- Everett (10/5): Fabulous boutique hotel near everything in Prague! - This is a wonderful hotel! The staff is extremely helpful: our suite (301) was remarkably large, consisting of two rooms and a sun porch; the location is very near Prague Castle and just about every tram line; the rooms are made up quickly; and the architecture of the place is respectful of the past while fully in the present. There’s a lovely cafe attached to the hotel for breakfast, lunch, and drinks, and several good restaurants (Czech and Italian) nearly next door. We cannot recommend the hotel more strongly: if there’s a room available when you’re in Prague, grab it! Nothing.

- Olson (10/5): Perfect place for a relaxing stay near Prague Castle - We stayed in room 102, which was beautiful with high ceilings, and very spacious. The ceiling looked vintage hand painted with no two images that appeared the same. We also had a dining table with enough seating for 4 people in the “kitchen” area. Since it was on the first floor, it was an easy walk up. There is a tiny hotel elevator, which made it convenient to move luggage in and out. The hotel arranged for an airport transfer, which made it very easy to get there and check in. Very clean throughout, and some wonderful amenities like a lint roller, iron/ironing board, shoe horn, sewing kit, ear plugs (we did not need them), slippers, robes, even deodorant - plus lotion, soap, shampoo, and body wash. Lotion bottle was nicely full-sized - all products from Manufaktura - a Czech brand, which was excellent. Appreciated the heated marble floor and heated towel rack in the bathroom. Our room had a sofa, desk/vanity with mirror. Even an adapter in the nightstand drawer for our electronic devices. One of our favorite things was the breakfast! We opted to include the breakfast in our hotel rate. The hotel cafe was delicious with many options for food and drinks. The welcome drink was also much appreciated. The cafe was always bright with sunlight, and there were small cafe tables outside as well. Staff at the front desk and in the cafe were always friendly and very helpful. The owners also provided a welcome letter and welcome folder with suggestions for where to eat and places to go. Wonderful “extras” - a bowl of fruit in the room, “kitchen” sink, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, beautiful tea/coffee cups and nice glasses, silverware, wine opener, cutting board, kitchen towel, selection of teas in a nice tea box. Water in glass water bottles replenished every day in the fridge. So convenient and thoughtful to have the special touches. Loved our stay at Nerudova 211 and the location! Pretty special in every way. Only one small thing - wish the shampoo and body wash bottles were bigger - while they were replenished every day if we needed them, larger bottles would have been nice. Also, would appreciate some hair conditioner.

- Yi (10/5): - Stunning property that maintains a vintage charm with all the modern convenience. The 2b2b suite was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Staff were all friendly and attentive. The cafe attached was surprisingly good with top notch coffees and a-la-carte breakfast dishes. The French toast was hands down among the best I ever had. Central location in the heart of the cobble stoned alleys at the foot of the castle is just perfect; easy to go around main sites of interest but quiet at night. If we ever had a chance to visit Prague again we want to be back here.

Odamızdaki meyve tabağı ve cafede hoşgeldin içkisi ikramı çok hoştu. Ayrıca cafe bölümünde kahvaltı yaptık ve çok lezzetliydi.( türkish eggs)Çalışanların hepsi çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Valizlerimizi emanet olarak tutmaları da gezerken büyük kolaylık sağladı. Çok memnun kaldık. Prag'a tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle yine bu otelde kalacağım.

The views from the rooms are breathtaking, and its location is perfect, tucked away in a stunning area where everything is within walking distance. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff are the heartbeat of this place; they are incredibly kind and consistently go above and beyond. Plus, having a top-tier cafe and restaurant right on-site with delicious food and coffee was the cherry on top. Honestly, I cannot find a single fault. There isn't a thing I would change or improve about this special place. The only downside was having to check out!

The room we were in was in the attic with wood beams, beautiful angles, and windows that reveal surprises at every view. The service is exceptional. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The breakfast in the cafe is excellent and what a lovely setting. We will be back as soon as we can ! Nothing
- Colin (10/5): Amazing food and value and flexibility. - Best breakfast in Prague, all staff members were exceptionally helpful and professional. We had a really difficult trip with flight cancellations. The staff accommodated our every request and were super helpful with our baby. Karolina, Kristina and Maxmilian were particularly great, and the others as well(don’t know their names). Really can’t say enough positive things. Also the facilities are clean and beautiful, and there were some great touches like robes, and they lent us a couple of toys for our infant to play with. Zero complaints at all.

- Tommaso (10/5): Meravigliosamente perfetto! - Meraviglioso tutto, super consigliato. Soprattutto se fate pochi giorni a Praga, avete molti tra i maggiori punti di interesse in 5/ 15 minuti a piedi. Ottima colazione al Bar dell hotel. La pulizia del bagno, ho trovato qualche capello da donna, sul pavimento. Consiglio una maggiore attenzione perché il resto è veramente top.
- Manpreet (10/5): A charming and peaceful hotel in a perfect location, with fantastic staff and a truly enjoyable stay - We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. The location is excellent, set on a beautiful historic street and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, including Prague Castle. After spending time exploring the busy attractions, it was especially nice coming back to the hotel — it feels tucked away and peaceful, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. The hotel itself is very charming, with a lot of character, and the facilities were great. Our room was very spacious, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from each morning. What really stood out, though, was the staff — every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made a big difference to our stay. A special mention also to the gentleman who handled the airport transfers — he was an absolute gem and a real asset to the hotel. The only small thing to note is that we stayed in an attic room. While it was very large in terms of space, the sloped ceilings and wooden beams meant that moving around in certain areas could be a bit tricky at times. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to be aware of. Next time, we would probably request a room with full-height ceilings.
- Stefan (9/5): Ein Top Hotel Erlebnis. Sehr gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft an sich. Es hat einen speziellen Charme, da es ein Altstadthaus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert ist, welches einem Ritter gehörte. Durch den Umbau und Renovation wurde es schonend modernisiert und die neuen und alten Elemente vereinigen sich wunderbar. Die Frühstückskarte ist super und die Gerichte darauf schmecken sehr gut. Und ganz deutlich hervorzuheben ist das Personal, welches immer hochprofessionell und sehr freundlich die Wünsche der Gäste erfüllt oder bei Fragen Hilfestellung gibt. Die Wasserkocher im Zimmer brauchen eine Ewigkeit, um Wasser zu kochen. ;)

- Marina (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit Herrenhaus-Charme - Gute Lage zur Pragerburg und Altstadt. Trotz Modernisierung behielt das Haus den Charme eines Herrenhauses. Nicht zuletzt durch die Erhaltung der Deckengemälde sowie die gut ausgewählten Möbelstücke. Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen Cafe war unglaublich köstlich- alles wurde frischzubereitet und auch individuell abgewandelt. Nichts

The room was stunning, the beautifully preserved ceilings and architecture as well as the modern amenities were spot on. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home including an emergency laundry load that was needed as I had an unexpected change in travel plans. They also provided excellent sightseeing , shopping and dining recs that weee off the touristy paths. Breakfast at the cafe is top notch. The Turkish eggs are a must have. Special kudos to Karolina, Sarah, Jan and Maximillian for being the best hosts. The bathtub was not very friendly as it was slippery, considering adding a mat or a step.

Mit Auto, Taxi, Straßenbahn alles gut zu erreichen. Die Karlsbrücke und die Burg sind nur wenige Meter zu Fuß weg. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our arrival started seamlessly with a hotel pre-arranged airport pickup, where our driver was waiting right on time. The hotel itself is stunning; each room is uniquely designed and beautifully furnished. Between the very comfortable bed, spa-like bathroom and the thoughtful amenities, every detail was curated for a perfect stay. To top it off, the on-site cafe serves phenomenal breakfast options, treats, and drinks that we looked forward to every morning. The hotel is also centrally located very close to many famous attractions and excellent places to eat. Sarah was so thoughtful and provided us with some of her favorite restaurants. All of her suggestions that we tried were exceptional. And just steps from the hotel are several pubs and neighborhood places that long-time locals frequent.

Pokoje byly čisté, velmi stylově a zároveň útulně zařízené, ve stylu který korespondoval s lokalitou a atmosférou Starého města. Personál byl velice zdvořilý, ochotný a úroveň péče o hosty nadstandsrdní. Na snídani byl k dispozici výběr z pestré nabídky kvalitních jídel. Všem, kdo si chtějí užít pobyt v Praze skutečně "na úrovni" vřele doporučuji.

- Dominique (10/5): Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Super, Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Karlsbrücke. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und ein hervorragendes Frühstück. In der Beschreibung stand, Parkplatz vorhanden. Es stellte sich heraus, dass lediglich die Parkplätze in der Straße gemeint waren. Am Anfang der Straße stand ein Durchfahrt verboten Schild, etwas verwirrend.

- Lee (10/5): - Our flight arrived in Prague vey early in the morning around 7am. Prior to arrival, we had contacted for airport transport and early check-in. Our driver was already at the airport and had smooth communication while we landed. Our room was already ready once we arrived the hotel in the morning. The staffs are very warm and welcoming. And the breakfast is amazing with all you can eat a' la carte manu and it even runs till 2pm in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel. A recepción a hölgy hihetetlen kedves volt, mivel törölték a repülőjáratunkat vonattal utaztunk ami ugye sokkal több időt vett igénybe. A hölgy egész úton kapcsolatban volt velünk és autót is küldött értünk az állomásra. (a sofőr is nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt). A recepción a megérkezésünkkor már várták és részletes tájékoztatást kaptunk az ettermekről, a látnivalókról és hogy mire vigyázzunk. A lakosztály gyönyörű és tiszta, jól felszerelt. A reggeli pedig nagyon finom, bőséges, a a kiszolgálás pedig gyors és kedves.

- MAI (10/5): 親切で素敵な宿 - ほんとに素敵な宿でプラハを訪れる人がいたらおすすめします。 今回はじめて高齢の親をつれたヨーロッパ旅行でかつ英語が苦手ということもあり色々と不安な状況でしたが、こちらのホテルの皆様は、いやな顔ひとつせず対応してくださり、とても安心して滞在できました。周辺のおすすめのお店も紹介してくださり、そのお店の料理はとても最高でした！ 到着後、併設のカフェでいただけたウェルカムドリンクもとっても美味しく、とても素敵なカフェだったので、予定はしてませんでしたが朝御飯にも利用させてもらいました。ターキッシュエッグやパンケーキとても美味しかったです。 1月のプラハはとっても寒かったですが、ホテルのお部屋はとてもあたたかくて快適、部屋のインテリア、天井も素敵で、布団もふかふかで寝心地最高。バスタブもあり、旅行の疲れをとるのにも最適でした。 連泊してよかったです。 プラハ城やトラムの駅からも近かったので観光する上でも立地はよかったです。 こちらのホテル選んでよかったです。両親もよろこんでいました。ありがとうございました。 なし。

- Lukáš (10/5): Skvělá zkušenost - Pobyt jsem koupil pro své rodiče, kteří byli nadšení. Velmi příjemný personál, pohodlné postele a výborná snídaně k tomu. Současně jsem pro rodiče zařídil přes hotel parkování čili stačilo zastavit před hotelem, předat klíče na recepci a hotel auto zaparkoval, při check outu už bylo auto přistavené opět před hotelem. Nelze opomenout ani skvělou lokalitu, proto maximálně doporučuji!😊

- Tony (10/5): Prague the best city in Europe! - I was so pleasantly surprised at what a jem this property is I cannot express it! It was easily found and was close to all attractions I wanted to see. I would definitely use them any time I ever can back to Prague!! I would advise any one who was contemplating visiting Prague this was where they need to stay! There was not a thing I disliked.
