• Minh Tien Victoria (10/5): Such a spacious and comfortable stay with caring staff. Definitely recommend!!! - The hotel was located right next to a station (2 mins walk from Shin-Okubo station), and had such lovely staff. They spoke only Japanese which was difficult to communicate with at first (as we did not know enough of the language), but this prompted us to learn some phrases! The service was lovely, and the room itself was so spacious for the cheap price we paid. We enjoyed our stay here so so much. Nothing. Everything was genuinely so good that I have nothing bad to say. The price, the cleanliness, the space-size, the friendly staff- everything was up to standard.

• Elena (7/5): Würde es nochmal buchen. - Es hatte eine grandiose Lage. Nur 1 min entfernt von einer Haltestelle, 15 min zu Fuß nach Shinjuku. Abends konnte es recht laut noch sein wegen den Restaurants. Nicht für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf gedacht.

Since it was our first time visiting the city, the hotel’s central location was a huge plus — it made getting around incredibly easy. The rooms are quite small, but for short stays, the location and price make it absolutely worth it. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful — thank you to them for their warm hospitality!

• 皆川 (1/5): 人生最悪の宿泊 - 廊下が汚すぎる。部屋の中も布団の周りにゴミが多すぎて、換気口も汚すぎる。何より部屋中あるいは布団にたばこのにおいがきつすぎて終始空気を吸うだけで具合が悪くなるレベルで清掃がひどすぎました。2度と止まりません。 どうやったらあの状態でお客様に宿泊を提供できると判断しているのか、過去最低のホテルでした。

• Kristine (6/5): Pleasant - Great location right next to a train/metro stop and only a few stops away from some of the major parts of the city (Shinjuku, Shibuya) so super convenient for travel around Tokyo! Facilities were very clean and the shower was nice and pretty big. It was always quiet inside, even with the train station being nearby and the hotel being located on a street with a few restaurants and bars. Overall, a pretty comfortable stay for what we paid for! Also were able to store our luggage inside for a few hours after check-out for no extra cost which was very nice. Heads up that the reception staff don't speak English, making it a bit difficult to communicate even with Google Translate, but they were always very kind regardless. Room was quite small but good for budget travel if that's what you're looking for. The bed wasn't the comfiest but did the job.
• Meadina (9/5): Definite will consider to stay again in this facility - It is only few steps to Shin Okubo train station, it is a little bigger to Tokyo standard room size, bathroom is spacious. Lots of convenient stores and restaurant around. It is located in Tokyo Koreatown. Don’t expect a lobby for this hotel. You will need better pillows or request 2 pillows per person, the one that was given was soft pillow(1) per person. You will need google translate to be able to communicate with the hotel receptionist.

• Hanul (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were very kind even though they couldn't communicate in English. The location was very close to Shinjuku so any night activities are great for its' location. The room we stayed in was old and filled with humidity (we had to ventilate or turn on the AC constantly). The windows were thin so you could constantly hear loud drunk people passing by at night and the train passing by. The fact that you have to pay for the fridge in the room was an incovenience.

• Cintia (7/5): Fair Stay near Shin-Okubo - The bathroom was better than we expected and they had pretty nice amenities that we were also not expecting to have. This was an emergency last-minute reservation, due to another hotel canceling on us, and they quickly replied to my messages even after midnight to ensure everything was alright. The room is pretty small, not ideal for big luggage, but I don't think the usual public for this hotel will be carrying that much. As I mentioned before, we ended up here by "accident" and it served its purpose for us. The toilet is fairly old, with no bidet or fancy options, It was clean, but it lacked when compared to others.

(One station away from Shinjuku Station). The staff were really friendly too. And the room was quite spacious too! (Which is rare!) The bed and pillows were a bit hard.
• Mark (5/5): Whilst it is a cheap hotel I'd probably spend a bit more money to get something nicer. - The location was close to the central area of Shinjuku. There were lots of restaurants around the area. There were convenience stores and laundromats if you needed them. The bed was wooden with a very thin mattress. The room had an off smell and was quite dirty (accumulated dust).

I would absolutely stay again and great value. Extremely unfair the criticisms to this hotel. I absolutely loved the room, the property, the staff service, location, comfort, everything. Even the building exterior is very nice.

• Elizabeth (7/5): A decent stay for a decent price - The location was perfect. Right next to the train station and walking distance to Kabukicho. The ladies at the front desk were lovely. Bed was comfy enough. Keep in mind, this is a love hotel which may or may not bother you; it didn’t bother me. People complained about there not being windows— there are, you just have to slide the screens over to let the light in. The pricing is competitive for the area. It smelled a bit like mildew when you first walk in, but my room didn’t have that issue. It wasn’t completely spotless, but it was good enough. My only real complaint is that the hot water took forever to get warm.

• Edwin (8/5): Close to station and restaurant - The staff is very friendly. Respectful and accomodating. The noise (minimal) and room smell, though we dont mind, but whenever we open the bathroom, theres always a sewer smell
• Ankita (7/5): Good - Proximity to subway It was run by an old lady, she was nice but didn't help us with keeping our luggage for a couple hours after our stay. We had to lug it with us to next hotel and waste many hours we wanted to use for travel. Rooms are pretty small, you can't open two trolleys at a time. We reached 7am, but they denied letting us check in a minute before 3 and even after many hours room wasn't even clean. There was grease and dust on the window and attached area.
