• Josephine (8/5): Good, simple hotel, no strings. - The location was great. It was value for money. The bathroom was sooooo tiny. We've stayed in a lot of hotels in Japan and this was the tiniest one ever, it was very hard to shower etc and dry off without the towel hitting the toilet bowl! Additionally, the service downstairs didn't feel very warm compared to other hotels. I do get the impression this hotel is extremely popular with large group bookings of tourists so the staff are probably fatigued a lot of the time..

• Sophie (4/5): Pretty average hotel, that’s clean but bathroom stinks to the point that will make you gag. No wardrobe and no functioni - The location, pretty close to all the shopping. Quite clean Our bathroom absolutely stank like rotten eggs if we didn’t plug up all of the waste. Staff weren’t very friendly. Had to pay 800¥ in CASH for tax with absolutely no pre warning. They also don’t even empty your bins or give you clean towels unless you stay for more than 4 nights or go to the front desk and ask for new towels. The fridge wasn’t cool at all even though it was on max. Wouldn’t book here again and don’t recommend it unless you want something in a good location on the cheaper side. Air con was also mouldy.

• Noor Hafizah (9/5): Covenient and efficient - It was close to the shopping and station . They provide a supply of bread and drink which was good as you grab and go start your day . No laundry on premises but there is one just across street. Lots of combini stores nearby Beds are a bit low and lumpy .

• Kari (1/5): Rude staff, extremely small rooms, dirty - Nothing. They have an "amenities" bar but all the hotels have that. Rude staff, extremely small rooms, no lobby, feels dirty and run down. You can tell that the staff are unhappy. They really could care less about your experience and do the bare minimum. The hotel doesn't reply to emails and in-person, will provide wrong information due to the language barrier (other places will utilize translating apps). We arrived with two checked luggages and had to play Tetris to have both open at the same time. If you're traveling with more than 2 people, this is NOT the place for you. The "family" room is just two twin beds pushed together and no extra bedding. Even if traveling solo or with a friend, there are much better options. The AC unit in our room was covered in a thick layer of dust, there was litter in the hallways, and you're expected place your used towels in a community basket in the hallway. This place is a waste of money and not up to Japan standards.

• Ana Elisa (9/5): - It has a great location and is easy to access to that place It is categorized as a 4star hotel when in reality it is a 3, I understand that in general in Japan the rooms are really small, however, I stayed at a better 3 star hotel in Kyoto that was slightly bigger and provided more devices. FL was not bad, but I think the advertisement may confuse people

• Anastasia (10/5): I will definitely come back - It was our first stay in Japan and it really raised our expectations for hotels beyond (and no other caught up) Checking in was really fast as well as checking out. Window could be opened, it had two sets of curtains - those that block you from view but don't block the light, and black out ones. Room was small, as all the hotel rooms in Japan are, but it was pretty enough for two. All operations were easy, changing towels, throwing off the garbage - didn't require any additional communication. We chose no breakfast option but still were able to have AMAZING buns and coffee in the morning, I still really miss those treats 😭 Not much space to hang coats, but like, who cares

• Omar (10/5): Good stay and location. - Great location near Dotonbori and also transport options. The daily snacks - 2 bread items, a juice and a coffee, these were life saver for those days you're on the move! Good sized room.

• Vibushi (8/5): - Location is super convenient to get about Dotonburi and only 15 minutes away from Namba station, free breakfast and coffee available every morning. Rooms were actually quite decent as we were spent most of the day outside the space didn’t really bother us. There was a funny smell in the room, looks like many of the reviews mentioned that it could be sewage. Overall the staff were very friendly and you can request for new towels every if required as they don’t clean the rooms if you stay only for 3 nights. There are also good massage places around to relax after all the walking. Highly recommend if you wish to stay close to Dotonburi.

No pasó nada y las dejamos ahí, pero tenerlo en cuenta. La habitación olía a humedad y creo que era porq la ropa de cama al entrar seguía humedad de recién cambiada.

• tex (10/5): - L'emplacement était parfait. Nous sommes à 5-10 min de marche de Dotonbori, la station la plus proche aussi. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont très sympa, accueillants et serviables.
