• Allan Ronald (8/5): Super convenient & good value crash-pad right in the centre of everything! - Great location - right in the heart of soho. Close to restaurants & bars, the theatre district & shopping areas. Walkable to everything! Room is basic, no frills but had everything you need for a night in London, good shower & super convenient for a bit of peace in the craziness of London! Considering how busy it was in the street outside the room was very quiet. My room was pretty small - if you had a lot of luggage consider that. Also no place to store clothes so it's literally just a crash pad but fine for that! The window was right against a wall so not much light but fine for sleeping! the area and street are quite busy at night but it's soho after all!

• Sonja (8/5): Helemaal prima. - Het personeel was super vriendelijk, hygiene prima (iedere twee dagen schoongemaakt), water gratis te krijgen in flessen en je kunt altijd ergens om vragen. Het is heel persoonlijk, maar de kamer rook erg naar ambi pur (er stonden er ook twee) en dat rook enorm. Ook leek het alsof er ergens een soort automatische difusser was (leek onder het ventilatierooster bij het bed vandaan te komen). De eerste nacht veel last van gehad, maar toen ik het ventilatieluikje bij het bed had afgedekt met een handdoek werd het gelukkig minder. Het raam dat in de slaapkamer aanwezig was kon niet open, dus de enige manier om de lucht weg te krijgen was met de airco.

• Roberta (10/5): Better than we expected - We particularly loved the buttons to control the lights and the window shutters. It allowed the room to be as bright or as dark as we wanted to. The pillows were also very comfy, the complimentary room supplies were nice. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Room was a bit small, but we knew this when booking. The pictures are honest and you get what you see. We just wish we had a hook for the jackets on the door rather than above the table.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix v - L’action rapide du personnel envers l’incident touchant à ma réservation. Comment c’est arrivé que ma réservation soit validée pour un autre client, j’ai failli perdre ma chambre. La responsable a heureusement rapidement géré l’incident.

• Toni (10/5): Convenient and affordable say in the city centre. - Great location, clean room, nice staff. Room size is pretty small (no closet to unpack the clothes) but it is expected for London.
• Ivana (7/5): Very good for London center - The hotel is in the city center, walking distance to all theatres, main attractions and good restaurants. It's equipped with all the amenities you need. The shower works perfectly and the provided toiletries are good. Complimentary coffee is actually really nice an they have different varieties to meet all of the requirements. The luggage storage and umbrellas to borrow are the highlight of the last day and made my last day in London so much easier. The room I stayed in is really small. The AC is noisy and you can hear the flush tank filling for a long time. Bed is not comfortable, it is lumpy and extra firm, so if you are a light sleeper it might ruin the overall experience.

• David (7/5): Good location, but very budget experience - Location is excellent in the heart of Soho (though no idea why it is called 'Z Tottenham Court Road' - it's on Poland Street). Room was as expected for a modern budget hotel minimal, quite well equipt with comfy bed. Rooms are microscopic. Service was underwhelming. They have a budget policy (dressed up of course as eco) of cleaning the room every two days - understandable it's a budegt hotel - but I also don't think it is unreasonable to ask for bins and towels to be cleaned when needed - my request for that was handled very badly. I didn't really use it, but the restaurant is a grim windowless room on the first floor.

It's a small room and I knew that but because there's no other walls around the bed - that green fire exit light was shining on you all night. I didn't even need to turn the lights on to go to the bathroom.

• Tímea (9/5): Remek helyen - Nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy, kicsi volt a szoba, de nem volt sok csomagunk, így elfértünk. Zuhanyzó is kényelmes nagyságú volt. Nagyszerű gesztus volt az ingyenes sajttál és bor.A szállás remek helyen van, központi, minden gyalogtávra. Az ablak lehett volna nyitható.

Empfehlen kann ich Star and Gatter, Shakespeare Head und Sportbar O’Neills und viele andere. Matratze soll erneuert werden. Mindestens im Zimmer 505
