• Emma (7/5): Really beautiful, clean and well located hotel - Great location, friendly staff, room layout was nice and convenient for working. Great breakfast options and free drinks in the evening. Easy check out The pillow was really hard and uncomfortable. Also the WiFi would stop working at around 11pm every night so you couldn’t watch anything online on the tv.

La disponibilité d'une laverie, pour 200 yens on peut laver et sécher son linge. Un petit Onsen homme et femme, pour se relaxer le soir. La proximité de commerces et restaurants. La mise à disposition de produits d'hygiène et de beauté. L'accès razpide à la gare d'Ikebukuro. Le lounge était très bruyant au petit-déjeuner. Le manque de rangement dans la chambre dès lors que l'on séjourne plus d'une semaine.

• Laurence (10/5): J'ai adoré cet endroit, vraiment un Super hôtel - Rien a dire, tout était parfait, d'avoir un Onsen dans l'hôtel est un must très appréciable après une journée a déambuler dans les rues de Tokyo, le petit déjeuner est parfait et le cote éco et bio ainsi que l'eau filtrée et le the et café a volonté au top. J'ai voulu faire une lessive, mais il n'y avait pas les instructions en anglais sur la machine a laver et j'ai eu la flemme d'essayer de traduire ....et peur de me tromper. Il y avait plein de bouteilles de sirops et autres au coin repas dans l'après midi mais pas d'indication a savoir si c'était a dispo ou pas donc je n'ai pas oser me servir un verre....

Os travesseiros não são bons, o que incomoda para dormir. A música da área que servem o café da manhã é sempre a mesma, o que irrita e repele um pouco, especialmente para quem fica na estadia por mais tempo.

Le manque d'équipement et les mauvaises idées se font ressentir : - Le temps d'attente des ascenseurs est de plusieurs minutes - Un seul micro onde pour tout l'hôtel - L'espace de la chambre n'est pas optimisé (grand bureau inutile, lit gigantesque sans espace en dessous) - Le bain onsen est agréable mais très petit vu le nombre de chambres - La chambre avec vue sur les climatiseurs de l'hôtel d'en face... - Obligation de quitter la chambre dès 10h pour qu'elle soit nettoyée - Le quartier n'est pas le plus "sûr" du Japon (mais ça ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel) Tout ça pour un tarif élevé à + de 120€ la nuit (dû à la Golden Week)

• Minerva Eiko (9/5): BUENO - Hotel que combina calidad y precio esta bien, desayuno variado, tiene opcion de almohadas, cajon de amenities surtido, maquina de cafe, jugo y sodas en el restaurante, barra libre de alcohol en las tardes y su onsen (que no visite) Tienes que llegar temprano al desayuno porque se llena de gente ya que es un espacio muy pequeño para tantos huespedes asi como las almohadas se acaban rapido, la ubicacion aunque esta cerca del metro la salida es confusa y tienes que caminar bastante para llegar al hotel, una entrada al metro esta junto al hotel (puedes entrar e ir a muchos lugares turisticos ya que esta bien conectada la estacion el problema es llegar de regreso al hotel)

The staff was very helpful, giving me directions to various places, and a map of the Ikebukuro station was especially helpful! The room was a bit tight, but considering the price, and quality of the staff and the facility, it was an excellent value!

Breakfast had also variety of western and japanese styles; enough to be picky but not that much. Being able to store luggage. Providing certainly-good drinking water from tap 7-8 min walk from station but it sits next to exit C1B, so no worry when raining. Small as japanese standard but having table for working.

Las zonas comunes son buenas para trabajar con el portátil. Personal profesional. Habitaciones pequeñas pero correctas, como en todo el país. Amenities y un buen pijama proporcionado por el hotel. Repetiria sin duda Después de 5 semanas en Japón sentí que el personal era demasiado intenso con los saludos y con dar las gracias. La limpieza puede ser algo mejor en las habitaciones, sobre todo en zonas que no se ven, como la ventana.

They are nice and location is good. made me pay extra for a late fee even though the man at the front desk told me 11 AM checkout, i left at 10:30 AM. Might’ve been accidental but no apologies and still made me paid. It didn’t mind paying since it was only 1000 yen but they never got to clean my room, ever! I stayed there 6 nights and had breakfast included. Food was okay
