- Bianca (3/5): Nie wieder - Die Lage nahe Englischen Garten und Münchner Freiheit. Die Ausstattung ist rudimentär (z.B. kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher). Das Personal ist nicht hilfsbereit.
- David (7/5): Hat die Erwartung erfüllt, aber mit 4 Sternen vielleicht überbewertet. - Frühstück war bescheiden. Z.B. gab es hart gekochte Eier, statt Eierspeise oder weicher Eier. Allerdings war es doch möglich, ein weiches Ei zu bestellen, nur etwas umständlich. Der stets offene Lift war toll.

- Yosh Imahori (8/5): - Grest location near English Gardens on a quiet street, walkable to shops and restaurants as well as the subway. The room was clean, large and quiet, with double doors that open to a private balcony.. Bed was comfy, on the hard side. Staff was super friendly. It has a unique charm, different from chain hotels at the same price point. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that wifi was so slow that it's essentially unusable, and it must be a dead zone for data so it's hard to use the internet. While we didn't mind, it's good to know that there's no air conditioning and no kettle in the rooms..The furniture is well maintained, but it's basic and somewhat dated - to us this was part of the charm though.

- Vera (7/5): - Wie immer die gute ruhige Lage direkt am englischen Garten. In dem Besitzer geführten Hotel hat es im letzten Jahr einen Besitzerwechsel gegeben. Die vorher familiäre Atmosphäre war leider nicht mehr zu spüren. Man ist bemüht. Zimmerservice nur jeden 2. Tag, beim Frühstück war Brot etc. oftmals aus btw. musste nachgebacken werden, keine Tageszeitungen mehr. Dafür gibt es jetzt einen Getränkeautomaten, allerdings zu recht hohen Preisen.

- Ulrich (8/5): - Die völlig ruhige Lage am Englischen Garten ist optimal für Spaziergänge. Viele Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe. Die Verkehrsanbindung Richtung Autobahnen ist schnell und einfach zu fahren im Gegensatz zur Münchner Innenstadt.

- Matteo (10/5): Comodo e tranquillo - Posizione eccellente presso gli Englischer Garten è molto tranquilla, ad un paio di minuti dalla metro MÜNCHNER FREIHEIT che porta direttamente al centro. Lo staff è gentilissimo e la colazione è ottima ed abbondante. Ci ritornerò. Garage privato quasi obbligatorio perché trovare parcheggio è quasi impossibile e comunque si deve fare un ticket che costa 12 €. Anche poco per essere Monaco.

It was a good size for one person, and very clean This is really minor, but there were no instructions on how to heat the room, I thought the only heater was some pipes in the bathroom, but turns out there was also some pipes in the main room. - SG (4/5): Jammer, het was een plek waar ik veel en graag kwam omdat mijn dochter in München woont. Maar ik zoek nu wel een ander h - De locatie in het fijne München. Het was zo een fijn en een beetje ouderwets familiehotel, wat voor mij de charme alleen maar verhoogde. Maar nu heeft het nieuwe eigenaren en het is chaos. Nu is alleen nog maar oud. Blijkt ook dat er niet meer wordt schoongemaakt. Bij het ontbijt moet je her personeel echt zoeken om koffie te krijgen. Zo ook het navullen van alles. Je moest echt om alles apart vragen, brood? Sorry is op. Broodjes, zal ik 1 of 2 voor u bakken? Kaas? Ok, ik breng wel wat. Ontbijt ging nog een heel uur ten tijde van deze dialoog die ik letterlijk zo gevoerd heb. Dieptepunt was wel een kinderfeestje in familiekring op zaterdag ochtend in de ontbijtruimte. Werd je dus geacht te ontbijten tussen rennende en schreeuwende 3-jarigen. Ik was erg teleurgesteld en kom nooit meer terug.

- Regina (7/5): - Die ruhige und Lage am Englischen Garten. Es gibt ein eigenes Parkhaus. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig bis auf das Bad, das erneuert wurde. Der Preis erscheint uns sehr hoch für die erbrachte Leistung. Es wird nicht täglich gereinigt und Handtücher sowie Betten gewechselt. In mehreren E-Mails wird man vor der Ankunft darüber informiert welche Serviceleistungen man hier nicht erwarten darf. Man fühlt sich leider nicht herzlich willkommen. Das Personal ist z.T. von sehr nett und hilfsbereit ( junger Mann an der Rezeption) bis arrogant und nicht Service orientiert (Frau um die 60 an der Rezeption). Wir wurden bei der Abreise nicht einmal gefragt ob wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren.

- Dietmar (9/5): Ein außergewöhnlich sauberer und angenehmer Aufenthalt in bester Lage. - Ich war geschäftlich in München und habe in diesem kleinen Hotel übernachtet – und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Zwar ist die Ausstattung etwas älter, aber das Haus ist außergewöhnlich gepflegt: kein typischer Teppichgeruch, alles war absolut sauber. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück selbst war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend, direkt neben dem Englischen Garten – man fühlt sich fast mitten in der Natur. Ein Hotel, das man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann.
