• Milan (10/5): - Hotel přímo na pláži, lehátka k dispozici, všechny pokoje s balkóny a výhledem na moře, hotelový bazén, dětský koutek, výborná kuchyně s velkým výběrem ryb a mořských plodů. Přes určitou vzdálenost od centra Vlorë nám tam nic nechybělo a to i díky profesionálnímu a přátelskému personálu, který ochotně zajistil i nadstandartní přání. Vřele doporučuji všem, kteří chtějí relaxovat v klidu a zároveň využívat vysoký hotelový standart.

• Domenik (1/5): Katastrophe.. - Ein netter Humorvoller Kellner im Restaurant. Sind nach einem (von geplanten 5 Tagen) abgereist und haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Personal beim empfang in der Ecke aufm Sofa gelegen, beim Check-In relativ unfreundlich, Zimmerhygiene kaum vorhanden, überall Flecken, Haare, Schimmel im/am Kühlschrank/Minibar, Defekte und Schimmel im Badezimmer, Schimmlige und Dreckige Liegeauflagen am "Strand", Wassergeräusche im Fahrstuhl, TV Fernbedienung versifft, Möbel haben starke Abnutzungen, Bett wirkt sehr durchgelegen und einiges mehr.. nein danke, frage mich wie man diesem Hotel eine Gute Bewertung geben kann. Wie kann man sich als 4 Sterne Hotel bezeichnen?

• BeratKastrati1989 (3/5): Positives Zimmer – der Rest mit deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf - Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und bot viel Platz. Besonders positiv war die tägliche Reinigung – alles war stets sauber und gepflegt. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Leider gab es auch mehrere Dinge, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Der Pool hatte einen starken, unangenehmen Geruch, was das Baden wenig einladend machte. Für Kinder war der Zugang zum Meer problematisch, da es über sehr steile Treppen direkt tief ins Wasser ging – absolut ungeeignet. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten und bot kaum Auswahl. Auch beim Abendessen konnten wir nicht frei wählen, sondern nur das nehmen, was uns vorgegeben wurde. Im Badezimmer fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie eine Ablage für Shampoo, eine Klobürste sowie eine Handtuchhalterung. In unserem Zimmer gab es als einziges keinen Fön. Ein Kellner fiel zudem durch unfreundliches Verhalten auf – auf einfache Bitten wie einen Aschenbecher wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und mit genervter Reaktion reagiert. Zwar waren abends genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, tagsüber jedoch fast alle belegt – nicht durch Hotelgäste, sondern durch externe Besucher, denen gegen Bezahlung Parkplätze überlassen wurden. Das wirkte so, als wolle man damit bewusst zusätzlich Geld machen, was auf Kosten der eigentlichen Gäste ging und für Unmut sorgte. Die vielen Treppen zur Rezeption waren ebenfalls sehr unpraktisch, besonders mit Gepäck.

• Eric (1/5): Will not go there again even thiugh restaurant staff and cleaning staff were very friendly - Clean and friendly staff Hotel claimed it was full at arrival. After 4h argument we got one of our two booked rooms and had to squeeze us all in there. Hotel then refused to reimburse us for the first night. They claimed human error, but it was clear they did the double booking on purpose.

• Abin (1/5): Dissappointing - Location Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. We booked a family room for four, attracted by the promise of breakfast and a pool. While the room itself was spacious and featured a nice balcony, the air conditioning was ineffective. We struggled to sleep on our first night due to the heat and, despite reporting the issue to the supervisor, we faced the same problem the following night. The breakfast was another letdown. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper meal, lacking variety and quality. We found the staff unhelpful, even when we provided feedback about our concerns. The only redeeming aspects were the pool and the overall ambiance of the hotel. However, the poor service overshadowed these positives. In the end, we chose to vacate earlier than planned, but the staff didn't inquire about our reasons, which further emphasized their lack of attentiveness. Overall, we were looking forward to a relaxing trip in Albania, but the combination of ineffective service and inadequate facilities made our stay far from enjoyable.

• Marisa (9/5): Wonderful beach views and an even greater staff. - The property was well maintained with a beautiful pool and sun bathing area where you walk down the steps to the sea. The restaurant had great views of the water with both inside and outside seating. All of the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my family, from the moment we pulled into their parking lot until the moment we left 4 days later. It is a small hotel and many of the staff members have 2-3 job descriptions but always had great attitudes and were happy to help with any request. The food was fantastic and kept us going back again and again.

• Sakib (9/5): Excellent views and facilities - Very good breakfast, friendly staff and beautiful views from the room. Comfortable bed. The AC doesn’t work properly. Works few minutes and auto shuts down. Staff tried to switched it on, shut down again after they left the room.
• Mariana (8/5): Good experience overall - The room is spacious and clean, equipped with a minibar, WiFi, and hairdryer. The view from the balcony is stunning! There are free parking places (maybe not enough during the Summer, but we had no problem in October). The pool is nice and the sunbed lounge area is very pleasant, where you can watch a beautiful sunset. Most of the staff was friendly. Breakfast is simple but okay. We didn't love the food served in the restaurant and we found it a bit pricey. There's no free beach close to the hotel, it's necessary to drive - and the most beautiful ones in Albania are not in this region (but you can get into the sea at the hotel). Thin walls and no lampshades in the room.

• Mary (10/5): Gorgeous views and quiet private beach at this very accommodating hotel. - The buses to Vlore and the bus to Sarandë will stop right at the property! You just flag them down because they’re private and the staff at the hotel can help a bit with the schedules. The pool is a big hit with families with kids, and the private beach has very good stair access into the water which does become deep, but as you know, you float in the Mediterranean very easily.  The staff will get you a taxi for you classier types.  We came in with a bike tour group, and that seems to be a good part of the business for this fine facility.  My friends really liked to walk about a kilometer away to the Paradise Hotel Restaurant for some extraordinary seafood and very, very good wines.  We enjoyed the service and food at the coral resort for convenience as well.  Well, there’s quite a few stairs from the entrance that can’t be avoided, but the staff can be pretty quick to grab a bag if you can’t navigate them. The beach side is delightful because of the lack of sand, In my opinion. And it’s easy to get to sandy beaches from here if that’s what you want.

• Eniana (4/5): I would never go back there, the only reason i would go back is just for a beach day. Thats all! - We liked the location, and the balcony facing the sea view. The room was so smelly, it smelled of poo constantly , that we couldn't sleep at night. The first two days we couldn't smell it much, but the last three days it was unberable we went and comaint to the staff also, they didn't do much . The breakfast was so POOR and not much choice, the poorest Hotel i have eveer been. It was ok for kids and family, as its the only child friendly hotel in Vlore/Rradhim.. very disappointed. We spend 857€ for 5 days for such poor stay like this one...
• Christina (7/5): Good - Situated close to the see. Some of the staff were very friendly and others couldnt speak english… but we managed Parking was caos, as the locals also used the pool area. Oneday we had to leave for several hours before we could park our car again.

• Katerina (6/5): Amazing view but.... - Amazing view. Good location. Parking spaces. Lack of communication with the booking offices. No bin in the room(unacceptable) and is older than it looks like in puctures. Kids area was unsafe as the slide was ending on hard floor.

People not treating the Hotel as supposed too. Others buying food and pizza while is very clearly big note at the reception not food to be consumed inside the rooms.
