• Liliana Criollo (5/5): Personnel désagréable - Personnel désagréable, j'avais réservé pour une copine car le notre était full et je suis monté un moment dans sa chambre le temps que elle se prepare cat on aller sortir la réception a téléphoner pour me dire 5 minutes vous pouvez rester pas plus" on n'est pas dans une prison; il y la manière de dire les choses, j'ai n'avais même pas de sac no valise, j'étais fans un autre hôtel à côté, je ne retournerais pas pour la dernière nuit je lui réservé ailleurs tompi pour lui. Un mini-cafe comme petit déjeuner mais pas moyen d'avoir d'eau chaude pour l'allonger.il y tellement des hôtels que on peut ou en veux ey mieux. Le petit déjeuner et l'aptitude du personnel,
• Elçin Colak (7/5): - Konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde Sahibi çok antipatik. Check out sonrası wcyi kullanmak istedim. Bara gidin dedi. İngilizcesi yok. Anlaşmak çok zor. Kahvaltıda sürekli başımda bekliyorlardı. Kahve makinesine dokunmanıza izin yok. Çünkü bardak yok. Ayrıca peşin para alıyorlar. Hiç bir yerde uyarı görmedim.

• Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Very nice hostess. Clean rooms. Breakfast could be better but all necessary stuff was there. Good value for money. One of the staff member did not know any English and there was some communication problem when we arrived. But it was well handled by the hostess. Rest, all was good.

• Filipa (6/5): Rooms are comfortable but the staff is rude - The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, walking distance from main sights, restaurants and cafes. It was affordable. It felt safe. The gentleman who welcomed us was very rude. He got mad when we paid in euros, something that I asked permission to do before we arrived. He saw the size of my bag and made a sound “uhm”, like if he was annoyed. I replied “don’t worry, I will carry it myself”, which I did. Took us to the room and didn’t give us the keys, no explanation about WiFi, breakfast, nothing … Worst check in of my life to be honest. The breakfast is basic like many said before but the main issue was the stale bread. It doesn’t cost much to buy a €20 toaster and let people toast their own bread instead of toasting it in advance and leaving it there the whole morning. The particular room where we slept was very noisy at night. Not ideal for light sleepers like me.
• Alla (9/5): Superb - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Skanderbeg Square and very convenient for reaching all the main sights in Tirana. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us great advice and helped call taxis when needed. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I especially appreciated the orthopedic pillows. Towels were changed daily. Although the breakfast was relatively simple, bottled water was kindly provided upon request, which was a nice touch. For the price, this hotel is truly a great value. Highly recommended!

• Ceris (8/5): Large, comfortable room, friendly staff - what I expected from the price. - Friendly staff, huge room, clean, comfortable and well located to get around. Breakfast was very basic (bread and jam, espresso and juice) that was served to me rather than being able to choose. I was in the room right next to reception so it was quite noisy. Staff are there 24/7 and I could hear them in the early hours.
• Milena (8/5): Great Location & value for money - The location of the hotel is really great, only 8-10 min walk to the main square & Opera. You can even take a bus as the bus stop is just opposite the hotel. I took the bus to the New Bazaar -only two stops away. There are many restaurants & cafes around the hotel & some other shops. The owner is very polite gentleman. He speaks Italian while other staff members speak English. The hotel does not look so well from outside, but inside is much nicer, it is very clean & the room is big, very clean & renovated, bathroom is also very good & you get everything you need. I would stay again at this hotel as it is great location &good value for money The breakfast is continental & should have a bit better choice-they do not offer tea, only coffee. But for me it did not matter so much. I took juice & water.

• Adesina (10/5): Excellent. I’ll definitely recommend - The property was amazing. The pictures online don’t do justice to the place. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They didn’t speak so much English, just enough to understand us and we used google translator when we couldn’t get pass the language barrier. The breakfast was always bread, a buffet of different spreads😅 and juice. And no Netflix too🙂
