livret explicatif pour le fonctionnement de la télévision ou du jacuzzi. Cependant, l’environnement autour de l’hôtel est très sale, ce qui gâche un peu l’expérience, même si cela reflète en partie certaines zones du Caire. Justement, le jacuzzi a été une vraie déception : très long à se remplir et lorsque nous avons voulu activer les jets, des débris noirs sont sortis, ce qui nous a empêchés de l’utiliser. Pour la restauration, le petit-déjeuner était inclus, mais avec peu de choix. Nous avons également souhaité dîner sur place pour éviter de sortir, mais cela semblait inattendu pour le personnel : aucune table n’était dressée (peut être que c’est comme ça chez eux) , et plusieurs plats de la carte n’étaient pas disponibles. Au final, nous avons choisi un plat et deux boissons, pour un prix un peu exagéré par rapport à la qualité et au service.

Bizim damak tadımıza göre hafif farklı. Ama kahve çay kahvaltı da ve sonrasında hemen ikram ettiler. Piramitlere yürüme mesafesindeydi . Etrafında market fırın vs herşey var. Bölge biraz kalabalık ve güvensiz ama hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Per essere a Giza, che è molto povera e disagiata è davvero una fantastica soluzione. Quando entri nell'hotel sembra di essere altrove, se consideriamo il prezzo pagato poi è davvero super.

A félpanziós ellátásért foglaltuk itt, de kár volt, A reggeli .... mindegy ha a lenti pékségben vettünk volna sütit. Elég lett volna reggelire egy kis rántotta meg virsli és mindenki talált volna valami kedvére valót, de nem így volt. A vacsora ennél jobb volt, na nem a pizza, hanem a grill mix. Mondjuk ha szalvétát kértünk egy tekercs WC papírt kaptunk kezet törölni...
- Tina (7/5): Would book here again. - Close to pyramids and view from roof was awesome. The property should consider updating some of its furniture because the overall first impression was not good. However the beds were comfortable and room was clean. As a solo female traveller I never had any issues in terms of safety or security. I was approached online for payment through another form other than booking.com (Unsure as to how they got my information) but when i contacted the hotel they quickly replied to not pay these people and block them. The staff preparing the breakfast and food could really use some social skills and customer service help. They were NOT helpful or kind in any way. They stood around a lot, while area should have been cleaned and attended to. To the owners of the hotel, the upstairs is not being used to its best as you could provide better food choice and it would have been lovely to spend time up there with a hookah lounge as you viewed the pyramids! Overall though, I would recommend staying here.

До пирамид можно легко дойти пешком. Кондиционер и Wi-Fi работы ли очень хорошо. Завтрак очень скудный, а ресторан на крыше можно сказать не работает, вечером там почти никого нет и при заказе кофе по восточному приносят растворимый кофе и берут за него 2 доллара. Фотографии номеров не всегда соответствуют фото из объявления, туда они выкладывают самые удачные номера.

- Stephan (9/5): Ordentliches Hotel mit tollem Blick auf die Pyramiden und großer Dachterrasse - Das Hotel war sauber, das Zimmer extrem geräumig und mit toller Sicht auf die Pyramiden. Da es höher als die Hotels in erster Reihe gelegen ist, bekommt man vom Gewusel der Kameltreiber und Pferdekarren auf den Straßen auch geruchsmäßig nicht so viel mit. Da wir mit dem Mietwagen angereist sind, haben wir uns über die kostenfreien hoteleigenen Parkplätze vor dem Eingang sehr gefreut. Die Dachterrasse und seitlichen Balkons bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Pyramiden. Die Investition der höherpreisigen Zimmer lohnt Sich dafür. Die Qualität des Dachrestaurants würde ich als noch "ok" bezeichnen, wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen inklusive. Hier ist noch Potenzial nach oben, auch gespiegelt an der Wertigkeit des Hotels und den Zimmerpreisen. Mein Tipp bei der Hotelsuche in Giza: wir hatten zunächst mehrere stornierbare Buchungen, insbesondere Hotels in erster Reihe mit freier Sicht auf die Pyramiden. Schauen Sie sich die Bewertungen und die Umgebung genau an und entscheiden Sie selbst. Wir haben uns bewusst für ein größeres und höher gelegenes Hotel in "zweiter Reihe" entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Lightshow hat bei uns leider nicht stattgefunden, abends sind die Pyramiden nur spärlich beleuchtet - dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.

The room was good, but the add-on services were a failure. Our airport transfer was a no-show (we waited 30+ mins), and the 'private' Giza tour we booked through the concierge was a tourist trap. The guide wasted our time at overpriced souvenir shops with aggressive sales tactics and 300% markups. Avoid their concierge services

- Carlos (4/5): While the location was excellent, the overall stay was disappointing. - The location was great, very close to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum so it was easy to move around and find cheap taxi fares. The breakfast area was not clean or organized. The cheese was dry, and the eggs did not appear properly cleaned. The room was missing towels, Terry slippers, and a hairdryer, which we had to request. Reception was unreachable whenever we called. The room did not match the photos shown online and had no proper window. The shower was leaking, causing water to spread around the bathroom after shower. As it was New Year’s Eve, we were invited to join the party. We decided to see the event before paying, but were disappointed. The price was extremely high for what was offered, and the atmosphere felt more like a children’s party, with clowns and people in costumes.

But on arrival on new year's we were adviced that because they had a party on th rooftop we had to pay an extra 60usd per person for this. After negotiating it dropped down to 35usd per person. Second day we arrived, on the floor was a massive ants colony. Third day they changed the towel and the new ones smelled like cigarettes and it was obviously they had not been properly cleaned.

- Prem (10/5): Overall it’s a pleasant stay and everything went smooth here - Property is in very good location. So close to pyramid that you can walk to one of its gates. Facilities were good.Staffs are so friendly. For the next day, I booked budget view for which they freely upgraded me to the pyramid view room which saved me the hassle of relocating to new room in middle of our plans. I did not like much of the pyramid view room I opted as I did not get the direct pyramid view from hotel like what we see in pictures of this hotel

- Faith (3/5): So disappointing avoid it - It’s close to the pyramids but a lot of other hotels are close by too. My room didn’t feel cleaned when I arrived, it’s old looking, the appliances looked unsafe, the bathroom was horrific and very small. The view of the pyramids was obstructed by nearby buildings and it just wasn’t picture worthy as advertised. The cups offered in the room for tea were so dirty. The jet tub took hours to fill up and at very low temperature. Language barrier between the restaurant was horrible - it was a struggle to get the right meals. Also, so overpriced - we went to the Kemet hotel next and for more days we spent less on our rooms (which were excellent) and the food was cheaper and way better. The tour prices we were given were a joke - we got a tour guide who charged us way less and did a day worth of activities. The surrounding area is hectic, so much hustle and not comfortable. The rooms are not sound proof either. Needless to say, I had high hopes for this place and was greatly disappointed.

And specifically the location near the piramides is great, best view is from the restaurant rooftop. The privacy from bathroom/jacuzzi. It's near a big window. However it's opposite the next restaurant. Unfortunely, we arrived late and our room was not ready. Bedsheets were not clean, no toiletpaper and/or bottled water. Luckily we could still buy some necessary supplies from the shops nearby. The next day everything was arranged by the staff.

- Annalisa (7/5): Da migliorare pulizia e cucina - La posizione strategica, la hall pulita, la ragazza alla reception gentile e cortese, il signore all'ingresso davvero molto molto disponibile. Lo staff della cucina svogliato, tempi di attesa lunghissimi. Varietà della colazione imbarazzante, non c era praticamente nulla, solo qualche verdura tagliata e niente da bere. Chiedevamo miele ed era finito, succo d'arancia ed era finito... veramente pessimo servizio. Pulizia nella camera mediocre. Mi sono asciugata i capelli e il giorno dopo il solito ciuffo di capelli era ancora lì, quindi rifanno il letto ma non puliscono il pavimento infatti la sabbia che era nelle scarpe dopo l'escursione è rimasta al solito posto 2 giorni..

- Petra (6/5): Room with a Pyramid view - The location is great, walking distance to the Pyramids site. Amazing views both from the room and the breakfast terrace. The staff was nice and helpful, even though most of them only speak Arabic. The room is not worth the price. It’s dirty (bed full of hair of all kinds, same in the shower etc.). The bathtub/jacuzzi can’t really be used as by the time you fill it, the hot water is finished. So either you take a cold bath or warm shower. Jacuzzi is not really an option. Unless you spend an hour using the kettle boiling 1.5 liter at a time.😁 The breakfast is very basic. We were offered a discount if we posted a 10/10 review. I believe the rating here then isn’t very reliable as many might accept this deal.
