• Carola (5/5): - Freundliches Personal und super Lage! Unser Zimmer war voller Haare, wurde aber auf unseren Wunsch noch Mal einigermaßen gereinigt. Im Bad war viel Schimmel an der Decke und die Toilettenbrille gerissen und halbherzig geklebt. Der Eingang des Hotels ist dunkel und es war muffig. Die Fotos stellen in meinen Augen ein falsches Bild dar. Ich kann die relativ guten Bewertungen leider nicht verstehen.

• Chantal (8/5): Heerlijk en gastvrij hotel in centrum - Fijne bedden en ruime badkamer. We konden vroeg inchecken want de kamer was vrij. Ondanks centrale ligging was het toch rustig. Gastvrije ontvangst: ze regelden voor ons een taxi midden in de nacht. We werden persoonlijk begeleid. Erg attent. Eigenlijk niets.

Baño amplio (tenía un poco de humedad) con calentador de toallas y secado de pelo. Muy atento el personal. Podés pagar con tarjeta. Un poco de olor a cigarrillo. Entiendo que es normal en esta zona, pero al entrar a la habitación se sentía el olor.

La posizione è perfetta per il centro, ma dal mio punto di vista ho 'faticato' a trovare subito l'Hotel perché era 'nascosto'. Se vi capita di perdervi non temete: lo staff risponde e viene subito incontro alla clientela.

Staff very friendly especially the guy in the evening that will help you with anything . Place needs updating and maintenance. I had a broken light in the bathroom that was never fixed. The response was it’s a problem. Get an electrician and fix the problem.

• Andrés González (7/5): Simple pero funcional - Habitación muy normal para pasar una noche si necesitas algo económico y solo quieres dormir y ducharte. Relación calidad-precio aceptable. Pudimos hacer el check-in a las 2:30AM sin problema. La habitación era un poco oscura y la ventana daba a una calle desde la que te podían ver. Para una noche creo que es un buen alojamiento pero quizá para pasar más días preferiría alojarme en otro lugar.

• Nikki (10/5): The staff are super helpful and kind. Amazing location too - Location was absolutely fantastic. Everything was within a short walking distance. I booked at very short notice but they accommodated me and kindly booked a taxi to meet me on landing. I was leaving at 4am and nothing was too much trouble. Even took me out to my taxi so I wasn’t concerned at finding it early in the morning. Helped me with honest and helpful advice on booking excursions. I will definitely recommend this property and hope to return soon.

There was an apartment/another business above my room, and if they put the heat on at night, or were brushing the floor, it was pretty loud in my room. This is no fault of the hotel but just something I would keep in mind for next time.

• Anastasiia (8/5): Friendly stuff + good location - Very good location. A Clean room. the stuff was friendly, especially a lady who worked on morning shifts. She was great! When I checked out I asked for a taxi to a bus station she helped me a lot. She was really great. A toilet seat was broken and squeezed my skin every time I used the restroom. There was no daily room service and no trash bags, so I used mine and trash was keeping from the first day of my stay until I checked out.

I requested a taxi pick up from the airport and the amount of communication between the hotel / taxi company and myself left me in no doubt that I wasn’t getting picked up. The staff also gave me good advice regarding shops and restaurants around the city. Definitely will revisit.😀 Nothing.

• Rob (7/5): City centre budget hotel - Location being right in the centre is ideal. Price seems reasonable compared with the other options that close to the city centre. There are a few maintenance issues that the hotel needs to address - I guess you get what you pay for. If you don't mind a few issues and are looking for a cheap(ish) city centre hotel, then this is a good option.
