- Robbert (8/5): - Het personeel en de locatie zijn top. Daar bovenop het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet. Op sommige plekken heeft het hotel een renovatie nodig. Zo kon in onze kamer 1 raam niet dicht omdat het hout verrot is. De badkamer is klein en kan ook een update gebruiken.

Az étterem része hangulatos egyedül ez idéz fel valamit a lovagi korból és a recepció. A szobák viszont kicsik és sablonosak A mágneses kártyák nemműködnek állandóan a recepcón kell újat kérni.

- Alina (9/5): Very nice hotel, I recommend it for a short time trip - Location - 20 min walking from old town or 10 min in tram (stop to 5-7 min away to the hotel) ; deco, breakfast very good and complete; staff attentive and responsive The twin room (4th floor) is very small, it’s more foe 1p than 2. When I arrived to Praha, I asked for the hotel shuttle and I found out later that its very expensive compared to a simple Uber (2.5 x for the same distance ). But they informe you in advance about the prices, so its a choice

We love the elegant medieval vibes; it seems like we are being transported to another era, which we love so much! And the ladies at the reception were all very accommodating and professional. The breakfast was superb and surprisingly included a pancake maker which we enjoyed a lot! The room is clean and the location is perfect! Thank you for your heartwarming service..we will definitely come back!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and were instantly captivated by the hotel's interior. The area is very tranquil, and the room was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep, unlike any I have experienced in a long time. The breakfast was remarkably delightful! There was a wide selection of food and beverages to choose from, and there was nothing I felt was lacking during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel!One of the best places to stay in Prague! - Krystian (9/5): - Śniadania-klasyczny "szwedzki stół"-pozwalały na wielki wybór możliwości, począwszy od jajecznicy, różne typy serów, kończąc na deserach. Wystrój, stylizowany na średniowieczną salę rycerską, pozwala poczuć się jak na zamkowej uczcie. Obsługa kelnerska miła, choć ciut nadgorliwa w zabieraniu naczyń. Dodatkowo, 'obsługują ' odpadki na wózkach zbyt ostentacyjnie i ciut zbyt blisko jedzących osób. To może nieco odebrać apetyt.
- Yelyzaveta (10/5): - Отель находится в тихом месте, рядом парк и вокруг очень зелено. Нам было важно, чтобы ночью было тихо и этот отель даже превзошёл наши ожидания! Утром просыпались под пение птиц. Единственное, что - это хорошая слышимость между номерами, но нам повезло и соседи были тихими, поэтому всё было замечательно. Очень приятно, что повысили категорию номера. В отеле очень чисто. В номере есть всё необходимое - банные принадлежности, косметические наборы, чай, кофе, чайник. Тапочек нет, но это не было проблемой. Завтра был роскошный, было всё и даже больше, и даже небольшой уголок с безлактозными и безглютеновыми продуктами. Ну и конечно же дизайн отеля - полное погружение в старую Прагу. Отель хоть и находится в тихом месте, но в то же время 5 минут пешком до Карлового моста и 10 минут до Пражского Града - идеальное расположение. В стоимость номера включен welcome drink и мы провели уютный вечер в баре отеля. Кстати бар работает до 23:00. Отдельная благодарность персоналу отеля - всегда готовы помочь и решить любой вопрос. Моя оценка 10+/10. Мой первый раз в Праге стал незабываемым! Обязательно вернусь снова! Не нашли ни одного минуса.

It really exceeded our expectations! Bathroom is a little dated but fine! Pillows could be better but just being fussy!

- Batel (10/5): מלון יפה ומפנק במקום אידאלי. מומלץ מאוד - מלון מקסים, ממוקם באזור שקט ופסטוראלי במרחק של דקות ספורות ברגל מגשר קארל. בניין היסטורי עם עיצוב מרשים וחניה גדולה בצמוד למלון. החדר היה מרווח, מיטה נוחה, שפע של כריות, מגבות, תמרוקים בריח פנטסטי (אפילו קניתי הביתה), ארוחת בוקר עשירה. מאוד התרשמנו מהיחס שכלל צוות קבלה אדיב מאוד, כוס יין מעולה בקבלת פנים, הפתעה קטנה בעזיבה והודעה מהמלון מיד לאחר העזיבה עם ברכה חמה. אין ספק שנחזור

- Sabina (9/5): Hebben fantastische dagen gehad en heerlijk geslapen en verbleven in het hotel zouden het zo weer. - Locatie is echt top alles kunnen lopen op loop afstand. Personeel en schoonmaaksters erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was fantastisch erg uitgebreid en heel goed lekker. Alleen een aanrader de pianomuziek elke ochtend zou iets zachter kunnen. De piano muziek elke ochtend iets zacht qua geluid.

- Calle (10/5): Hotel recomendado - El hotel tiene un encanto unico. El personal muy atento . El desayuno muy rico. Mis padres quedaron encantados. Nosotros pedimos una habitación para 3 la cama de mis padres súper cómoda y enorme. La mía ya que era como un sofá cama pues no tanto. Eso fue lo único sino todo lo demás estupendo. La zona muy tranquila. Daba mucha paz pero a la vez tienes todo cerca La cama extra(sofá cama)

The hotel itself has a great atmosphere with beautiful castle-style interiors and a very unique charm. The windows in the room are hard to close.

- Alfredo (9/5): 3 giorni a Praga - Accoglienza professionale con tutte le informazioni indispensabili, colazione molto varia e super abbondante per i gusti italiani che viene servita in una sala stupenda come da foto sul sito Booking che non rende al meglio vista dal vivo!!! La struttura è stata ricavata all’interno di una e caserma militare molto particolare. Ottima posizione per andare anche a piedi in centro circa 20-25 minuti, comunque a poche centinaia di metri fermata del tram, biglietti a bordo. Parcheggio disponibile a costi contenuti.
