- Schmidt (6/5): Im großen und ganzen war es gut. - Gute Betten, haben gut geschlafen. Fernseher könnte größer sein. Als Selbstversorger könnte Besteck am Zimmer sein für Frühstücken. Wie gesagt, Fernseher könnte größer sein und eventuell Radio ins Zimmer.

The management being off-site was, I believe, a giveaway that it's a bit of a money grab. If you want to go to Spandau and Spandau Altstadt, it's well located. Anything else, just book a single or double room at a hostel in the city.

Auch Nachfragen per Mail wurden sofort und mehr als zufriedenstellend bearbeitet!! :-) Die Matratze war sehr bequem (nach Papier auf Eisen packen -unter Matratze- war auch das Quietschen weg. Das Bad war sehr unrein. Die Handtuch-Heizung war sehr dreckig, die schimmligen Fugen waren nicht sehr einladend (wobei die Duschkabine so schön groß war). Auch die Wandfliesen könnten eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Alles war sehr hellhörig. Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank ist >.< überhaupt nicht appetitlich. Der linke Heizungsregler war nicht einstellbar (und staubig-klebrig-dreckig). Ein Feuermelder war nicht vorhanden- wenn mich nicht alles täuscht ist das Pflicht.

- Eileen (3/5): Wohlfühlen ist anders - Spandau ist toll. Unsauber, unfreundlich, sehr ungepflegte Außenanlage. Service gab es keinen. Rauchen nicht gestattet aber Aschenbescher auf dem Balkon. Plastikblumendeko und mini TV. Lauter Kühlschrank den wir erstmal ausgestellt haben. wir kommen sicher nicht wieder obwohl es für uns nur 10 Min vom Haus der Enkelkinder entfernt war. Schade das hätte eine Dauerhafte Bindung werden können.

Das Haus machte einen unbewohnten Eindruck, nach mehrmaligem Klingeln öffnete niemand, so dass ich dort nicht übernachten konnte !

- Solveig (3/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder. - Der Preis und die Lage sind super. Matratzen waren überraschend gut. Super weiche Handtücher. Unterkunft ist sehr laut. Wenn die Zimmernachbarn früher aufstehen, kann man selbst nicht mehr schlafen. Die Möbel sind alt aber zweckmäßig. Unser Zimmer war trotz elektrischem Licht sehr dunkel. Das Bad war eine Katastrophe, Schimmel und Duschreste in der Dusche, Spinnweben an der Decke, Staub auf dem Kosmetikeimer. Ob der Boden sauber war, konnte man nicht sehen, da gelbe Fliesen und kaum Licht vorhanden. Rasieren oder schminken war nicht möglich. Es gibt einen Spiegelschrank, bei dem man „Licht“ zuschalten konnte. Allerdings habe ich mich nicht getraut, diesen zu öffnen.

- Wiktoria (7/5): Perfect for a calm stay in-between trips. - I really appreciate allowing pets with no additional fees. The whole stay was calm and contactless. Decoration of the room made it look very cozy. The bathroom was very clean, there was a fridge, kettle and a microvave in a one-person room, with a cup and a plate provided. My rabbits also enjoyed it:) The single room was very small, which was not a problem for me, but might not be ideal for everyone. There was no AC, which can become a problem when it's very hot. I also spotted a few spiderwebs in less accessable places. There is not much around, but the bus stop to the centre of Spandau is just a few minutes away.

Everything was stylish old school looking - the whole house from outside and also the furniture inside. Good and calm location close to a bus stop so it's not hard to find. A little bit harder to get inside because they didn't send me any codes. It came out I had to ring the bell at the main entrance to the building, then the employees (owners?) came and gave me the keys. So it's actually easy in the end but it differs from other accomodations I've booked on this server. The other thing is there are quite thin walls in the house so other people can easily wake you up in the morning. Nevertheless, still fine.

- Benavides (10/5): Incredible. - The host is super nice. The place is a little far away from downtown but it is comfortable and easy to find. There’s a lot of options to get there so everything was good. Everything was good.
- Rait (8/5): Very good - It's located at small side street so it's really nice and quiet at the mornings. Beets are nice with big billows It was bit confusing to check-in. There was only small button on the front gate with no sign. Information sign was covered with growing tree leaves.
- Sheard (1/5): Awful……we stayed one hour and then called a cab to take us to another hotel. A total waste of money. - Absolutely nothing. This was not a hotel as such…..dirty, scruffy and totally run down. Totally misrepresented on line . The room was tiny with very old uncomfortable furniture and smelled unpleasant. Bathroom circa 1950 and not clean. Our “balcony” was full of dead leaves and rubbish and contained a broken white plastic chair with all the pots full of dead flowers. The kettle was full of rest and the fridge not working properly. If we could give this a zero we would.

- Kotryna (7/5): Cozy, countryside style hotel. - Not fancy but very cozy small hotel. Uncomplicated check in and check out. Felt like staying at grandma's. Honestly, better than most of the places I stayed in Berlin (which were also way more expensive). Clean. The place needs some update, but I think the idea of the place is the old-school style. Mattress is very soft and sheets seem very old (had some stains). Perhaps investing a bit to buy new sheets wouldn't be a bad idea. Otherwise, was not as bad as other reviews say.
