- Jérôme (8/5): Bonne expérience au global. - Hôtel proche de l’aéroport ce qui était mon critère principal. La piscine est accessible jusqu’à 19h. La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse et la salle de douche est grande et moderne. Le personnel est agréable. Nous partions avant l’ouverture du restaurant, nous avons donc eu un sachet à emporter pour le petit déjeuner. J’ai payé plus cher que ce que Booking annoncé, probablement dû à la conversion en devise ! L’accès n’est pas très aisé et les travaux nuisent à la qualité perçue.

- Claus Martin Vest (2/5): - The guy at the reception was great and did what he could to make our stay pleasant, in a hotel that should have been closed for the winter. There were too many issues for a stay of just one night. The balcony door was open when we arrived and couldn’t be closed, which made the room extremely cold in early January. Two guys from reception fixed it after a while. The A/C was very slow, so the room felt freezing during the first several hours. There was no hot water, which we had to point out. Something was broken, but it was fixed late in the evening. Several light bulbs in the room didn’t work.
- Tamara (6/5): Oke hotel - Lekker dichtbij het vliegveld. Redelijk netjes hotel, mooi zwembad. Goed bed.prima Italiaans eten. Mochten eten bij het restaurant van het Hotel. Ookal was er een feest. Weinig restaurants in de buurt. Beetje gedateerde kamers, duurde even voordat we konden inchecken. Was namelijk niemand bij de balie. Omgeving is industrieel/woonboulevard.

- Gabriele (8/5): Ok, aber nicht mehr - Die Nähe zum Flughafen. Abendessen war sehr lecker und faire Preise. Schöner Pool, aber für uns nicht nutzbar, Dates zu kalt war. Außen sehr schön, Zimmer leider in die Jahre gekommen. Zumindest das Zimmer, was wir hatten. Personal irgendwie nicht motiviert. Ok, es war keine Saison, trotzdem fühlten wir uns nicht wirklich willkommen. Schade. Frühstück leider auch sehr lieblos und dafür teuer. Das Hotel ist an einer Hauptstraße im Gewerbegebiet, ist recht laut und die Fenster nicht wirklich schallisoliert. Leider insgesamt keine 4 Sterne, wie angegeben.

- Dan (9/5): - Virkeligt flot hotel WOW, 9 km fra lufthavnen. Restaurant på stedet vi valgte pasta det smagte godt. Vi havde bestilt en Taxi til kl. 04.15 den kom aldrig. Vi fandt en nat portier, og han fik ringet til en ansat som kom og kørte os til lufthavnen. Der manglede glas/kopper til den el kedel der var på værelset, minibar tom Restaurant på stedet har begrænset udvalg, Beliggenhed er i et industriområde.

- Olivia (8/5): A lovely place to rest and relax - The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the pool was lovely and the food was good. We arrived late on our 1st evening and even though we had to bother the young man at reception he was absolutely lovely, kind and gave us a warm welcome. No choice at breakfast, the food is brought out even if you don't particularly want or like some of it... No offer of dessert in the evening. We didn't work out how to use the tv. Kettle in the room but no coffee or tea...
- Pekka (7/5): Nice hotel with wonderful pool and staff, but poorly maintained - The location is charming and the pool and its sceneries are very nice. The staff is superb. The hotel building is new and therefore there are e.g. decent elevators. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was delicious and there was enough of it. The maintenance of the rooms was forgotten. E.g. we got one light pulp missing and upper shower did not work, as the knob was missing / broken and therefore the whole bathroom was flooding. Also, there was a wedding at the place (it seems, that they arrange weddings at the place a lot) and noise isolation of the room was very poor, so there were lots of noise in the room in the evening coming from the wedding at event building next to the hotel building (party music etc.).

- Kato (7/5): Goed, maar afgelegen - Prachtige locatie die vaak gebruikt wordt voor trouwfeesten. Vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant. Lekker gegeten en ondanks dat er geen dessertkaart is, telkens een dessert van het huis gekregen. Prachtig uitzicht. De receptionist kon vriendelijker en gaf weinig/geen uitleg bij aankomst. Koelkast op de kamer werkte niet. We misten ook badjassen (die er in andere kamers wel waren) en een prullenmand in de kamer. Hoewel je een prachtig uitzicht hebt, ligt het hotel best wel afgelegen en kom je nergens zonder auto/taxi.

- Sandro (10/5): Relax senza stress - E’ collocata vicino all’aeroporto e questo la rende molto comoda evitando il traffico, permette di vivere giorni molto piacevoli essendo tranquilla, ventilata. In più c’è una bellissima piscina ed infine il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. L’unico limite è proprio la sua collocazione, che rende più complessi gli spostamenti se non si ha un’auto.

- El ouarradi (10/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix - Un séjour inoubliable ! Le personnel a été super accueillant et vraiment très serviable du début à la fin. L’endroit est magnifique, tout est décoré avec goût et l’ambiance est apaisante. La piscine était exceptionnelle, et comme il n’y avait pas trop de monde, nous l’avions quasiment pour nous toutes seules — un vrai luxe ! Les repas étaient délicieux, avec une mention spéciale pour les pâtes à la truffe absolument divines. On s’y sent comme des princesses. Je recommande vivement le Royal Hill Hotel. Le seul petit point négatif est que l’hôtel se trouve à environ 30 minutes du centre-ville. Mais je pense que d’ici 1 ou 2 ans, la circulation sera plus fluide et le quartier encore plus développé

Zeer gastvrije mensen die onze laatste avond in Albanië voor terugvlucht nog een fijne avond bezorgd hebben. Er was zelfs nog een trouwerij. Was een beetje bang na de recensies gelezen te hebben, dat we geen oog dicht zouden doen. Maar geen tel last gehad van overlast. Ze vroegen ons ook of we er last van hadden, maar dit was niet zo. Echt heerlijk geslapen als een blok. Genoeg en voldoende parkeerruimte. De koude douche. Zowel savonds als sochtends. En douchte niet op een tijdstip dat iedereen onder de douche staat. Dat is echt de enige kant tekening. Voor derest was alles hier keurig en netjes.

- Anne-Sophie (9/5): Excellent séjour à proximité de l’aéroport - Établissement d’un bon standing (voire très bon en Albanie) Bon rapport qualité prix Proximité de l’aéroport Vue sur Tirana Très jolis bâtiments et piscine Restaurant de bonne qualité Parking! Et pour l’anecdote nous avons séjourné un samedi soir à l’hôtel alors qu’il accueillait une réception de mariage, c’est une expérience qui vaut le coup d’œil! Ras eu égard les raisons de notre choix: la proximité de l’aéroport !
- Jan-Luc (9/5): Pause détente proche de l'aéroport - L'hôtel correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes : un bel endroit avec une belle piscine proche de l'aéroport. Et c'était tout a fait cela : les chambres sont belles, très propres et bien équipées, la piscine est belle et très agréable avec une vue sur les collines et sur les bâtiments blancs de l'hôtel. Le personnel est disponible et à l'écoute. L'hôtel correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, donc pas déçu par quoi que ce soit mais il faut être conscient que l'hôtel se trouve en bord de voie rapide dans une zone commerciale... à 10 minutes de l'aéroport.

Il manquait du papier toilettes dans notre chambre. Forte odeur d’égout provenant de nos sanitaires. De plus nous avions demandé une breakfast box devant partir à 3h du matin: après 3 relances on nous l’a livré à minuit passé alors que l’on dormait

- Yanissa (8/5): Fijn hotel, dichtbij vliegveld - Aardig personeel, relaxed zwembad en schoon Muziek tot 00.00 was wel vervelend (bruiloft), we moesten al om half 5 sochtends het hotel uit vanwege vroege vlucht, dus wel erg kort geslapen daardoor.

- Gwendolyn (5/5): Bien mais attention aux fêtes!!! - Les chambres sont tops et la piscine très agréable. Le personnel est agréable. Il y a eu un mariage dans l’hôtel. Notre chambre donnait vue sur la réception du mariage. D’abord nous n’avons pas été prévenu de l’évènement avant de le constater par nous même. Et ensuite, il y avait la possibilité de nous attribuer une chambre de l’autre côté de l’hôtel qui aurait été beaucoup moins bruyante. Résultat, nous n’avons quasiment pas dormi. Manifestement, ça n’a pas été le cas du réceptionniste qui devait nous réserver un taxi pour aller jusqu’à l’aéroport. Celui-ci ne s’est pas réveillé c’est grâce à la gentillesse du gardien que nous avons eu notre vol de justesse !
- Sophie (6/5): Grosse déception - L' hotel dispose d'une belle terrasse avec piscine. Les espaces verts sont soignés. L'ensemble est assez élégant. Le personnel est sympathique. L' hôtel organise des soirées privées sur la terrasse avec piscine. À partir de 16h, les clients de l'hôtel n'ont plus accès à la piscine, ni à la terrasse. Sur les 2 jours passés dans cet hôtel choisi justement parce qu'il a une piscine, 2 événements (un anniversaire et un mariage) ont été organisés. Musique à fond, parking blindé. Les clients de l'hôtel n'ont plus qu'à faire avec...
- John (9/5): Prachtig hotel met heerlijk zwembad - Super mooi hotel met heerlijk zwembad. Ideaal voor de eerste of laatste dagen van je vakantie doordat het dicht bij het vliegveld ligt!

- Koenraad (8/5): UItstekend hotel om een nacht te verblijven na aankomst of voor vertrek op luchthaven. - Kozen het hotel voor het zwembad, vanwege hitte (40 graden). Zwembad was groot. Personeel denkt niet echt mee met de gasten, vooral in restaurant.

À éviter . - La piscine et l’aspect extérieur de l’hôtel Pas pu dormir deux nuits de suite pour cause d’organisation d’événementiels avec musique. Chambres mal insonorisées. Piscine inaccessible lors d’événements annoncés sur place. Parking saturé le soir. Accueil très froid voir inexistant. Service minimum; pas de bouteille d’eau en chambre avec frigo ne faisant pas de froid et pas de poubelle. Literie peu confortable. Petit déjeuner imposé pas de choix possible. Prix élevé pour la prestation. Aucun commentaire de la part du personnel sur place.
