Im Badezimmer fehlen Handtuchhalter. Kleine Haken sind nicht ausreichend. Ein kleiner Tisch/Schreibtisch wäre gut. Platz genug gibt es hierfür. Das WLAN war schwach. Für Geschäftsreisenden nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Ich habe mehrmals nach einer offiziellen Rechnung für die Firmenabrechnung gefragt. Über die Nachrichtenmöglichkeit von Booking. Direkt über die Webseite von ArtAppartment. Anrufe und Nachrichten hinterlassen. Einmal einen Mitarbeiter erreicht, der meinte er wird dies weitergeben. Ich habe nie eine Rechnung erhalten. Das ich hier geghostet wurde finde ich eine Unart.

• Nicolas (9/5): Schönes Apartment mitten in Berlin. - Die Lage ist optimal um Berlin Mitte zu erkunden. Das Apartment ist groß und die 2 Betten sind bequem Als ich dort war wurde gerade auf der Straße vor dem Haus gebaut. Dadurch war der Parkplatz schwer erreichbar. Ist aber kein Problem sobald die Baustelle beendet ist.

• Lars Åke (1/5): - Varning! Wifi fungerar inte. Elektroniskt dörrlås fungerade endast första dygnet. När jag äntligen på tionde försöket fick upp dörren - efter flera timmar - kunde jag hämta mitt bagage och flytta till ett annat hotell. Ingen personal gick att få tag på och ingen svarade på de tre kontaktnummer som uppgivits. Inte heller på sms eller e-post. Därför vågade jag inte bo kvar utan flyttade till annat hotell. Kontaktade Booking.com, talade med en Mahmoud som heller inte fick någon kontakt med de som driver detta hotell. Kort sagt: mycket riskfyllt att bo här. Ingen hjälp att få om något krånglar.

• Andreas (5/5): Tolle Lage aber einige Abstriche bzgl. der Unterkunft - Das Einchecken ist problemlos möglich und man erhält auch rechtzeitig per Nachricht über Email die Zugangsdaten. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen sehr gut. Im Umfeld sind sowohl ein REWE als auch ein EDEKA-Markt schnell erreichbar. Die U-Bahnstation Naturkundemuseum ist direkt vor dem Eingang. Von außen sieht das Gebäude ansprechend "neu" aus. Ich hatte als Einzelgast ein Studio gemietet und es waren drei Doppelbetten vorhanden, von denen zwei für mich als einen Gast bezogen waren. Ich hätte jedoch gerne oben übernachtet, wo allerdings das Bett nicht vorbereitet und das zweite Bad abgesperrt war (als Einzelgast benötigt man ja nicht zwei Bäder. Damit war das Obergeschoß für mich gar nicht nutzbar. Von den zwei kleinen Stückchen im unteren Bereich waren die Sitzbezüge total verdreht und nie gerichtet worden. Und wie ich später bemerkte, klebte auch der Stuhl von wohl ausgeschütteter Trinkflüssigkeit. Leider hatte ich das zu spät bemerkt. Die Wände an den Klimaanlagen war an den Zuleitungen aufgestemmt worden, sowohl im unteren als auch im oberen Bereich. Das war vor einem Jahr in einem anderen Zimmer auch schon so gewesen. Warum wird das nicht repariert oder wenigsten verkleidet? Der TV bot sehr viele Programme an, wobei einige nicht funktionierten und eine Fehlermeldung kam (z.B. ARD). Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen und auf eine schriftliche Nachricht wurde erst reagiert, als ich am nächsten Tag auf der Rückfahrt war, ich allerdings den Anruf auch nicht im ICE annehmen konnte.

• Ulrike (10/5): Tolle Lage und sehr sauber :) - Super Lage und unkomplizierter Check in - gleich bei der U6 und echt sehr praktisch gelegen , HBf ist auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Leider ging das WLAN überhaupt nicht als ich da war. Das war vielleicht nur temporär - aber ist natürlich ärgerlich wenn man es zum Arbeiten braucht , deshalb vorher nochmal checken.

I met other people trying to check in but they hadn’t been sent check in details at all. Didn’t know apartment location or door code. Terrible. I felt so sorry for them. The shower was cold

• Melanie (8/5): Gute Unterkunft, nur Rückfragen sind nicht möglich - Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und erfüllt die meisten Wünsche. Betten sind grandios wirklich super zum schlafen. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Komme gerne immer wieder Besteck in der Unterkunft wäre super. Kontaktaufnahme ist sinnlos man erhält nie Antworten. Sehr schade dann wäre es eine wunderbare Unterkunft. War jetzt schon öfter dort für Erstankömmlinge im Dunkeln unübersichtlich. Türcodes im Dunkeln schwierig zu finden

• Susann (5/5): Mangelhafter Service - Die Lage war gut ,zentral .Kein Personal vor Ort.Es war auch niemand telefonisch erreichbar .Es gab 3 Ansprechpartner,aber niemand ging ans Telefon.Es gab Probleme mit dem WLAN, was nicht gelöst wurde. Im Zimmer fehlten va im Bad Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken oä zum aufhängen der Handtücher.Der Kleiderschrank ist so eingebaut,daß er sich kaum öffnen ließ. Auch ein Tisch bzw Schreibtisch fehlt.

• Malin (8/5): - Das Apartment war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Haltestelle ist direkt in der Nähe. Der Preis stimmt. Das WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Das war ärgerlich, weil ich teilweise im Zimmer arbeiten musste. Es war etwas schwierig, die Wohnung zu finden und die Informationen zum Check-In kamen erst um 12:20 Uhr am Anreisetag. Ich habe Hilfe bekommen von zwei anderen Gästen :-)

Location just perfect Unfortunately, I did not read the previous reviews, otherwise I definitely would not have booked a room with such a disrespectful and boorish attitude to their guests. I won’t be the first, but I’ll still speak out, although as time shows, they don’t want to change anything. They send a long text in German, but when asked to send this text in English, no one REPLIED!! When I arrived the room was really cold, just like outside. The air conditioning simply did not work, as if it were a sham. When I called all three numbers provided, NOBODY EVER ANSWERED !! The cushions are big cubes, they are not for sleeping. Had to sleep without anything two nights. The refrigerator is super loud. The curtains are not properly blocking morning light. The next morning I left the room, but had to return for a forgotten item, but my door code no longer worked. The cleaning lady I met in the building told me that this happened because I had a check-out scheduled, although the check-out was the next day. I wrote to booking, whatsapp and called several times to different numbers, but as before, no one answered !!! One hour later !!! they responded through the booking. When I came back in the evening, fortunately I met this woman again in the building and she opened my door. How can this kind of hosts run a hospitality business?!?! They are opposite of hospitality and appreciation ..

• maaikebuskens (6/5): - De locatie, dichtbij metro en restaurantjes. De kamer was schoon en de bedden heerlijk. De douche en verwarming goed te regelen. Alle deuren/ramen konden open en balkon had zon in de vroege middag. Wij hadden geen probleem om met de codes binnen te komen. Er is thee en koffiezakjes met waterkoker en een klein koelkastje. Tv heeft alleen Duitse zenders. We hadden geen Wifi voor de 4 dagen dat we er waren. Alleen op de ochtend dat we weggingen. Er is geen contact met de eigenaars. Ze doen niks met de vraag naar WiFi. Er zijn weinig haakjes e.d. voor jas, kleding en handdoek.

• Levan (1/5): - I had a confirmed booking at this property, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Before arrival, I did not receive any check-in instructions, even though the property operates with self check-in and has no reception. Upon arrival, I had no way to access the apartment. I tried to contact the host multiple times via phone and messages, but received no response at all. As a result, I was left without accommodation and had to book another hotel at short notice. Booking.com later confirmed that the property was unable to accommodate me. This situation is completely unacceptable, especially for travelers arriving late or from abroad. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here.
• Katharina (5/5): - Die Lage ist optimal, U-Bahn direkt vorm Eingang, Tram wenige Meter entfernt, genau wie Cafés etc., der Bahnhof ist auch sehr nah. Der Einrichtungsstil ist schön. Der Zugangscode zum Zimmer kam zwei Minuten vor dem Check-In um 15 Uhr, obwohl er für 11 Uhr angekündigt war. Zwischen 12 und 14 Uhr habe ich mehrfach versucht, per Mail noch WhatsApp oder Telefon das Hotel zu erreichen - ohne jeden Erfolg, was sehr verunsichernd war. Am Ende hat der Booking-Kundendienst mir geholfen. Als ich im Hotel war, ging bis zum nächsten Morgen das Wlan nicht, diesmal wurde aber auf meine Kontaktaufnahme dazu reagiert. Wlan funktionierte dann trotzdem erst im Laufe des nächsten Tages. Im Badezimmer waren Haare der vorherigen Gäste, die auch etwas auf die beschlagene Scheibe geschrieben hatten - was ich wiederum sehen konnte, weil diese offenbar nicht gereinigt worden war. War zum zweiten Mal hier, beim ersten Mal war alles besser.

Nach der Buchung erhielt ich eine E-Mail mit der Information, dass ich am Anreisetag um 11:00 Uhr eine weitere E-Mail mit Zugangsinformationen und einem Code bekommen würde. Diese E-Mail habe ich jedoch nie erhalten. Ich habe mehrfach versucht, den Anbieter telefonisch und schriftlich über verschiedene Telefonnummern zu kontaktieren – ohne Erfolg. Niemand war erreichbar. Ich stand nachts um 4:00 Uhr vor der Unterkunft, es war kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort und ich hatte keinen Zugang. Am Ende musste ich kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen. Auch am nächsten Tag waren sämtliche Kontaktversuche erfolglos. Fazit: Absolut unzuverlässig – bitte auf keinen Fall dort buchen!

• Magdalena (5/5): Pesima comunicación / lo demas bien. - Las señoras encargadas del mantenimiento, súper amorosas aunque no hablaban inglés ni alemán. Partiendo, nunca me enviaron el código para entrar. Y ahí no hay nadie, no hay recepción. Por suerte me encontré con una señora que hacía aseo (que no hablaba inglés ni alemán ni español), nos entendimos a las señas y ella logró hacer que me dieran mi habitación. Luego de eso nunca tuve comunicación con el hotel, nunca contestaron mis mensajes de Booking, nunca supe el wifi (ni pude usarlo). El último día otro huésped me dio un número de WhatsApp con el que pude coordinar mi check-out. Estuve 4 dias.

Unfortunately the description of the unit we booked did not match the unit we stayed in. Example, it said additional bathroom but the unit, while it could accommodate 6 to sleep (not to sit anywhere) only had one small bathroom. Minimal inclusions, very basic set up. I emailed the property upon arrival to check we had the correct unit but never heard back from anyone.
• Emily (1/5): - Super Unterkunft es gibt keine Rezeption und niemand ist erreichbar - weder per Telefon, noch per Mail. Ich warte seit einem Monat vergeblich auf eine Rechnung und die Unterkunft reagiert nicht - auch nicht auf Booking.
• Christian (6/5): - Gut gelegen Sauber Rechnung wird nicht erstellt, auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Hinzuziehen von Booking
• Michaela (3/5): - Lage Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage und Bitte keine Rechnung erhalten Hellhörig, man hört, wenn die Nachbarn in der Nacht kommen und ihr Tür öffnen. Die Eingangstür war schwer zu finden, da sue in einem Durchgang ist, der recht dunkel ist und es dort kein Licht gibt. Obwohl Apartment, keine Küchenzeile.. Eher wie ein Hotel eingerichtet.
• Louise (3/5): Great location - poor communication ruined the first day of our stay. - Location . The shower Communication was terrible - we were given a room for 2 people for our family of 4 with no explanation. We rang all of the numbers and messaged and no response - eventually someone came back to say the room we had booked had been damaged and they were trying to sort an alternative. We asked for a timescale as we had bookings that night and had to be out by 5pm - we didn’t know whether to get ready or what to do . Eventually when we were out we were offered 2 separate apartments which was not what we wanted so eventually were told a new one was sorted for us. We came back and had to move all of our stuff later that night and it was still not the apartment we booked as it didn’t have a balcony, second bathroom and was meant to be duplex but we could not face moving again even if we had been offered something else . Also be aware there are only paper cups - we bought cereal before we got in but there are no spoons or bowls - we had to lift a few extra disposable spoons from a local cafe and eat breakfast out of a cup . This is a shame as the location is excellent and they have the potential to be such good apartments but poor communication made the whole experience so stressful and not what we paid for .

• Bernhard (3/5): Nicht nochmal, kein Ansprechpartner!! mit 3 Kindern kein TV oder kein WLAN - Gute Lage, Kein Ansprechpartner vorhanden, alle Anrufe, Nachrichten oder Emails werden ignoriert!!!! Keine Garderobe oder Haken für Jacken, kein Schrank für Kleidung, nur 2 Stühle für 6 Betten, WLAN war vorhanden aber es konnte KEINE Verbindung hergestellt werden , Fernseher DEFEKT, ( mit 3 Kindern in Berlin und dann kein WLAN und kein Tv) 1 Fenster ging nicht auf, Licht vom Spiegel geht nicht. Und so weiter und so weiter…….
• Inka (8/5): Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die U-Bahn direkt vor Tür. Leider ging nur ein TV von zwei, das Internet ging erst nach d - Die gute Lage. Das sich niemand auf die Nachrichten gemeldet hat. Dann hatten wir jemanden telefonisch erreicht und gewisse Mängel zu beheben. Uns wurde ein Rückruf versprochen, auf diesen warten wir noch heute.

• Dainis (4/5): Could be good apts but beed to work on it. I was disappointed… - Good location, specious, enough light. I am very disappointed with my stay for several reasons. First, the blanket provided is extremely small and seems more suitable for a child rather than an adult, which made it very uncomfortable to use. Second, the Wi-Fi is not working at all. Although the network is visible, it is impossible to connect, which is a major inconvenience. Third, I was given three contact phone numbers, but none of them responded to my messages for four days. I tried reaching out multiple times and received no reply, which is very frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, only one pillow was provided instead of the usual two. While there are extra blankets and pillows in the closet, there are no pillowcases or duvet covers available for them, making them unusable. Furthermore, in the main bedroom the window does not close properly — there is a large gap that cannot be fixed. As a result, noise from passing cars constantly comes into the room, and cold air is also coming through, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing due to the lack of basic amenities and communication.

• Giacomo (1/5): DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! - We did not like anything at the property. Horrible experience. Nothing was as described. The check-in information was not sent on the day of arrival, and we had to request it ourselves. We booked a studio with a balcony that was supposed to have three bedrooms, two floors, and a balcony, but instead we received a small room with no balcony and only one bedroom. We tried to contact the property but received no response. They did not change our room or attempt to find a solution. Customer service is non-existent and they will ignore you.

• Daniel (9/5): Angenehm & unkompliziert - Unkompliziertes einchecken mit freundlicher Begrüßung. Das Tolle Zimmer mit der guten Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage. Rundum alles was dazugehört um einen guten Aufenthalt zu haben. Die Größe der Zimmer ist wirklich wunderbar. Nur durch Zufall haben ich jemanden angetroffen der mir das Vorgehen ( Einchecken ) usw erklärt hat.

• Régis (4/5): L'accueil par des humains, c'est quand même mieux ! - Grandes chambres confortables. Les deux personnes en charge de l'entretien serviables mais dépassées faute de disposer des informations basiques ! Le mail devant nous indiquer notre n° de chambre et code n'a jamais été envoyé et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une autre personne à 22 h sans interlocuteur... Les deux personnes en charge de l'entretien qui logent sur place ont fini par être jointes, mais il a fallu presque une heure pour pouvoir avoir notre chambre. Incroyable : elles n'ont pas accès à la liste des clients ni des chambres occupées / libres !

• Sina (4/5): The apartment is nice, but communication with the owner is extremely difficult. - The flat was much bigger than expected, there was tea provided and many cafés for breakfast in the immediate vicinity. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The communication with the owner was extremely difficult. I was informed beforehand that I would get details on the day of arrival via email of how to get into the flat. This email never came and I had to find the phone number and message via WhatsApp to get the information needed as they did not respond to email (they did not pick up the phone either when I tried to call). Also afterwards, my trip was more than a month ago and I am still waiting for the invoice. I messaged several times and never got a reply. It's sad, because I liked the accommodation, but I will definitely not use this property again!
• Diana (7/5): gute Unterkunft mit guter Lage - Die E-Mail mit den Checkin-Daten kam leider später als angekündigt, jedoch noch rechtzeitig zur Checkin-Zeit.
• Viktoriia (10/5): Location is very good! Apartments are ok! - Location - super! Everything inside - perfect! Check-in was look like a trash excperience. Be aware! Before check-in you need to receive an email with instruction. If no one - call / message to have them. I did not know about it, and I had not any email. It took about 1.5 hours to find way how to check-in. No one tel. indicated in the booking replied. No one booking.com help line replied!!! and it was 22h in the night. Thanks to god a couple who lived in the appartments helped me (and another family of 3 pax who faced the same problem). This couple called all contacts (hotel / booking.com) too. And after 20 minutes there appeared a living contact. It took about 15 minutes for this man to clarify who we are (despite we (I and another family) said our names and bookin No.). And I've checked-in at about 23:00 at least
• Nikolas Moritz (3/5): Stay away if traveling for work - Location is good, and place itself was clean and spacious. I travel for business, and the place does not provide an invoice afterwards. This is very scammy!
• Tim (8/5): - Location, decor and comfy bed. Clean apartment. Late check in info. After emailing on the day, got an email saying details would follow between 1100 - 1300.....they arrived at 1400...this was a worry as a previous review stated details never received and they had to book alternative accommodation. There was no wardrobe or hanging space for clothes meaning we had to live out of a suitcase for 4 days. Apartment could do with a small side table. Really old fridge that was very noisy, had to turn off to sleep.
• Claudia (7/5): Okay - Ein großes, sauberes und schönes Appartement Die angekündigte Mail mit allen CheckIn Infos samt Codes war am Vormittag leider nicht wie angekündigt gesendet worden. Vor Ort am späten Nachmittag eingetroffen, war niemand anzutreffen und es war schwierig telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Nach einer guten halben Stunde, war es dann gelungen und mir wurden kurz darauf die notwendigen Infos auf WhatsApp übermittelt. Dann konnte ich endlich ins Gebäude gelangen und schließlich auch in mein Zimmer. Ich dachte, ich hätte ein Zimmer zum Honterhof gebucht, leider war das Zimmer aber zur sehr lauten Straße, bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig aber mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen - Fehlanzeige.
