- Kim (8/5): Comfortable and convenient place to stay. - The hotel is in a fantastic location with easy access to transport and walking distance to great shopping, food and entertainment options. The staff were friendly and helpful in most respects. Good value for money. If you have heavy bags and/or you don’t like doing stairs maybe think twice as the stairs are very steep and there is no lift. Especially if your room is on a high level Staff do not help with carrying your bags.

Fine for a short stay . WiFi good. There is no elevator and stairs steep to carry luggage.2 full length windows open to railings so perhaps a worry for under 5. Busy steet views . Reception staff so friendly and speak English. They will keep your bags if later flight. 5 min walk to Chatelet Metro to connect every sight . 10 min walk to Notre Dame and Louvre. No breakfast but lots of places to eat on the main Rivoli drag .

- Rebecca (9/5): Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto per ragazzi giovani - La location è imbattibile, a due passi dalla fermata della metro 1 che ti collega in 5-10 minuti a tutti i monumenti principali di Parigi Unica pecca, non c’è l’ascensore… ero al quinto piano e dopo una giornata a camminare è tosta salire… sapevo naturalmente dell’assenza anche prima di prenotare quindi nulla da recriminare alla proprietà.

No hay ascensor, son seis pisos, escaleras bastante estrechas y peligrosas, nadie te ayuda a subir la maleta a la habitación. 2. La señora conserge que me recibió el primer día, al verme desubicada buscando la recepción me gritó y me trató muy mal, cuando me dio las llaves de la habitación en el sexto piso, en vez de ayudarme o buscar a alguien para subir mis maletas, se burló de mi porque tenía que subir seis pisos. 3. Al preguntar por la conexión Wi-Fi, inmediatamente me dijeron que NO, que la señal no llegaba al sexto piso, pero cuando reviso mi teléfono celular sí encontraba una red de cobertura en dicho piso. 4. La habitación que me asignaron en el sexto piso es una mansarda, estrecha, tiene algunos daños de la tubería, polvo en el extractor de olores del baño que no funciona, el lavamanos es afuera del baño. La cama suena la madera, incómoda. Lo único bueno es la limpieza que realizan las personas encargadas. No recomiendo para nada este hotel. Mienten en lo que ofrecen al hacer la reserva.

The wi-fi didn't work at all during our stay. A simple room with no pleasant features. No complimentary coffee, tea, or water. No kettle or refrigerator in the room.

Fortunately, on the second day of our stay we were placed on the second floor . Nevertheless, the lack of reliable communication from Booking or the hotel staff regards of my confirmation of a lower floor by mail was deceiving and unreliable.

- Kelys (8/5): Buena ubicación y cómodo a pesar de ser pequeña la habitación - La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona segura, con buen acceso al transporte público, cerca de restaurantes y atracciones turísticas como Notre Dame a la que puedes ir caminando. Teníamos que salir en la madrugada para el aeropuerto y ellos nos ayudaron a reservar desde la noche anterior el taxi. El personal muy amable que a pesar de no hablar español hacían lo posible para ayudarte. Habitación pequeña pero cómoda y muy limpia No tienen elevador y las escaleras son angostas, la habitación es pequeña sobretodo el área del baño
- Martina (7/5): - La posizione centralissima! La stanza è piccolina, ma ha tutto il necessario. L'avrei preferita più grande, ma visti gli spazi di Parigi penso che sia normale. La struttura non ha l'ascensore. Vanno sempre lasciate le chiavi alla reception. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata: non veniva effettuato il cambio delle lenzuola, non veniva lavato o spazzato a terra, non veniva pulita bene la doccia (c'erano peli e capelli anche sul soffitto), le tende sono sporche e da cambiare. L'asciugamano fornito in totale era uno a testa il che è riduttivo. Capisco che non c'è il bidet, ma servirebbero almeno 3 asciugamani per persona. Un'altra grande carenza è il fatto che non facciano trovare l'acqua in camera. In hotel non c'è possibilità di comprarla perché le macchinette sono rotte. L'acqua del rubinetto è potabile, ma è quella del lavandino del bagno... Queste sono piccole note che spero che la struttura applichi per migliorare perché nel 2026 devi per forza avere l'acqua a disposizione o da poter comprare, il numero giusto di asciugamani e le chiavi della camera da poter portare con te.
