• Bianka (8/5): Urocza dzielnica Bloomsbury - Lokalizacja jest świetna. Cena także była w porządku w porównaniu do innych hoteli w tej okolicy. Budynek jest stary i wnętrza wymagają już remontu, ale nie było to dla nas jakieś specjalnie uciążliwe. Jeśli kogoś zraża odpadająca farba z sufitu to radzę wybrać inny hotel ;) Było bardzo czysto, pościel świeża, ręczniki tak samo. Obsługa była pomocna i bardzo uprzejma. Jedyne co, to usunęła bym te dywany w pokojach i na schodach, bo widać, że mają wiele lat i nie są zbyt często prane. Na pewno wymiana podłogi na łatwiejszą w utrzymaniu i sprzątaniu była by dla właściciela na plus. Do tego na śniadaniu przydałoby się coś na ciepło z bemarów, np. jajecznica albo parówki czy naleśniki.

The room was located at the front of the hotel, on lower ground floor however the window would not lock and had to jam it shut with a teaspoon and therefore room was not secure and didn't feeling very safe. Reported issue twice to staff at reception and it was dismissed with no interest to try and resolve the issue.
• Wiktor (10/5): - Hotel was reserved very last minute at a good price. Check in was easy, room was presented well with a modern TV and nice assortment of snacks. Complementary continental breakfast was beneficial with a good arrangement of cereals, toast, ham and cheese and boiled eggs. Accessibility could be an issue for some. There is no elevator and the rooms on the top floor require a few stairs to climb. Another minor detail is the step to the bathroom which could be inconvenient.

• Sébastien (10/5): Un séjour agréable - Cela fait 5 fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Il est bien situé vis à vis de St Pancras et du métro. Ce que j'apprécie c'est qu'il y a une consigne. Ce qui permet de laisser sa valise en arrivant et en partant. Cela évite de se promener avec sa valise dans les rues.

• Mariela Anahi (8/5): Hotel de muy buena ubicación limpio con un muy buen desayuno - Muy buena la ubicación, el desayuno, y el personal que nos atendió. Inflexibilidad en el horario de check in (15 hs), a pesar de estar desocupada la habitación (llegamos a las 12-13 hs). Sólo se flexibiliza pagando un dinero extra. Nuestra habitación del subsuelo era linda aunque un poco pequeña para tres pasajeros (se notó que era una habitación matrimonial con una cama extra agregada que quitaba espacio para circular); la ventana da a un patio muy pequeño donde también ventila la cocina. La puerta del baño es un vidrio traslúcido que da poca intimidad al usuario.

Funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos O quarto tinha uma péssima acessibilidade com imensas escadas e para nós que viajámos com um bebé foi complicado. O quarto era extremamente quente, sem AC. Tivemos de dormir com a janela aberta , que só foi possível porque não choveu, o que nos deixou desconfortável devido ao bebé.

Will book again - perfect for a long busy weekend in London. - I really enjoyed my stay The staff were really kind and helpful. The place was clean and pleasant. Great location and I will book in future. Great coffee and breakfast was spot on. Even a great selection of vegan milks. Maybe more vegan options for my sister would have been great but other wise fab! Reception were great and efficient. Thank you !

Il check-in 24h su 24 è un plus per questo albergo. Ottima e varia colazione. Personale gentile e albergo pulito. Da rivedere un po' il mobilio un po' datato.

• B9157VOmattw (8/5): Good value your money in a good location - Very good value for the money, especially as it's in such a good location, mid way between kings cross and soho. Small but clean room, very comfy bed and good continental breakfast with fresh juice, filter coffee and nice pastries. Check in and out was very quick and painless

Éramos 3 en la habitación y el espacio estaba muy bien. Ofrece un desayuno bueno y variado. Por poner alguna pega, éramos 3 en la habitación y uno de nosotros tenía que dormir en el sofá cama, el cual no resultó ser demasiado cómodo, pero por lo demás bien.

• Carlos (4/5): AVOID THIS PLACE - Location is very accesible to museums. I asked for a queen room and we got a tiny bed where we barely fit. Requested an accesible room for my partner who has a disability, they gave us the room in the 3rd floor, no lift. When I asked to change the room, as it was their fault, they did not provide a solution nor assistance. The bathroom was so small you had to open the door when sitting in the toilet. On the second day, it was 3pm and the room was not cleaned yet. Not recommended at all...

• Viviane (7/5): - Un hôtel calme, ambiance pension de famille,, très bien placé proche du British muséum et pratique pour se déplacer à pieds comme en train et en métro. Le personnel est très aimable. La chambre pour trois est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était bien. On entend le bruit du couloir et des canalisations mais cela n'empêche pas de dormir. Les parties communes pourraient être un peu rafraichies.

Lo stanzino per la colazione talmente tanto piccolo che era impossibile trovare posto, impossibile mangiare qualcosa ed anche l’assorbimento era troppo limitato, probabilmente perché non c’è posto per tenere le cose. • Adam (2/5): I couldn't wait to get out of this place. - Location good. Staff friendly and helpful. Access to the room is poor (narrow stairs, no lift, fire doors). Room is tiny, it's more like a hole, I had a medium-size piece of luggage and I couldn't open it on the floor as there was not enough space. I had to put it on the bed. Bed is across wall-to-wall, if you are tall, you will hit the wall with your foot. It's hard if not impossible to get warm water in the shower. You can't look out the window as it's frosted. The carpet is old and grimy. I did not expect the Hilton for 137 quid a night but this is definitely below my expectations. Avoid!

• Jennifer (1/5): Awful, dirty and disgusting hotel I ever stayed in - Absolutely nothing only the location, it was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed, I have stayed in hostels that were cleaner, had to move rooms there times and all the rooms where as dirty was each other. There was build up of dirt on the door handles, walls and fresh splattered of foundation and stains, three rooms and all were dirty, stained carpets, Curtains, just awful, I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star rating, very disappointing, we only stayed two nights and it just ruined the trip, having to complain and move luggage with no help from the staff. Manager on reception wasn’t much help. Never will I stay there again. Also broken door handles and windows wouldn’t close properly, I have photos of all of this.

• Lorena (7/5): Great location and nice staff - The staff was very friendly and always helpful! The first room assigned to us did not have hot water and we could not shower. Fortunately, we were given another room that same night. In addition, the bed for a third person was just a couch and the mattress was really uncomfortable. I’d recommend they change that.

Pls confirm and advise how the guest can fill the water to kettle from tap of basin, because the space is too much short for kettle standing! My own saying the price is NOT worthy at all, sorry this is my true point. Heater is not working well and thin quit only.

• Julian (8/5): Good basic accommodation in easy reach of transport options - Reception at hotel was very welcoming, and I got good suggestions about pubs to have dinner in and also where I could run. Location was great - easy walking access to/from Goodge St underground station. I liked sitting room downstairs, with useful map (also a small one on room key). Good continental breakfast (cereals, cold meats and cheese, fruit, bread for toasting and pastries; orange juice and drip coffee kept fresh). Room was small but had all that was needed. Good wifi Bathroom extremely small, although good hot shower. TV a bit weird as channel selector didn't work in predictable way. Minor glitch with room key after breakfast - sorted very agreeably at hotel reception

Fikk først et rom i underetasjen som var veldig varmt og vindu vi hadde behov for å åpne, men ikke torde ha oppe på natten. Fikk byttet dette til et rom i 2. etasje.

• Sarah (6/5): Für zwei Tage völlig in Ordnung - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück wirklich in Ordnung. Die Lage ist perfekt. Leider mussten wir im Keller schlafen. Und leider hatten nicht alle von uns 5 Personen ein vollwertiges Bett. Im Doppelzimmer stand ein Queen-sized Bett, was ziemlich eng ist für 2 Personen, die kein Paar sind. Im Dreierzimmer musste eine Person auf einem nicht sehr hochwertigen Sofa schlafen. Unser Waschbecken war verstopft und unsere Tür funktionierte nicht richtig.
