• Thalia (9/5): Repetiremos - La habitación es amplia, muy completa y las vistas desde la terraza son impresionantes! Para ver un buen atardecer. La zona de desayuno es agradable, con buenas vistas también, y el personal atento. La instalación de la ducha un poco ajustada.

El baño era muy, muy pequeño. La mampara no aislaba bien y el agua inundaba la zona del lavabo, en cada ducha.

Avenida principal donde están las paradas del transporte público. Una vista espectacular para desayunar y buen desayuno. Para destacar la predisposición y amabilidad de Cristina siempre con buena onda y dispuesta a colaborar en todo. Nada para corregir. Realmente todo de 10.

• Jan (2/5): Leider totaler Reinfall, gilt für ganz Ksamil - Hotel war allgemein gut zu erreichen, je nach Taxifahrer ist die Erfahrung auch gut bis lebensmüde Zimmer waren relativ gut erhalten, der Ausblick war gut Wenn man auf einen ruhigen Strandurlaub aus ist, ist das Hotel der totale Reinfall, bzw allgemein Ksamil nicht zu empfehlen. Bis spät in die Nacht ist Musik von den Strandbars sehr sehr laut zu hören, was das schlafen sehr schwer macht. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr sehr basic und bietet wenig Auswahl. Den Kaffee muss man sich selber mit Pulver anrühren Ksamil als ruhiger Badeort ist leider total gelogen auf den Reiseportalen, die Strände sind vollgestellt mit Liegen die zw 10-20€ kosten und ständig will dir irgendjemand etwas verkaufen

• Catia (7/5): - Da localização, muito próximo da praia e da zona de restauração. Pequeno almoço incluído no preço e bom pequeno almoço. Parque de estacionamento no hotel. Casa de banho extremamente pequena e com problemas na porta da casa de banho, não fechava. No duche a água sai e molha todo o chão da casa de banho. Não tinham uma chave extra para o quarto. Pedi e paguei um late check out acordando a hora de saída, mais tarde contactaram-me pois queriam que saísse antes da hora combinada.

• C.Donmez (9/5): - The hotel's in a great spot. It's five minutes from the sea, but I don't think those hotels right on the beach are that fun 'cause it's always packed. Plus, some swimming spots are super crowded. We found some less busy ones, like a ten-minute walk away. So, you don't *have* to be right by the water. Our room was modern and clean. The sea view from the balcony was totally worth it. The staff were nice, and the breakfast was way better than I thought it would be. You gotta use the stairs to get to the rooms. I'd recommend this place, easy location, good service, and it's clean.

• Yevstakhiy (10/5): Highly recommended hotel. - Highly recommended hotel. Owners are going up and above to make their guests happy and to feel comfortbale in their hotel. Due to unpredictable circumstances we came late night and they met us with warmth despite of being tired and sleepy. This is highly appreciated. Our room was newly refurbished, small but cosy, mattresses firm and comfortable, cleaning was done daily, all staff in the hotel, reception and kitchen/breaffast area and manager were really nice and friendly. The only one unpleasant thing was that one young guy in the bar did not give us right amount of change when we have purchased drink in the evening. We would leave tips anyway however he decided to treat this situation in his aproppriative manner)) However it will not affect my overall rate of the review as sometimes owners and managers have no idea of what their staff can do. On another note I would like to mention various choice of food for breafast and great view from breakfast area. Yes, we recommend this hotel.

Suitable for visiting with kids! - Very good breakfast with different options each morning, fresh fruit, pancakes and local cuisine also. Kids also found thing they like to eat (they are hard to please sometimes). Also our room was cosy and really nice views from the balcony! We had kids naptime during the common room service cleaning time (around 1pm to 3 pm), so we had to ask if they can come later to clean our room. First few days we didn't realize we could ask that so they gave us new towels and we gave the trash over the doorstep :D

Konum olarak ufak bir yokuş ve yürüme sonrası plajlara ulaşabilirsiniz. Otelde köpek vardı. İnsan tatile huzur ve sakinlik için geliyor. Köpek kabul edilmemeli.
• Alex (9/5): Super and relaxing stay in Ksamil at Hotel Murati - The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with different foods every day. The sea view was super and the room was very spacious. The staff were also super helpful in providing local recommendations. The insulation could have been better (it was possible to hear outside music in the evenings), and the room could have had a wardrobe to hide clothes.

• Vincent (7/5): - Hotel is very close to a lot of beaches and in the nice part of town. Rooms are renovated and look nice. The sea view rooms have a nice view. Breakfast is really nice and the people that work there are super friendly and accommodating The building is not very well insulated. You will hear the beach club parties every night (even with the windows closed). Also the AC of the neighbors was noisy enough for us to hear so we didn't get much sleep. The bathroom is nicely renovated but too small for a shower curtain which causes the bathroom to constantly flooded

Doručak je bio odličan. U sobi nema ormara, pa je to mali problem, ako želite da izvadite stvari iz kofera.

Personel çok yardım sever, mama yapabilmemiz için sürekli su istedik, sağolsunlar hiç geri çevirmediler. Ne istesek ilgilendiler. Kahvaltıda mama sandalyemiz hep hazırdı. Bebek beşiğinde yatak olmalıydı, yastıkları standart, bebek için ince yastık olabilirdi. Biraz daha bebek dostu olunmalı. Bunlar tesisin kalite anlayışını arttıracaktır.

You can block the other cars but it was still annoying for me - coffee from machine (espresso, cappuccino) was with extra pay, not acceptable in my opinion from a 4 star hotel - very loud on some nights from clubs

Това, което ни изуми най-много обаче е чистотата - ВСЕКИ ДЕН нашата стая се почистваше, чаршафите и кърпите се сменяха, такова нещо за първи път виждаме! Благодарим от сърце! Хотелът вероятно е един от най-добрите в Ксамил!

This hotel truly offers everything you need for a complete and relaxing vacation. The location is simply ideal – close to the beach, which allows for easy access to the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea. The atmosphere at the hotel is incredibly calm and pleasant, perfect for unwinding after a day spent in the sun. The hotel's garden is a beautiful place to relax, and the bar and restaurant with a terrace offer wonderful opportunities to enjoy delicious food and drinks while admiring the surrounding beauty. The service was exceptionally high-standard – the staff is polite, responsive, and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable, contributing to the overall comfortable feeling. I highly recommend Hotel "Murati" to anyone looking for a quality vacation in Ksamil. I would definitely return again!
• Anan (6/5): Not great - Good location. Good breakfast. Nice view from the Balcony. I encountered a problem with the receptionist, who didn't speak English. Despite using Google Translate, she couldn't understand my request, resulting in an extra night's charge. I had to communicate with booking customer service, the reception, and the manager to waive the fees. After extensive discussions, the manager agreed to offer a discount for the last night. Also, the rooms were small, and I felt the overall value for money was lacking.
