Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavaa ja avuliasta, sain vinkkejä vierailukohteista ja aamupalan valmiiksi huoneeseen lähtöä edeltävänä iltana, koska lähdin aikaisin ennen aamiaisaikaa. Melu kuului helposti sisälle sekä kadulta, että käytävästä. Huoneeni oli heti aamiaisterassin ja jonkinlaisen henkilökunnan työhuoneen vieressä, ja kaikki äänet kuuluivat oven läpi huoneeseen.

Before arrival I got a very long and welcoming text, telling me about the hotel, sightseeing, restaurants etc. Also upon arrival we got tips and tricks for getting around, and help with getting to Ercolano with the train and advice on what to see in general. The place is very clean and has a perfect location. The warm water in the shower is a bit unstable.

They were super welcoming and very helpful, from the information provided before the check-in to the daily interactions at breakfast (which was delicious!). Location is perfect, you can easily walk to the main points and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Rooms are accessible by stairs -- it is not a problem, just something to consider.

We like the room top very much, it’s not just for breakfast, we also chilled ourself after a tough day. The location is perfect, just a minute walk to Spanish area. The WiFi was not stable when we stayed there, the bed is not big enough.

Proste i pożywne. Przepyszna kawa. Łazienka mogłaby być troszkę bardziej zadbana. Nie działała główna suszarka, ale była zapasowa, brakowało herbaty i kawy w pokoju do zaparzenia, był czajnik, ale cóż z nim począć skoro nie ma czego zaparzać. Być może o to trzeba poprosić, ale mogło to być już w pokoju.

• ANASTASIA (8/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή για 3ημερη διαμονή στη Νάπολη!!! - Πρόκειται για ένα μικρό ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για να επισκεφθείτε τη Νάπολη. Μπορείς πας παντού με τα πόδια! Υπήρχε καθημερινή καθαριότητα και αλλαγή στις πετσέτες!!! Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άριστη!! Η Fiorella μας έδωσε πολλές χρήσιμες πληροφορίες! Το πρωινό εκτός από καφέ και κρουασάν, είχε χυμό, ψωμί με βούτυρο και γιαούρτι! Μπράβο τους για αυτό, διότι πολλά καταλύματα προσφέρουν μόνο καφέ κ κρουασάν. Επίσης το κρεββάτι κ τα μαξιλάρια ήταν άνετα και το πάπλωμα πολύ ζεστό! Θα το ξανά επέλεγα για την καθαριότητα, την εξυπηρέτηση, την τοποθεσία και την προσπάθεια που κάνουν για να προσφέρουν ένα καλύτερο πρωινό!!! Ήταν λίγο μικρό το δωμάτιο και υπήρχε λίγος χώρος στο κάτω μέρος του κρεβατιού για να περάσεις προς το μπάνιο!

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, nous étions à quelques minutes à pied de centre historique, 10minutes à pied du quartier espagnol. Nous avons tout fait à pied. La gérante était adorable, elle s’est montré disponible de nuit comme de jour, elle a été de très bons conseils notamment pour les restaurants, les endroits pour déguster de la Mozza et de la charcuterie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Nous reviendrons et conseillerons cet hôtel à tout notre entourage. Merci encore pour tout et à bientôt!

• Michele (8/5): Napoli comoda. - La posizione è davvero ottimale, vicina ai principali luoghi di interesse di Napoli. La nostra camera, una "economy" era in effetti piuttosto piccola, ma il materasso era comunque super confortevole. Una soluzione semplice, ma molto comoda per girare Napoli anche alla sera.
