At the time of booking i was advised parking was always available and was assured there was no need to book or reserve a car space in advance. Unfortunately, the car park was full when i arrived which was frustrating as had to park offsite and a couple of blocks away and ended up costing me almost double in car park costs to park nearby overnight.

But when I immediately phoned back to add some fruit to my order, I was told I would have to pay additional $8 since it was a separate call. Would have been less than 5 seconds after hanging up. A hotel that cares more about money than service. Took forever to be seated at breakfast, staff in the conservatory looked sad/burnt out/unfriendly.

- Marzena (9/5): Great experience I’d highly recommend to everyone. - Everything spoke luxury. From the valet parking through a wonderful reception staff to meticulously clean room. The breakfast was amazing, accommodating gluten free needs as well. I must say the scent of the hotel at the entry felt way too strong for me, but I am quite sensitive to this stuff. Don’t get me wrong, beautiful smell, but slightly overpowering.

- sonyam (9/5): - room was spacious and the view from the room and pool were wonderful, lovely to swim inside and use the spa jets. beds and pillows were fantastic! Breakfast options were amazing so much on offer. Shower had great pressure and the bathroom products so nice! staff could do with some training, breakfast staff especially - we got wrong hot drinks twice that were for another table - we got sat at a table that apparently other people had already been sat at

Great heritage buildings with beautiful design and features. Great dining options in the lobby and rooftop. Nothing! Just a steep hill to climb to reach it! Which can’t be helped haha!
